1721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Restaurant convert entire savings to Bitcoin on: September 14, 2020, 03:02:57 PM
It's that not too risky for them?

They are sacrificing their funds and convert into a volatile market with the use of the bitcoin?. I don't think so this is a good idea because there is a bigger chance that you will lose a lot of money because of the market volatile movement.

Adopting the use of the bitcoin is quite enough for me just my opinion still it's better to make an investment just a little bit amount.
1722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies - Read before using exchanges or investing on: September 14, 2020, 01:57:57 PM
On the number

[1] still many people are storing their funds to exchange in some reasons they are having the mindset of "I need those funds soon I will make a trade and hold into the exchange, for sure nothing will happen to my money"

Which is the very wrong side because you cannot have full access to your account is there is something trouble like having maintenance and you would like to get your money.

Also, some of them are installing an exchange, investment to an unknown platform just they saw on the telegram, and more. Knowledge is the best power to avoid getting trouble.

Also get some trusted wallet like electrum if you want to have a fully access to your funds.
1723  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Perfect Money safe to store big money or not ? on: September 14, 2020, 12:52:40 PM
Still, it depends on you

If you want to make it store only why not on the bank this is a hundred percent sure that you will not lose any money.

If you make a profit why not make an investment the market of the bitcoin is volatile and this is not quite good if you don't want to lose a large amount of money by that amount you can earn a lot of profit if you got the correct market movement prediction but if you lose that prediction there is a consequence you will lose a large amount too.

1724  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbee: Is bitcoin a real currency on: September 14, 2020, 11:28:55 AM
A currency is a money that releases by the government and this must be legal and also some of them are included into the world of fiat currency and I think the bitcoin is part of the digital currency which is also a cryptocurrency

Bitcoin is a decentralized coin that is too much volatile, unlike the other coin.

Right now some of the use of the bitcoin is already adopting which is a good thing still it's in the different platforms.
1725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing your Crypto in Exchanges is better than using Cold Wallets! on: September 14, 2020, 04:36:31 AM
I'm not agreeing with this statement because one of the best ways to store your coins is with your wallet.

In some issues, the exchange still can manipulate their users and one and their funds too.

Storing your funds directly to your wallet is you can have full access to it then the exchange if they have some maintenance they can make other trouble to your money.

But still, if you want to keep your funds to an exchange you can use the platform that has a KYC or known or verified platform.

Also, find some platform that has good customer service.

1727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin difficult to understand on: September 14, 2020, 01:14:12 AM
Cryptocurrency or the bitcoin is really hard to understand if you don't have enough knowledge on this specific field you can relate too if you have in the course for example in

Computer science
Information Technology

Still, the world of crypto has a different field you can master.

One of the best we could do is read a lot of data and makes good information to identify which one Is the really true statement today it's not hard to find some information just use your internet and search engines but the problem is because of too much data and information you cannot see which has concrete and legit.

Also, the experience is one of the best things you could learn because this may help you with your mistakes too.
1728  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't use your bitcointalk account password on other websites on: September 13, 2020, 05:05:26 AM
Also I see a lot of reports before with the use and problem of the members about their accounts because some of them reports it's hacked and forgot the password sometimes they are using the same password to their different accounts and also to their emails which is not a good thing this is too much prone to hacking.

Also there are alot of them using only the left part of the keyboard to make it more easiest commonly with the use of

1729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of Threads to Earn Legit Merit on: September 12, 2020, 03:36:07 PM
This forum is not about creating posts of how to earn merit, it is becoming too obvious, this thread should be locked because it can not have any meaning posts. Please, lock this thread.

I think there is nothing bad with this kind of an action because the goal of OP is to help other members to rank up if you don't want to grab this kind of opportunity so don't it's your choice they have different objectives and goal in the forum to rank up, also there are a lot of rules already listed that is this is not the only giving merit to the people it required to pass the qualification too.
1730  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: #WARNING!!! Beware of this activities on Instagram. Don't fall victim. on: September 10, 2020, 01:57:17 PM
This is the first time I saw a bitcoin promition scam with the use of Instagram. For sure there are a lot of people will make an investment in this scam because this is the easiest way to catch them.

First, make a photo of having a lot of money
Second spread on the internet
Wait for the people to response
Entertain them.
Brainwash
Don't scam the first investment
If they make a large investment this is the scam will happen

More often this is the phase on this kind of scam beware because there is no person who will double your money easily.
1731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for salary on: September 10, 2020, 09:07:11 AM
Bitcoin as a salary is not quite a good idea because not all people are knowledgable with this coin and also the marker is volatile you don't want to lose any amount of money because of this kind of volatility.

If you are an employee or a worker all you want is to have your hard work paid with the right amount and this is a fixed value.

