1210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many think crypto is dead. It is not. on: September 18, 2018, 12:49:30 PM
Crypto is not dead. It will never be dead. Crypto is on the forefront of the modern technological advancements. New history is being built as we speak. We should be really happy we live in these exciting times where money for the first time in history has become digital. That said, some altcoins may be dead. There are too many altcoins currently. Not all of them will survive. Be careful how you choose your coins to HOLD-HODL.

I couldn’t agree more. One wise thing to always remember in these kind of bear markets is to be fearful when others are greedy bust most importantly to be greedy when others are fearful. In the end it’s a hard thing to do but when everyone is negative about crypto, it’s actually a good sign.
1211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be the new king on: September 18, 2018, 12:44:58 PM
Now the mainstream currency, BTC-ETH, has the upper hand, and they have the strength and technology, but the future is likely to be a new project to replace them more mature and more comprehensive. What do you think it would be?

Bitcoin has been king ever since the beginning. Both in bear- and bull markets. In bull markets it seems to lose a bit of matket share and  In bear markets it wins a lot in market share, as you can see today. In short, I think bitcoin will stay the king for the forseeable future.
1212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2000$ to invest on: September 18, 2018, 12:41:41 PM
can suggest 2 or 3 coin with good potential and team . no ico .

The only advice I can give you if you’re new is to invest your first money in bitcoin. Learn all about it and then slowly start looking to other projects and get to know all about it before even consideren to throw your money at it
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I wish I sold all my altcoins on: September 18, 2018, 12:40:02 PM
The market continues to disappoint. Should I regret investing in altcoins?

Never regret, you made the decision at the time thinking it was the best thing to do back then. Well, It turned out it was not. Learn from it and move on, you’ll only come stronger out of it in the end
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Day trading on: September 18, 2018, 12:37:32 PM
To me daytrading seems like playing the roulette in the casino. Some days you will get lucky, and other days you get unlucky. However there are always more influential people than you or me, who manipulate the market. Therefor I’d see if you believe in something for the long term, keep it for the long term
1215  Other / Archival / Re: Future of crypto is good or bad? on: September 18, 2018, 12:33:43 PM
I think crypto has a bright future in the long term. All it needs is time to get more technological advancements and adoption. But ONE DAY, we will get there and WE will be the early adopters Cheesy
1216  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year on: September 18, 2018, 12:05:37 PM
Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year, Wall Street CIO Predicts
"I wouldn't be surprised if over the next year it's down to $1,000 to $3,000,"

Is this going to be real or not ?

Well, if that would happen I’d personally buy a bunch of bitcoins again. See it as, maybe, one of the last chances to get some “cheap” bitcoins. Well, I’m a real believer and therefor think that It will never ever go below $1000 again. The only time this could happen is that a bug would be exploited or a 51% attack takes place. Only time will tell Grin
1217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in BTC, Altcoin, or ICO on: September 18, 2018, 12:01:32 PM
before making an investment, you must determine in advance the strategy that will be used to make a profit, if you want a long-term investment, I advise you to choose BTC, whereas if my short-term investment suggests you to buy altcoin, I don't dare to take ICO because I have experienced a loss because the price of coins when listing in exchange is cheaper than the price of ICO

I agree, however as we’re not financial advisors we can only give you our opinions and past experience. According to a lot of specialists however, holding the majority of your crypto in btc is the safest way to do it. This because btc has been around for quite some time and has proven itself to be safe enough
1218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH recover? on: September 18, 2018, 11:57:09 AM
Hello guys, what do you think about today’s situation with ETH? Will ETH recover, or soon altcoin number 1 is going to disappear?

I think, as long as there is no bug exploited, ethereum is here to stay. It’s the first project to introduce smart contracts. A lot of work is still to be done to improve the entire smart contract economy, but as bitcoin is the first of it’s kind - and therefor has a certain value for that - ethereum will probably also keep some kind of value because it was the first one of its kind.
1219  Other / Archival / Re: is EVERY ico a scam?? on: September 18, 2018, 11:53:26 AM
Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

A lot of them might end up being scams. Maybe not all of them had the intention to scam, but might end up doing so because they didn’t cash out the ether when they did their ICO for example. As a result they won’t have enough fiat money anymore to keep up the project. That’s just one of the so many reasons why some altcoins will end up “scamming”
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you still belive in Crypto ? on: September 18, 2018, 11:50:53 AM
I know its a silly question looking for what is happening with market and like everybody i still think if even this year will be bad the next one should be better and even then crypto is still young (except bitcoin but what is 10 years). Do you guys still belive in alt and bitcoin? And im asking about technology not only a price couse price is ambivalent if we focus on technology

Ofcourse I still believe in crypto. Yes, this bear market will shake out a lot of (maybe scammy) altcoins, but the ones that survive this rather long bear market will come out stronger, with a better product. Every day progress is being made, which one day most of us crypto hodlers will benefit from.
