981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinbase for Alt Coins.... on: January 24, 2021, 02:13:57 PM
Hi Folks
Newborn here. Can really use your opinions and expertise.
Is Coinbase the best exchange for Alt Coins?
I've been reading quite a few opinions from people saying that they are having a hard time accessing their coins or have interminable waits to be approved. Many feel the company is not on the up and up.
If you prefer a different one please let me know.

While you're in the giving mood...what do you do when a new coin comes out and it's not offered by your exchange?

Sorry for the neediness. lol
Cheers!

Shadecat

I think Coinbase exchange is more complicated for trading altcoins because it was very strict in terms of requirements compared to Binance, Actually, I'm using CoinBase and Bittrex before but after Binance exchange was launched I prepared to use it for personal reasons and in alternation, with Bittrex exchange I believe the most common problem of Coinbase is the withdrawal fees and processes sometimes it needs to wait a long period before it was done thats why I dont like it.
982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano (ADA) coin hit $10 During 2021? on: January 23, 2021, 12:44:46 PM
I think that was pure speculation and far from reality, let me clear my point I'm not against Cardano but the $10 dollars per ADA is not possible for now with the current Market price distribution even those low supply coins has struggling to increase their coin/token price how much for those coin with has a huge supply like ADA? But I believe if the ADA price Trend will continue maybe $1 dollar per ADA is highly possible.
983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another attempt to manipulate the market on: January 23, 2021, 12:35:00 PM
I think It happened for a reason and if it is a kind of market manipulation I believe they are not successful because the market was already normalized now, The triggered sell-off is made by the unprepared institutional Investors who easily dragged with the FUD caused by an article that was published by CoinTelegraph. and we cannot blame them because I believe that they are not familiar about the Bitcoin function including technicalities.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Support XRP on: January 22, 2021, 11:37:41 AM
Makoto, a Japanese entrepreneur and XRP investor told Coin base that he is not selling his XRP share. There is a couple of reason for that,
the most common is that it's a popular crypto coin in Japan. Kayamori also said, "XRP has a strong global fanbase, and a lot of people see this lawsuit as an attack on virtual currencies in general".
Soon the XRP will gain a good high and the predicted price for the XRP is $1 in the upcoming time, but the current market situation is very un-stable and un-predictiable.
Please read the complete report here:https://finance.yahoo.com/news/japan-rallies-behind-xrp-ripple-230056022.html

I agree with his opinion US SEC was after all cryptocurrencies in general, but for now, SEC was focus on Ripple's XRP coin because XRP is one of the top-ranking cryptocurrencies today, And if the SEC was successfully destroyed the XRP I think there will be next or another cryptocurrency that may be targeted again. by the way it's just my opinion and I'm not so sure about it.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Take Advantage ,, on: January 22, 2021, 11:15:29 AM

Looking at the current price, all alt has decreased, is this the right time for us to make purchases and take profits or do we have to wait patiently ?
how do you thing guys ?

IMHO, I think it is better to wait a little more time until the market was stabilized because when we consider the market today it was continued falling, But it's up to you if you want to buy now and hold it. Because if your guts were right and the market will continue to pump and then thats the time you will become a winner.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kraken Delists XRP on: January 21, 2021, 02:48:54 PM
As we all know that XRP is in trouble and recently it is delisted by the coin base. Another exchange is known as "KRAKEN" also announces to delist XRP for US customers on 29/01/2021 at 5PM PT. I think if that happens then XRP will be fall to $0.2 or $0.18.
Is it safe to invest in the XRP or we have to still wait for the stability of the XRP?

