161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain Bitcoin to Newbies on: October 23, 2021, 12:27:25 AM
if his friend is interested in getting into the cryto world, you just need to teach him how to register the market correctly and how to make a deposit and then how to trade. so no need to force things, because it will learn on its own slowly step by step. this way you don't bother him and he
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we accelerate the mass adoption of crypto? on: October 23, 2021, 12:19:27 AM
In my view, the mass adoption of bitcoin requires an encouragement from the government and immediately there is recognition from the state about the legality of bitcoin. people are still afraid of the security of bitcoin because the state has not fully authorized the investment in bitcoin according to my country. so people need a protection from the state against the funds invested if one day they happen to be fraudulent.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Price vs Iphone Price at launch on: October 22, 2021, 04:38:30 PM
I'm a little curious as to what the iPhone 4 costs up to 2 BTC, what about the menu, the uniqueness so that the price is very expensive. I'm still not convinced by such a price, it's better to use the funds in a more profitable place than to be extravagant for an iPhone.
164  Economy / Speculation / Re: 60k price recovery achieved on: October 20, 2021, 05:19:22 AM
Bitcoin has reached its latest price level of $64K on Wednesday October 20th. bitcoin is a very good investment and is in demand by institutional investors because bitcoin has a very fast recovery mode. from the price of $ 30k able to penetrate back to the price of $ 64k within 6 months or 1 semester. The bullrun market is happening right now and it is a special concern for investors, when is the margin peak of the current market price index, because when the top margin index is reached, the market will be bearish.
165  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC hovers above $61K amid US regulators against physical product Bitcoin ETF on: October 20, 2021, 04:41:07 AM
Amid renewed concerns over US regulators' acceptance of physical Bitcoin ETFs (exchange-traded funds) later this year, Bitcoin hovered above $61K on first approval in the United States.

What do you think about the new concerns that will occur in the future?

source : https://cointelegraph.com/news/btc-price-hovers-above-61k-amid-fresh-concerns-over-fate-of-physical-bitcoin-etf

A very good thread to talk about today is that US regulators have turn on two ETF applications after years of failed applications. This ETF will have CME Bitcoin futures as the underlying asset with an inflow of investors switching from Gold ETFs to BTC. this can affect the price of bitcoin going forward because the presence of a Bitcoin ETF can increase the demand for Bitcoin. The main reason behind the rising price of Bitcoin is that the ETF will attract many institutional investors into the cryptocurrency with the concept of no worries regarding the security or storage of the Bitcoin.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interest on Bitcoin on: October 20, 2021, 04:13:28 AM
Wondering how many of you earn interest on your Bitcoin?

Do you feel this is risky, whoever owns the private key owns the BTC ?

Also any resources for a high interest rate I think around 6% is the highest, these are some I have seen Liquity, Blockbank, Voyager, Nexo

thanks!
to invest in crypto can not measure the certainty of interest because crypto profits are not based on interest. The profit from crypto can be obtained in the form of a certain coin value when the market price soars. like bitcoin when bought at a price of $ 40k percoin try to calculate how much profit now, bitcoin has reached $ 63k percoin.
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you pay with crypto??? on: October 20, 2021, 04:06:26 AM
Currently I still use fiat as a means of payment, because in my country there is no acceptance of payments using cryptocurrencies and the country does not recognize bitcoin as a legal medium of exchange. so i became bitcoin as asset to invest and seek profit in short term and long term.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 19, 2021, 02:53:05 PM
Even huge businesses will benefit from the convenience that Bitcoin could provide especially during the pandemic situation that we have. That's actually the reason why big companies are now starting to accept Bitcoin because it's too helpful even for international transactions. It could save us from too much hassle. I believe that more businesses would still choose Bitcoin in the coming days.

