Every so often I run into an article that talks about how few women are involved in this industry compared to men. My suspicion is that there are more women involved than anyone realizes; they're just not putting their gender front and center.

Yes there is, it's mentioned in the whitepaper as well as on the website.

soft cap = 2000 ETH

then we can deliver global base infrastructure, and get a minimal sales team on the payroll and do some marketing.

hard cap = 300.000 ETH

if we can manager that or even half of it, we will get a full blown global sales team, a Global implementation team which main task is to implement our solution on-site with the customers free of charge, to get the coins rolling so to say.
