2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: March 08, 2018, 10:14:29 AM
As indicated by predictions bitcoin should have achieved 15k$ by end of 2017 and fall in first week of jan 2018

In any case, shockingly its effectively reached 17k$ in 2017.

Should I purchase or hold my btc?I don't plan to sell at any point in the near future.

there are always risk in everything, especially in bitcoin but you could not achieve anything without risk, same goes for bitcoin if you wanted to earn more you must have the courage of holding them.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: March 08, 2018, 05:30:45 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

i think there no need of introducing bitcoin in college because it could divide the attention of the students between earning money to learning what is supposed to be learned in college.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: March 07, 2018, 09:37:44 AM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks

it depends solely on the person, if your job does not provide anything or less than your expense then it would be best to settle down in a bitcoin. but it is not not advisable though.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: March 04, 2018, 11:01:35 PM
I think it will survive until people believes in the technology. Since bitcoins can last indefinitely in theory, bitcoins will be relevant if there are people that are willing to buy and sell it. The 21,000,000 bitcoin cap is just the number of bitcoins that will go out in circulation. The part of mined block, is just actually rewards. Miners can still continue mining blocks even without rewards. I guess that's a good thing for us, since our transactions will still be written in the blockchain. But I don't think I'll live to see that day since it's so far away.

there no certain answer regarding this question, bitcoin is not actually surviving it is now being dominant and its popularity almost made it accepted to some country, and soon we never knew when it could possibly be centralized.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: March 04, 2018, 10:11:34 AM
Bitcoin right now keeps on increasing its value, and many more cryptocurrencies are occurring.
Do you think someday bitcoin will end or will be replace by other cryptocurrencies?

Is it too late to invest?
Is there a chance that bitcoin will be down?

everything has its own ending so as for bitcoin but we never knew when will it happen. i have few hints to point out could either be a political views or too many investors have turned their back into bitcoin and change to some form of currency.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: March 04, 2018, 05:59:12 AM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

It is possible that bitcoin could replace the money or the fiat we are using today. Soon people will adapt to the change regarding the future of money, it will be accepted to be universal soon.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: March 03, 2018, 05:38:50 AM
I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?

Bitcoin is popular because many people are accepting and adapting to it. Many investors have turned into it so you could say it has already a strong foundation.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The advantages of bitcoin on: March 02, 2018, 12:22:22 PM
For me, Bitcoin has many advantages, one advantage is it gives to the individual money to sustain the basic needs, It also reduce the increasing number of unemployed in some countries, The people who work in bitcoin develops the ability to reason out, enhanced the English proficiency, that's the some advantage of bitcoin.

Bitcoin have so many advantages although some people are blind enough to see how good it was.it provides the investor even the common people a high profit. A secure currency and I believe this soon will be the future of money.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 02, 2018, 05:22:47 AM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me

I think it is its decentralization is what it makes bitcoin unacceptable to some country, most believe that it is not profitable in nice manner hence they call it illegal or a scam. Unlike fiat which is centralized
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: February 28, 2018, 02:10:52 PM
Anyone bought drugs with bitcoin and what are you thought on the subject ?

Why would anyone buy some kind of drugs using bitcoin what could they benefit from them. It is a crazy thing to do unless it is concern with medical need of the person.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: February 28, 2018, 11:52:12 AM
Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh

it is a good thing  to save for the future like that of saving for your kids. but in my case i would like to save for many expenses i will be needing in the near future.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: Am I late ? on: February 25, 2018, 08:47:07 AM
I decide to buy 2 bitcoins with in this week.. Its valuable ? Am I late ? Waiting for your replies ?

I don't think It is late to start investing in bitcoin as long as its value gets higher or low but it change from time to time you could take advantage of that. The value of bitcoin gets higher and higher as time goes.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: February 24, 2018, 10:09:54 PM
I've discovered Bitcoin few days ago, but I am skeptical about few things, why would I invest money in Bitcoins at the end of the day,why would I convert money into Bitcoins?

If I want to buy stocks or invest money I can easily invest with real $. Why would I convert my $ to bitcoins?
If I want to gamble , I can simply gamble on websites that require $ as currency, why would I convert it to bitcoins?
What's the difference between Bitcoins and dolars? What does bitcoin bring to the table that real $ don't, less taxes, more income?

The only difference between bitcoin and real money is that bitcoin is a virtual currency on the other hand cash is a centralized based currency and its value depends on the value of Gold.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: February 24, 2018, 03:22:46 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes

Both gold and bitcoin are different you couldn't say which is better, in value wise bitcoin could be of much advantage since its value decrease but at the same time increases, however in terms of centrality gold is much better.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: February 23, 2018, 12:30:14 PM
Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?

It is not known when will bitcoin die, so as long as it operates there will be no chances that people will turn their back on it.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: February 23, 2018, 02:12:27 AM
I know a lot of people have different reason why the love and embrace bitcoin.
For me the decentralized nature of bitcoin and the thought of being able to send coins to anybody in any part of the word, no third party, no regulation(specific amount), no bullshit is mind blowing.

the thing that impresses me regarding bitcoin is  its volatility, you could take advantage of the price since it's price change from time to time. its security is also impressive you'll never get yourself a doubt in investing on it.
19  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: February 22, 2018, 02:38:24 PM
I'm wondering why bitcoin was made if there are too many currencies in each country, why would anyone add or make a type of currency in the internet? For easier and faster transactions or so ?

it could be dangerous at some point although it depends entirely to the person who is using it. anything that is too much is sometimes unhealthy and could cause some bad things/ thoughts.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: February 21, 2018, 01:17:20 AM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

I guess the only person who do not like bitcoins are the ones who didn't use them, but of course who do not benefit in bitcoin its volatility is enough to be taken advantage of.