not all businesses can accept bitcoin, because some of them have not had time to understand about bitcoin and some of them are still afraid of the level of risk investing with crypto which is so vulnerable to price drops. Only business people who have more asset value can accept bitcoin as a means of payment for their business.
they can group their assets into two groups, firstly fixed assets such as bitcoin investments or bitcoin receipts and secondly current assets for their business activities.
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you spend your Bitcoin? on: October 19, 2021, 02:42:03 PM
Embarrassed Got to spend my BTC last couple of months because of dissertations.
I wish I did not need to, the value is now way too high to buy. Cry

it's a shame to spend bitcoin at this time, because the market price is bullrun. now bitcoin has reached a height and has penetrated the earth's atmosphere, which is at $62k as the previous highest price. long-time investors are enjoying their success and starting to prepare themselves when to sell, the bitcoin market is very volatile at the moment.
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla make 1 billion profits from it Bitcoin holding on: October 17, 2021, 04:54:43 AM
That is a very fantastic profit but if the sale has not happened then it has a high possibility that the profit is greater or will be reduced, In investing long term we have high hopes to get a profit even though the risk we face is also very high but we also have to be ready in any situation do not panic easily because price changes always occur all the time, Although for now the tesla company only gets a profit that is still realized but I am sure they will sell it as soon as possible.

As long as Tesla has not sold the Bitcoin they own, it can't actually be said to be profitable. Because the price of Bitcoin can fall suddenly, then what
Tesla has to do is immediately sell the Bitcoin they have. If Tesla doesn't sell Bitcoin immediately, there are two possibilities, the first if the price of
Bitcoin goes up Tesla can make a bigger profit and the second possibility is  that their profit will decrease because the price of Bitcoin goes down.
I also think like you, Tesla will soon sell the Bitcoin they have, because their goal is to invest in Bitcoin to make a profit. So with the price of Bitcoin
now already high, I'm sure Tesla will not miss the opportunity to take profit. The question is how much Bitcoin they will sell, whether they sell all of it
or only sell part of it. This is only Elon Musk and other Tesla shareholders who know about it.

I understand from the topic presented by the OP in Telegrah, tesla has sold 10% BTC in Q2 and tesla has made a profit of 1 billion from holding bitcoin in the sense that they have sold BTC when the bitcoin price reached its highest level in Q2 ago before the price correction occurred the market fell $38k. Last June Tesla re-adopted 5,000 BTC until 2022 which means they have entered the second phase where now bitcoin has returned to the price of $61k.
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you quit Bitcoin if a shitcoin like Ethereum surpassed it? on: October 17, 2021, 04:35:15 AM
Bitcoin has high popularity and is in great demand by investors worldwide and now institutional investors have started to enter the cryptocurrency market, so bitcoin is unlikely to be chased by other coins even though it has a second rank. Investors only turn to fiat money during transitions when the market starts to peak and starts to fall and after that they return to adopting bitcoin when the market has started to stabilize.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After a few months of China crackdown on mining. Check it out! on: October 17, 2021, 04:04:05 AM
Finally something good about China. Lolz. I mean in perspective of rest of the world or non-China who always thought China could manipulate the market severely and destroy the decentralisation any time soon. The whole thing has turned upside down for the China if above values are accurate.

One thing is clear, China will see great amount of reduced income in their country. Just imagine almost 30+ % of mining power and at the current rate the bitcoin income could have been enormous!! It’s literally shut off for China in blink of an eye. Plus I’m not sure what are they gonna do about the hardware, rented mining places, and what not. This is serious damage to them.

their actions have cost themselves a disservice except they are just making issues to bring down the market temporarily and they start adopting bitcoins secretly in countless numbers. in that way they can dominate the markets and finance around the world. I don't think the Chinese are stupid but are playing with aces and creating markets under their control.
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: October 17, 2021, 03:54:50 AM
There is a probability that maybe btc could be a global currency in the future,  from the level of widespread adoption and acceptance it is easy to presume such things can happen, let's not forget the growing popularity in cryptocurrency and btc is the main head, so if there is going to be a global digital currency in the future, no doubt it will be btc.

