every single day ICO projects always appear with their respective advantages. but in fact, many are experiencing failure in the end. they just waste time and spend money to advertise? how about you're opinion Huh

Not all ICOs are scams. Among venture projects there is a large share of failed projects that have various fail reasons (unpromising technology, uncoordinating team, etc.). This is a normal situation.

ICOs will stop if the companies cannot manage or handle their campaigns anymore. you can pretty much see if these happen by researching first about their campaign, objectives, etc.. You can be certain by then that their campaign will be successful once you understood what they are for and if it really is possible to reach their goals or objectives.

You must not have seen how ICOs managed without all these extracompany parties doing it for them. Take a look at 100 ICOs in this year, just take any pick. What is your measure of success? Millions raised? OK, then they have been successful. But 0% have been successful in meeting their full objectives. Not when most of them have scheduled their launch next year. And if you want to measure by way of token/coin price, then you will see less than 10% have a value today higher than what they were during their ICOs.

Research and understanding is not a certainty of ICO success. It is not that simple, buddy.

In 2017, ICOs raised more than two billin dollars in their token generation events. There is way to stop ICOs because the community wants this. They need to see something differnet and innovative. That's why we need ICOs.

You are correct but at the same time scammers are creating so many bogus projects that the amount of scams is outnumbering the amount of projects that are legitimate and this is turning people away from investing in icos and to be honest I cannot blame them.

Not all of them are scams. Well lets give every project, every idea a scam. After all, everything is a gamble. So if you dont want to lose anything, just dont invest.

I don't think there is a way to stop ICOs from popping out everyday as it is like an idea that comes into mind everytime and you dwell on it so much and ask people to buy your idea until iit becomes a realization or until it becomes the next big thing in the world of altcoins.  ICOs for me represents possibilities as long as it is well regulated and not a scam to cheat people off their cryptos.  You never know when the next bitcoin or ethereum will appear in the market if you stop ICOs just like that.  I agree with what most have said that, at the end of the day, it's really up to you whether you would invest in an ICO project or not so it's too early for me to dismiss them just yet because again, your ICOnmight turn out to be the next big thjng in the cryptocurrency world.

I do believed that ico right cannot be stop, particularly now several of ico that has been rise up in crypto world. And many of the community also are partaking in the project, therefore it would hard to stop it.

I hope it will be regulated some day to ALL countries so no one can make any excuse. For me, regulating ICO is really a good thing.  But for now, what we can do is to support those who deserve and invest what we can afford to lose.

I think in few years we will see what % ICO is scam. I think we will see that these young unexperienced guys will understand that they can't just take billions and go for their island. Some big guys that put a lot of money in their ICOs will help them to find right way of working. After some incidents there will be laws about ICO and it will be the same like IPO - civilized robbery of money from gullible hamsters.  Grin

That's a stupid idea, " How to stop ICO?"

WHo want to stop ICO? It is decentralized fund raising.
How to stop ICO? I know the way, all countries should ban internet.
ICo is trash.....Not all ICOs? Ten X pay isn' t trash. and many others.
The best thing is " Regulate ICOs".

Not all ICO fraudulent projects. There are actually working and even offering innovative products projects.
To select the real ICO project I recommend to study them on specialized analytical sites.

Why would someone want to stop ICOs?!

That would be like stopping technology or innovation.

It's best to determine which ICOs are good are which are bad and invest correctly and wisely.

Previously, each program was profitable, as there were really good projects and the funds received were used for the needs of the project. Now many scammers have come who just want to collect money and disappear.

I think the right question must be: ¿How to stop SCAMS from ICO?, a lot of projects are very great and useful and is worth it to invest in some of them Ex: Substratum, I think these ideas does not have to pay the consecuences of anothers' mistakes.

Yes correct all the ico that want to succeed or fail depends on the company and the work his team while managing if he could live right and improve the quality so that the coin will survive and many interests so that the price can also be nice, it just my opinion,

Yes correct because I see increasingly more people cheat so we have to be more selective to choose Nice rather than ico scam. because many people are abusing his authority for personal gain, and taking the right of another person
