Hey bud, you posted this same topic TWICE. I would suggest to lock the other one. Anyway, I also had this decision, to buy alts or hold. But I've seen good price of ETH and I am now holding 75% of my funds and 25% to two alts. That's how I diversify my trading funds.

I’ve been investing in the exchanges for a while now. And, I wabnt to get my feet wet in ICO investing. My plan is to start investing in 1 ICO every 2 weeks starting January of next year. So, with that said, I am gonna start small and only invest maybe $200 max per ICO (mostly from the interest gained with my other investments in Crypto; I am gonna try to avoid paying out of pocket as much as possible initially until I have more experience). With that said, I am not quite sure where to start. Usually, I invest in coins trading in the cents on exchanges based on the folkowing criteria: - purpose: Why does the coin exist?) - White paper: What’s the plan and vision for this coin?) - Team: Who are the guys behind it? What’s theircexpertise? - Roadmap: Wgat’s the roadmap for this coin? - Community: does the coin have a decent community? - Do I understand it: Do I understand what I am investing in? Pretty standard stuff, I know. But what do I have to look at when deciding whether to invest in an ICO (that I didn’t mention)? PS. I was an early supporter of Wepower. Thanks to #1 Bounty campaign manager I'm no longer supporting it.I consider this behavior as very poor management skills done by Bounty Manager Sylon. I'm writing it here because it is 3 weeks as ALL of the concerns remained unanswered in first bounty campaign thread! Bounty manager SYlon who call himself BEST bounty manager simply ignore people and provided FAKE email to contact for concerns. Very sad that it is happening with so respected project like Wepower. I was very supportive for it. But now I'm not... Please advise
Hello, I am sorry that you are having issues with the previous WePower bounty campaign. I also tried to reach Sylon due to multiple issues with the previous campaign but didn't receive any response. Please be informed that when we accepted the 2nd bounty campaign, we agreed that any issues that will arise from the previous campaign will not be our liability. Don't worry because we already raised this concern to the devs and they assured us that they will get in touch with Sylon personally. Despite of what happened, I hope you can join our campaign (WePower Bounty 2.0) and will make sure that everything will be taken care of as long as all our within the rule.

Don't panic and please don't be affected by media outlets trying to down cryptocurrencies. I am expecting that most of us here in forum is matured enough how to handle this kind of situation.

Not sure but one that affected is how media present bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies to the people. After the sudden peak of bitcoin, I noticed that most media release "bubble issue" on bitcoin. That's why those who aren't really familiar with bitcoin withdraw their coins unexpectedly.

And what about OPAL? Oh you say OPAL is such a beautiful project! The project is doing by commecial organizations that aimed to get money, not spread their algorithms. The algorithms are not ready and who knows will they be realized or not.
I see your comments where you're trying to tell us how cool your guys are. But your guys don't show us really great product. Obviously you campaign is aimed to getting money from ICO. Even your site is focued on getting money.
So don't fool us guys. Just say that you wanna as much money as you can to get.
You're proud about your contracts written on Go. And what is this? Just a bunch of text storing on GitHub.
So I don't see any value in your "product" except your loud words about how great your team is.
Just another bla-bla-bla project. It's really sad.
Hi, this project is already discontinued and I didn't agree with some of their terms that led to termination of the bounty campaign and whole support. The project doesn't have structure enough and they cancelled their payment to me. |

I hope it will be regulated some day to ALL countries so no one can make any excuse. For me, regulating ICO is really a good thing. But for now, what we can do is to support those who deserve and invest what we can afford to lose.