I mean, it already is a global currency though. Just because it's not officially recognized by all governments as an "official" currency, doesn't change the fact that it's technically a currency accessible by people globally.

in my opinion, bitcoin is better to be a valuable asset and can be accessed by all countries and has legality. I don't like bitcoin being a legal tender. why ? because if bitcoin becomes a legal medium of exchange and is recognized by all countries, bitcoin will be controlled by the state and of course the price of bitcoin must be stable like the dollar and other currencies. to make a profit as an asset is really very difficult.
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have any real value? on: October 14, 2021, 02:01:29 PM
Bitcoin is not backed by any physical asset like Gold nor by any fiat currency. It makes me wonder if I should invest/trade in Bitcoin or not?
I advise you to invest in bitcoin now for me bitcoin is an asset for the future so if you don't invest now then you will regret it someday, bitcoin doesn't need support from anything like fiat or gold because basically bitcoin stands alone and without support from fiar or gold, the price of bitcoin is getting more and more expensive and bitcoin is gaining the trust of investors, so bitcoin is very suitable for investment. Now bitcoin has proven itself very worthy of being an asset for the future.

I do not recommend you to invest in bitcoin but suggest that you learn and understand first about bitcoin and its market. because many beginners misunderstand the basic concepts of bitcoin so they consider bitcoin as a fraudulent investment or fraud. bitcoin is not backed by real physical assets, but the market is sure and bitcoin is high and real value.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We enter a new era of heavy regulations on: October 14, 2021, 01:51:43 PM
Since the cryptocurrency market is still very loosely controlled by the government, there will of course be a tightening of cryptocurrency controls. However, I think most of all it will concern personal identification, so that the owners of the cryptocurrency pay taxes on profits and there is some kind of control over the laundering of dirty money. Governments are unlikely to be capable of more.

Official cryptocurrencies have to stand under the auspices of the government and they have to pay taxes on the profits they make. the government has access to monitor cryptocurrency activities so as not to deceive the public, so it is natural for the government to make strict regulations on cryptocurrency activities.
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: October Bitcoin bull month. on: October 12, 2021, 01:53:59 PM
October has been a big lucky month for bitcoin adopters, where investors are screaming that they've got their winnings back after months of going through painful market conditions before. bitcoin has received high support this october and is doing well.
177  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price last until the end of the year? on: October 12, 2021, 05:04:29 AM
Many investors expect bitcoin to continue pumping through the end of the year, some expect it to break past highs and some predict bitcoin will hit $75k. but I also hope bitcoin can also penetrate the market highs of the previous year.
178  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you explain the October pump? on: October 12, 2021, 04:58:42 AM
It happened so naturally, maybe their predictions or speculations... coincidentally in the right and correct predictions, other influences can push prices up in early October.
Everything is uncertain but some implications speak that it could push Bitcoin higher this October.
Basically, we really have to be able to examine patterns that keep happening from time to time, sometimes it can add predictive material when taking steps in investing or trading. After a decline there will definitely be a strong rise, we are currently in an uptrend, and know how to deal with the volatile character of Bitcoin itself and other coins in the market.

Bitcoin is in a volatile market in the current uptrend position. We see bitcoin leading the market today as evidenced by bitcoin's dominance reaching its highest level in recent months. October was the highest level after last April before a price correction occurred with the previous highest level of $62k/coin. looks like bitcoin will break through the $60k market again next week.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trades at $56,000 as daily settlement value hits $31 billion on: October 12, 2021, 04:44:18 AM
Yesterday Bitcoin managed to touch the psychological level of $57k. Even in the last week, bitcoin managed to jump almost 16%. that's a sign that bitcoin continues to be in demand by institutional investors. The price of the majority of cryptocurrencies (cryptocurrencies) with the largest market capitalization fell again in today's trading where only bitcoin and ethereum were still able to survive in the green zone. today trading bitcoin slightly lower on the $56k market with 1.61% green zone.
180  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 11, 2021, 01:20:44 PM
as the market price rises to $56k many people are assuming that bitcoin will break the $100k price by the end of december. but I see there are still some people who are hesitant and some are already convinced that the market price will break through $100k by the end of this December.
