I also agree that it does seem like the ETHBTC ratio has bottomed out in the past few months and doesn't seem very likely to go down in the near future, but it's still pretty risky, though the rewards could also potentially be good. Bitcoin rising in price also doesn't guarantee that something like ETH will necessarily rise in BTC value; the little bull run we had in 2019 didn't do much to change the downtrend in ETHBTC at all, and actually accelerated it when things began turning around.
