1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Gaming NFT-PUNKS for cheap ! on: May 22, 2022, 03:29:54 PM
I bought a legendary and three epic ones. Wow !! I think this should be enough for the game. In my opinion, these were the last legendaries at this price. In the telegram channel, people are gradually beginning to realize that they sold their legendary ones in vain. In my opinion, autumn promises to be very hot. Hodl  Cool
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Legendary Eventually. on: November 07, 2020, 01:38:27 PM
Congratulations on your long awaited achievement of Legendary status. A lot of work, and finally this level became possible for you. It is good to see that someone has reached this level since the merit system was introduced. I think that people like you are probably only a few people in the whole forum.
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am Beginner!! Any Book for Bitcoin Guide? on: November 07, 2020, 01:34:24 PM
In my opinion, a more effective way by which you can increase your awareness of cryptocurrencies is to read this forum. There is a huge amount of the most diverse information about everything related to cryptocurrencies.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Service Solves This Problem on: November 05, 2020, 07:46:57 AM
In order to have time to react in time and buy bitcoin during a significant drop in price, you can use the following trick. You can buy stablecoins in advance for the amount you need, and keep them in your hardware wallet, and when you see that bitcoin is approaching the level you need, you will have to immediately transfer them to your exchange account. That's all, in this scheme you risk nothing.
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Mobile wallet for newbies? on: November 05, 2020, 07:40:17 AM
I'd keep away from those wallets.
In this case, it might be much easier to explain to a newbie, especially if he is going to store a large amount of bitcoins on his mobile wallet, that all wallets that can be installed on a mobile phone are less reliable than, for example, hardware wallets, or than an official bitcoin wallet from development teams. But for ordinary expenses (no more than $ 100 per day for example), he can safely use almost any mobile wallet.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers are using the name of Airdrop to take the wallet's private key. on: November 04, 2020, 06:45:29 AM
So be smart yourself and fu** the scammers.
If you want to really f**k scammers, then it's not enough just not to fall into the traps they have set. In order to f**k them, you need to create some kind of counter algorithm that will lure the scammer into your own trap and compromise his in accordance with your personal scenario.

And this is not as easy as it seems. Most beginners still have a huge chance of losing their money, not to mention even punishing the scammers.

When I was just starting to use cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, I used two wallets that were stored on my phone. The first was a wallet from Xapo. And the second is Coinbase. By the way, even then Xapo suggested that everyone use their own credit card. At that time it was the most convenient for me because now I can also recommend these wallets.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about day trading Eth? on: November 03, 2020, 03:36:57 PM
I just tried day trading in eth and the price fluctuations which happens continuously is something where we can make profit in daily basis, guys from today morning to evening I could have earned nearly 15 to 20$. Buying low and selling in a reasonable profit, again when it comes to my price I use to buy and sell for a reasonable margin this will work only if there's continuously fluctuation, just have a try and make daily profit.
All this sounds so attractive for only one reason - because now the market is showing signs of a flat. Until Bitcoin surpasses the level of 14,000, it will be possible to play these games and make money on intraday trading. But when this barrier will be taken, then intraday trading can become too risky.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for ETH on: November 03, 2020, 03:32:16 PM
UK and Switzerland has given everyone an example of how quickly it is necessary to respond to innovations related to cryptocurrencies, and now many other European countries are also trying to keep up with the mainstream. Banks are primarily interested in this. So this is a good trend.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safeguarding funds , your funds on exchanges are safe? on: November 03, 2020, 03:29:26 PM
If you made 500$ on a trade with the 1000$, you would then transfer 250$ and trade now with 1250$.
This system sounds too utopian. I think very few people can earn 50 percent a week from their deposit.

The only way to earn so much is if you risk very much by trading assets which at the bottom of the coinmarketcap list. But this is so risky that you are much more likely to lose all your money instead of making a profit.

