Alpha mining going well so far. Using two tabs in my browser. Doesn't seem to use any CPU. I tried mining another coin with my CPU and my Hadron connection went, I don't know if that's just a coincidence? It will take a while to mine a coin but we have no idea what value these will be in the future. I'll probably mine for a few hours a day, while I'm doing other things on my PC.

Do you know why the price goes down? It was 400 satoshi now is 100-120.
Apparently someone sold a million coins when it was at its peak BUT the price does seem to be directly mimicking bitcoin rises and drops for some reason. I wouldn't say it's mimicking Bitcoin. Looks like someone pumped the price up and has now dumped it. It's happened to a few coins that looked dead. Shame for anyone that bought at a high price but it's hard to think of a reason to buy some of these coins when the price is high. I can understand buying at sub 5 sats for a gamble but anything much above that looks too risky for me. |

First let us explain what is coinsmarkets , we are based on 2 investor , 1 admin , 1 coder , 2 senior support and 4 general support .
In November last year 1 of senior support left the team , It is hard enough to hire a new one , this work is based on a lot of trust , so we still waiting for correct condidat.
Now let's move to the issue , in December we experienced a lot of new users and huge volume , we were ready for double or even triple volume but in our case it was 10x+.
From here all kind of problem start with servers ,
Now add to that the last senior support remaining have some family issue and was forced to be off most of the time .
In addition to all that there was some db corruption issue we faced due to the overload and later hosting issue.
So a lot of work to do with a lot of missing stuff.
Please understand that in exchange you can't just go and hire someone and trust him millions of dollars .

We write our news only in coinsmarkets news section , any twitter , chat msg etc is a scam ,
Again Official Coinsmarkets message are written only in coinsmarkets news section ."
I think they should of closed new sign ups, like other exchanges have when they have been overwhelmed. It's horrible to see some of the ugly comments people have about them but unfortunately, there's a lot of horrible people in crypto. They were probably the ones reporting the site as a fraud just because they couldn't log in. I hope they get the site back to normal and can track some of the people that have made death threats and remove their accounts. |

They are rookies and have no clue how to code. all they are good at is marketing. look at it. Cloned monero, werent able to clone a monero wallet? with 40m USD raised? gimme a fucking break... I think the entire point of the coin is that it's for non technical people to use on their mobile phones. That's a huge market that most of the other coins haven't made the most of. That's what they have been concentrating on. Anyone can make a PC GUI wallet if they want, there's already one available. Why would you want them wasting time doing what all the other coins have done? There's already thousands of coins doing that. BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING WAAAY LESS THAN OTHER COINS ARE DOING. Having desktop wallets is BASIC shit. Their WEB WALLET is NOT USABLE, so whats the HOLD UP on the regular wallets?! with that much money raised, they need to make sure to have a functional freaking wallet where people can send and receive coins from. I have 5k ETN stuck in their shitty webwallet since december. CANT TRADE CANT SEND. and you ask me why they need to make it? Go eat a brick please Lol, all you have to do is look on YouTube and follow a few basic instructions with the CLI wallet. You can keep the brick. |

Now they are sitting on almost 1 billion and can not return to the users the coins that were lost in the limbo that they themselves fell.
A coin with almost 1 billion of Market Cap with only 1 exchange in the confines of new zealand and then the problem is only the Lord of the Rings?
This is unheard of in the market. Those who did not buy from ICO were forced to buy in this place. Who listed the coin there was the Gandalph or the London geniuses?
Why no other exchange was not interested in this project so revolutionary?
The big exchanges are now charging extortionate amounts to list coins. ETN is far from the only one that has been on one exchange for this amount of time after the ICO. Ethos took months to get on Binance, there's many others. |

Coinsmarkets has been down for such a long time. I don't want to ever use CCEX again. Hope BiblePay can find a new exchange but until then, I've got no motivation to keep mining.

Since the PoC Consortium started working on Burst, things have changed. The Dymaxion looks exciting, a tangle-based lightning network. Will be interesting to see how they implement it. If the price dips, I'll be buying more. |