IMO, I believe that the decision was still yours to make if you are willing to gamble despite that there was a threat coming from the US SEC to prosecute Ripple, And if you believe that Ripple (XRP) will solve that SEC problem through all legal means then that was your choice to make if you want to invest or not. Because I believe that US SEC was after all of the cryptocurrencies that have based or doing business in the US territory meaning after XRP they might turn their noses into other cryptocurrencies and who knows if Bitcoin was next. Because US SEC nowadays is very unpredictable.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ALT have ATH again? on: January 21, 2021, 02:26:27 PM
IMHO, I believe that most altcoins prices today will remain the same because today's bullish trend is just focused on Bitcoin's organic demand from institutional investors while some other altcoins like Ethereum have an organic demand because of the Defi boom other than that I don't see any relevant reason why other Altcoins are going to pump its price and beat its previous ATH record anyway it was just my personal observation.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple is dying on: January 20, 2021, 01:12:07 PM
A lot of people are predicting that ripple is dead, while some are of the opinion that it might recover after all. Recently, there have been some talks over whether Ripple should go head to head with SEC in court or settle.

What is your opinion on this matter?

I also sold my XRP when the price is at $0.60 cents but it doesn't mean that I believe XRP was already dead, despite that a number of large crypto exchange was delisting XRP because of the SEC pressures but in Binance the XRP was traded at the stable price so it is not dead yet. it is only a fud so that the holders and investors will abandon XRP.
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 14th BNB Burn on: January 19, 2021, 01:48:29 PM
CZ announced earlier that the 14th burning of BNB will commence in 48 hours but there is no details yet as to how many coins will be burned this time. The market has reacted quite positively (again) with the announcement as you can see in the 24H price increase.

source

Are you buying or have you bought?

If we compare the previous BNB supply burn event I think it's not contributed much to the BNB price increased and eventually after the burn (hype) was over the BNB price still return to the previous or the same level before the Burn was not initiated, that was my own observation actually I have some BNB in my Binance account I was bought it during September. and I was hoping that the price will be doubled as it was today.
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum just broke an ATH price on: January 19, 2021, 01:35:01 PM
The previous ATH was $1,432. What do you think? Will Ethereum go much further than the new ATH of $1,440? Should we wait to double the price as Bitcoin did in less than a month?

It was expective because the Ether price within the week was hovering around $1200+ so the All-time high price record is an inch away so the bull was present the entire week thats, why the new highs were achieved now, by the way, the more interesting question, is how long Ethereum will hold its price gains? and I hope it will continue pushing its price up to the $2K level if possible.
991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanna buy or take over coins which are listed on Probit. on: January 18, 2021, 11:03:27 AM
I don't really know those coins or tokens have ever existed, by the way, if you know already that it was listed on Probit it much better to buy those tokens directly on that said exchange. Mate a simple reminder we are on the selected bullish market trend meaning only a few altcoins aside from Bitcoin is performing well so I think acquiring those unknown coins or tokens might cost you more.
992  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin dominance 70%? on: January 18, 2021, 10:51:06 AM
hey guys
Bitcoin dominance is really high
will go up to 80%?
right?
let me know what you think and if any of this makes sense XD

Well, thats should be the case, but due to many listed Altcoins now in the market, Bitcoin dominance should be settled around 80-85 percent, so I guess the Bitcoin price is the triggering factor of MarketCap dominance and if the BTC price continues to increase will that would be another milestone to achieve.
993  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reinvest initial investment, or keep profits? on: January 18, 2021, 10:40:53 AM
I think it's better to wait some time for the Bitcoin price to cool down a little bit and re-invest your money again because you are here already in the crypto industry so dont just remain idle grab the opportunity to earn more but be cautions because as you said crypto is a volatile investment so you must be aware of it. by the way congrats on your gain.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum now looks like a complete joke on: January 17, 2021, 03:42:01 PM
It doesn't look like altcoins will pump hard this time around, it's still shocking that many ERC20 tokens under Ethereum are not really appreciating in value even when Ethereum reached 1200$, I have nothing to say than to ask what the heck is going on.