In this case, you will have no any mind about your exchange security, because the greatest danger will actually come not from the exchange, but from the very fact of buying such high-risk assets.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: November 02, 2020, 04:45:30 PM
Sorry, I have a question. Is this youcash currency linked to the yobit exchange? I was just a little strained by the similarity of the first syllables. If in fact this currency is associated with this exchange, then I am not at all surprised that the price of this coin has fallen into the abyss. This exchange has never won me trust.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: November 02, 2020, 04:40:43 PM
I'm sure that 99 percent of the time the team's anonymity says only one thing - that this is a potential scam. No other factors play a role here. There are certainly some exceptions, but these are the rarest cases. Usially this is always a sign of possible fraud.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2FA HW security keys, Yubikey&such. on: November 02, 2020, 04:37:36 PM
In terms of mechanical  strength Yubikey 5 USB-A has the  linchpin. When you plug the key horizontally  into USB port and accidentally push it  down with force while touching golden plate it   bends  and may break down.  To prevent this I plug the key only vertically and touch it on both sides so as not to bend
In any case, the yubikey looks much stronger and more durable than the teresor. It would be nice to get the Trezor developers to think about improving their devices a bit so that they don't look like empty plastic boxes.

It would be great if the Trezor was also completely monolithic.
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2FA HW security keys, Yubikey&such. on: October 31, 2020, 07:20:26 AM
Special leather covers are sold for the Trezor, they certainly increase its mechanical strength, but still, in terms of strength, it loses much to the yubikey.  And i think even if the Trezor will is in a leather case and someone weighing over 200 pounds steps on it with their heels, not even a leather case will help him.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2FA HW security keys, Yubikey&such. on: October 30, 2020, 03:58:56 PM
The yubikey is small and very tight to the touch, and really has nothing to break unless it is exposed to very high temperatures. Therefore, in terms of reliability, it is great.

He is not afraid of water, he is not afraid of falls even from great heights. The same cannot be said about Trezor.

If the Trezor gets caught in heavy rain or falls into the water, then everything will be over with him. Therefore, they are both good, but each in their own area.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toyota IT Division to Launch Own Digital Currency on: October 29, 2020, 07:41:40 AM
Any large company wants to be in the trend of the latest world events. And since everything in the world is gradually moving towards the fact that calculations will be made in cryptocurrencies, it is natural that each large company will have its own currency for these purposes.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginning with Crypto on: October 29, 2020, 07:37:44 AM
Investing is better suited if you have a large amount of free money available, also when you have a good monthly income that will be able to cover all your costs and expenses even if your investment will not give no income.

And trading is just the place where a beginner can try his hand, but you do not need to immediately rush into battle and trade using large amounts of money. You should always start with very small amounts.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: forum membership on: October 29, 2020, 07:32:48 AM
In order to make attempts to get merit not look too ridiculous, I would advise you to write about what you are really good at. Posts that are written by professionals in a particular field are always more interesting to read than those that are written just to get merit.
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be Aware Fake Ads Electrum Wallet on Chrome on: October 28, 2020, 09:12:24 AM
This is terrible. It seemed to me that chrome is one of those browsers that you should trust and that has not yet been got any minus. I'm using a hardware wallet, but a lot of people are likely to fall into this trap and lose money. Why have the chrom developers been reacting for so long and still haven't fixed it?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DLRS Airdrop. Your opinion. on: October 28, 2020, 09:05:25 AM
Actually Yobit exchange always comes with untrusted activites and their reputation isn't that good as well, come to think of this case scenario, how can an airdrop reward be as high as that, also considering the fact that most people tends to complain about Yobit promotions I would say something is wrong with that airdrop. Well, I have no business with Yobit so I won't bother checking out the airdrop for whatever reason. All I can say is, people who intend to participate should make sure they read the terms guiding the airdrop to make sure they don't work for free, yes, airdrop with ridiculous amounts might come with many tasks and they might even end up not paying while finding faults here and there.
Yea, that's right. Most likely, such a high amount was to attract a lot of people to participate in this airdrop. They wanted to play on FOMO for those people who were unable to participate in the recent UNISWAP airdrop. There, the amount of airdrop reached several thousand dollars. But as usual, everything that comes from the Yobit exchange turned out to be a common swindle and manipulation.
