61  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Russia goes full Bitcoin adoption on: April 14, 2022, 05:07:37 PM
Without a doubt something like this would be incredibly problematic for bitcoin, however it is not as simple either as the institutional investors that are coming to this market have great influence on the American government and a movement like that would affect them, so even if at some point the US tried to ban bitcoin or something like that they will need to give time to those institutional investors to get out of their positions, something which could take years as some of them have invested a complete fortune in bitcoin.
How can they sanction bitcoin? It's not like banks that have a central authority where they can ask to negotiate with them. If they want to, they can talk to all the bitcoin users to stop supporting bitcoin only for the sake of Russia but that will be impossible since all btc users are benefiting with bitcoin.

I think the only thing that they can do is ask centralized entities to block transactions that are coming from Russia. This can affect the price but it is fine because the price can still recover soon especially if the sanctions are over and they will allow Russian citizens again to use bitcoin but why will it take years for institutional investors to get out if they want to? they can just sell all that they got. Big exchanges can handle it easily or they can use multiple exchanges at the same time.

bitcoin does not belong to one country so another country can impose sanctions on one country. I think Russia can adopt bitcoin as much as possible without thinking about sanctions from Europe and America. each country has its own legality for local currency, while bitcoin does not have state legality but bitcoin stands alone so anyone can adopt it as long as the country does not prohibit the use of bitcoin in that country.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to buy? on: April 14, 2022, 04:46:27 PM
Bitcoin investment is ultimately the goal of profit.  However, We can only optimize our profits when we choose the time to buy Bitcoin at a low price and sell at a high price.  Currently bitcoin price is considered to be the bottom so I think we should buy now to make a high profit

To be exact, I've often heard people will buy bitcoins if it's under $50k and now we're way below $50k so this is a good opportunity to buy cheaply, if we look at the fact that the volume of transactions continues to increase then this could make the price skyrocketing quickly so buying right away is the best option.

Bitcoin is currently playing between $38k to $48k so a good time to invest is when the market price is below $40k with the concept we can sell when the price breaks through $45k or more. according to some charts we see when the price starts to touch $46k the price will experience a correction again by 10 percent to 15 percent.
63  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Little Surprised! on: April 14, 2022, 04:36:57 PM
To see an increase in the price, a positive scenario for bitcoin would be the regulation of the bitcoin ETF's in the U.S. or the indication from the SEC that there is going to be a bitcoin ETF in the near future, and both of these are not the case at the moment, so what we will see for bitcoin is a lot of sideways movements as expected. There is likely to be some movement on Monday when global markets open.

The fact that the price of bitcoin is still under the $50,000 level from a couple of months ago is showing that there are still a lot of issues that are holding the price back. Until the price of bitcoin gets out of the $50,000 range , it is likely that we will see a lot of sideways movement for bitcoin with a lot of corrections and it will be hard to see any increase to the price.

bitcoin price is currently bearish and is at $40k with resistance between $38k and $48k. I think bitcoin is playing between the same markets in the last few weeks. do we expect bitcoin to penetrate new ATH within this year, I think with the current market war conditions it is a bit difficult to penetrate new ATH, but take advantage of short term investment opportunities to look for fantastic profits.
64  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Average 70% to 85% drops in 'bear markets' before big pushes to ATH... on: April 14, 2022, 04:28:30 PM
I was looking at the "ALL" view on tradingview and measuring the drops from swing high to swing low on the weekly or monthly from 2012 to 2022 and the average drop was around 70% to 85%..

We are currently only 50% from ATH in Nov... Should we expect to see another 30% here taking bitcoin from anything such as $18,500 to $12,500???

I ask you two question here.

1) Was 69K was the all time high or we have an extended bull market  this time ?

2) Even if 69,000 was top, is it nessesary to fall to 70-80% everytime ? The fundamentals have changed a lot. Today there are lot more institutions, countries and retails who buy bitcoin on every dip and generate a lot of demand that its hard for bitcoin to break the 30K level.

I assume according to my thoughts the current bitcoin price is said to be normal even though the graph looks bearish. while yesterday's highest price spike to reach the highest price of $69k, which in my opinion is unnatural and too fantastic, because it flew too high and could not hold its foundation so that the market returned to its original price. It is this factor that people assume that the price of bitcoin is experiencing instability or strong inflation.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia announced a default on foreign obligations!!! on: April 14, 2022, 04:17:21 PM
Russia announced a default on foreign obligations!!!