Another issue is the insane gas fee of ethereum, I have been holding ERC20 tokens the most and to even sell right now is killing me inside because it costs over 10$ to move my ERC20 tokens to exchange, I might just have to give up on this heartbreaking Ethereum blockchain

I agree with you mate, I'm also disappointed with Ethereum today, every time I send an ERC20 token I feel the Network robbed me, thats, why I'm slowly turning away with this coin Because it is not the same Ethereum that I was using before, and what I'm seeing now, is a greedy version of Ethereum so it's not good to remain idle many good platforms out there that have more stable, fast and reasonable transaction fees.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLKADOT is making a lot of noise right now. What do you think? on: January 17, 2021, 03:27:24 PM
I believe PolkaDot has a bright future and its a clear treat to Ethereum especially that many users are not happy with the rising Ethereum gas price and If the trend will continue it's not far from happening PolkaDot must put some top of the line innovation so that many users will continue to ride the PolkaDot Bandwagon.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden Gems on: January 16, 2021, 10:52:00 AM
After reading and checking out whitepapers I searched for 3 hidden gems to invest some money.
The most important thing was that these couns have a good team, concept and potential to go *100 minimum.

Do your own research but for me the below ones are interesting:

COTI : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/coti/
NOIA : https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/syntropy/
EVEDO: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/evedo/

Coti has the most potential but also already the highest marketcap but it is only 30mio.

Check these out and read about them but these could go to the moon.

Kind Regards and happy trading

IMHO, I believe that of the three was mentioned only Coti is familiar to me, in fact, I have promoted this project in Bounty way back in 2018 if we compared its price today when it was first listed I can say that it was up already with more than 300 percent. and it has also a partnership with Cardano (ADA) which i believe it can bring more demand for its coin the last info was Cardano was using the Coti Tech for payment.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to confirm an erc20 transaction on: January 16, 2021, 10:38:26 AM
It has been pending for over 24 hrs. How to accelerate the etherscan transaction?

I think your gas (Gwei) is too low thats why it takes 24 hours and still, it was not confirmed, Anyway, it depends on the wallet that you use if you use the Metamask or Imtoken wallet which is I'm also using they have a transaction acceleration function to increase the gas fee so that it will confirm smoothly.
998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Bitcoin's fees overpriced? on: January 16, 2021, 10:25:47 AM
Bitcoin's rise in popularity has congested the blockchain network over the past days. The pioneer cryptocurrency has seen a surge in price, as well as, network fees. Last time I've checked, fees where well above $10 per transaction. That's a lot for moving minuscule amounts of Bitcoin across the blockchain. Yet, fees aren't as high as they were back in December 2017. Depending on Bitcoin's price relative to Fiat, fees can either be overpriced or all the other way around. Bitcoin's limited block size will only make matters worse over the long term. There's still the Lightning Network, but it has many flaws that would put your funds at risk.

Do you think that Bitcoin's fees are overpriced right now? If not, why? Will it stay like this forever? Will people adopt the Lightning Network more thoroughly as fees soar on the main chain? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Smiley

IMHO, I believe it's ok for Bitcoin to pay its transaction cost for just $10 dollars for its current price, It was still acceptable since Bitcoin is an old Tech but compare to Ethereum I think it's not Any I just put it into consideration because Bitcoin is much slower compared to Ethereum, I hope the lightning Network will be fixed so that this problem will be solved.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how can i boost my tradings??? on: January 14, 2021, 12:52:57 PM
Hi , Im lookng for boost my trading , do you know a good platform for it?Huh
and i want to track my  performance, improve and get less emotionals.

What do you mean by boost? are you referring to a trading Terminal? If yes Mate I'll tell you Mate even you are using a trading terminal it has no guarantee when it comes to Trading I'm also doing a day trading session in Binance but the profit is very slim if you have not much capital in your position all kinds of trading has a risk and no guaranteed returns so we must aware about it.
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facts about altcoin season, on: January 14, 2021, 12:44:19 PM
Your observation is right, But I dont believe it was really an altcoin season instead we can call it a few altcoins boom. because not all altcoins are gaining much traction unlike before 2017-2018, for example, the Tron and Tezos are not doing much movement besides both are also top-ranking Altcoins thats I dont believe that altcoin season is here.