If you make a salary with the use of the bitcoin there are some instance like

They will pay you and the market price of the coin is 12k dollars after a few minutes the market price drops into 8k this is so huge loss to you and as a worker, you don't want to have this kind of loss to the money you need to fairly pay.

Not a bitcoin payment but instead a digital payment but still in fiat currency and this is the best for now because some of them are stable and does not have too much market movement.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Slow adoption and decentralized nature of bitcoin on: September 10, 2020, 06:05:33 AM
Still, it depends on you if you want to learn with the use of the bitcoin but still this is the most common thing right now some of the people use this as a way of transaction like sending of funds and making an investment.

At the first place, I don't really have enough knowledge regarding on this coin and the blockchain how it works by just getting curious and reading a lot of kinds of stuff related on it the same with the help of the forum it gives a lot of ideas and information so I try now spreading the use and the benefits of the bitcoin on our place but still some of them are already called as the baby boomers or afraid to makes a change but still, I want to push it so I teach to the aame age with me so we have to gather information easily what is the best way to earn.

1735  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Downloading into not safe website. on: September 08, 2020, 02:41:38 PM
sometimes I'm using the Apkpure to downloading some applications I would like to use but the google play doesn't have and also those are the common application for playing and another kind of stuff but in terms of wallets like the coinbase it's better to download on their main platform too to avoid getting trouble with those not secured applications.

I'm not saying too that Google play is safe because some of the applications they publish are just a scam and I'm not saying too that the Apk pure is secured just if the money related to make sure it's coming from the original source or the legit source.
1736  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too much HODLing stealing opportunities? on: September 08, 2020, 01:15:19 PM
Still, not all the time holding is one of the most efficient things you could do because you miss some opportunities.

Base on my experience I bought a coin when the lowest market price of the coin and wait for the right time and after the market price of the coin goes up into the 11k market I still holding my coin because I just think there is a chance to make another profit and pump into 15k mark and now it's already falling down into 10k.

Some things getting greedy makes you a lot of trouble than playing safe still it depends on you how you handle because for me if you already earn profit why not pull it out.
1737  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who sets the bitcoin price? on: September 08, 2020, 11:37:36 AM
As with most markets, and in the most basic terms, the price of bitcoin is "set" by demand and supply. That being said there are players known as "whales" who possess large amounts of bitcoin who can choose to "dump" or sell the currency which can cause a price crash. Price manipulation isn't unheard of the bitcoin world but as the currency matures this won't be a problem in the future.

Whales are one of the biggest contributors that can really manipulate the market price of the coin. Yes we are saying that the market price of the bitcoin is decentralized but still, we cannot deny that the one of the contributors can really make a lot of changes what if they invest a 1k dollar and they already gained profit so the only thing they need is to pull out the money but how about the small investors this is the time they are going to make a panic selling and this is a good time too for another investor to put another large amount of money.
1738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: VPN for cryptocurrencies? on: September 08, 2020, 10:31:58 AM
Virtual private network(VPN) is usually used to change your location or with use other Interner Service Provider (ISP) also this is a good thing too if you want to visit some restricted website which is banned to your country.

in terms of cryptocurrency, this keeps you to make anonymous but still the account matters if you use a VPN with your wallet the transactions are kept with your account.

I was also planning on using VPN if crypto ever gets ban in my country but luckily it didn't and as for OP's concern about exchange accounts being hacked there are so many ways to avoid it.
You could always put up more security like OTP and 2FA so hackers couldn't easily access it and send your funds or you could just simple keep it clean only put up crypto when you are going to trade don't let your crypto sleep on your trading accounts.

Some of the exchanges and platforms today are very restricted in logging in with the other devices or account even you are in the same account but if you will change your location the Exchange will require you again to send a new verification code for the security of your account.

Before, I have experience using Mullvad VPN, PureVPN, ProtonVPN. These VPNs are very good.

Also I want to share the VPN usually used is Http injector and the Open VPN or VPN but it requires a configurations.
1739  Economy / Economics / Re: [POEM] Is that all? on: September 08, 2020, 09:27:58 AM
It looks like that the year 2020 brings you a full of bad memories also with us too and just take it easy mate you can bring your self up.

I feel the message you want to give and this is not the end there is a positive will come but we can not tell if by this time.

1740  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Invest for beginners on: September 07, 2020, 01:25:00 PM
There is a lot of information right there and if you are trying to learn why not start here on our forum but if you have a budget for learning there are a lot of courses right there which is one of the examples is the

Udemy
Edx
Shaw academy

Those are the common platform for learning but if you don't want is you can visit on YouTube because most of the time there are some channels giving some free lessons which are a whole playlist on their videos that you can try too.

You can try too the binance for buying coin if this supported on your country