Today something happened that probably no one expected so quickly. As it turned out, not only the army is fake in Russia, but also the financial system and economy. What is your opinion, gentlemen - why did the "super-power" with the "strongest international weight" deflate so quickly?  Smiley

in fact Russia has not defaulted on its debts even though the US Treasury blocked the transfer and prevented Russia from using its frozen foreign currency reserves to pay its debts. Russia categorically rejects the idea of defaulting on its debt repayment cases, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. some analysts familiar with say Russia has the means and the ability to pay until May 25.
66  Economy / Speculation / Re: How come BTC is not at least $75,000 yet? on: April 13, 2022, 04:24:43 AM
according to my analysis why the price of bitcoin has not reached $75k, it could be because many countries still refuse bitcoin to be used as a legal medium of exchange, even though many companies have accepted bitcoin as payment. because this is one of the factors that can prevent bitcoin from penetrating the new ATH and investors still choose the dollar as a safer investment in the face of unbalanced market fluctuations.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: New crypto law in Bangladesh? on: April 13, 2022, 03:42:59 AM
For now, the country of Bangladesh still prohibits the use of cryptocurrencies on the grounds to prevent money laundering and warns its citizens not to violate the Money Laundering Prevention Act, 2012”. but many Bangladeshi investors have been in cryptocurrency, so this ban cannot stop the growth of bitcoin in Bangladesh.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk - Hinted that it would be nice if Twitter Ads be paid in Bitcoin on: April 13, 2022, 02:41:14 AM
In a reference I read that Elon Musk Proposes Dogecoin for Blue Twitter Premium Subscription Payments but not bitcoin. does this contradict other issues about Elun Musk proposing bitcoin as a twitter advertising payment.
Elon Musk, Twitter Inc's biggest shareholder and suggested a series of changes to social media giant Twitter Blue's premium subscription service, including cutting its price, banning ads and providing an option to pay in the cryptocurrency Dogecoin.

69  Economy / Economics / Re: Which is better, staking or investing? on: April 13, 2022, 02:30:32 AM
Looking at the current market conditions, which generally experience a decline in market prices rather than an increase. so according to my understanding it is better to choose staking if you really want to benefit from your assets. but can't be separated from monitoring the excess coins before you bet. because if you choose the wrong staking it means you have placed the coin in a very high risk condition.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold , Silver Or Crypto? on: April 11, 2022, 05:22:01 PM
What's with the weird question? Of course gold! What could be better than gold to keep your savings? At all times, gold has always had a high price. If I have a lot of money, a small part can be invested in cryptocurrency, but I will still invest the main part in gold.
You have a point about gold cause it has been used as money (before the creation of fiat currency) thousands of years ago cause it is somehow stable in price than cryptocurrency but you seem not to understand the difference between investment and saving when you said you'll invest small part in crypto and main part in gold.

I think gold, silver and crypto have their respective advantages and all three are very good investments in this decade. There is nothing wrong with investing in crypto so far, where in the eyes of the world bitcoin has entered the latest legend in the world's legal payment process and this will be the best investment going forward.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Is crypto the final stage in the evolution of money? on: April 11, 2022, 05:15:29 PM
I don't know if perhaps i'm overthinking this, but considering the evolution of money from the beginning of time where different things have served as a medium of exchange and now currently banknotes.

On same trend, we are slowly witnessing the evolution of  money to crypto and i can't help but wonder if crypto is the final stage or there may perhaps be another revolutionary idea to replace crypto as money after crypto has been accepted.

What do you think?

you're talking about the future that can't be predicted correctly and about evolution that will definitely happen over a long time as has happened recently. from the barter era to the era of coins and paper that we have been doing and now we have entered the digital era with the concept of exchanging or paying with crypto. so in my opinion, when crypto has been accepted by the world and there is a possibility of a big turmoil that can trigger new thoughts to overcome the world crisis, a new evolution of legal payments will be born.
72  Economy / Economics / Re: Could russia be the 1st to embrace a petro BTC on: April 11, 2022, 12:21:30 AM
Refusal of foreign exchange earnings will drive Russia into the Stone Age very quickly, because. they do not have their own production or technologies, and there are no other options to get them except by buying from the West.

I am not aware of how dependent Russia is on Western technology, but even if the West lowers the Iron Curtain and no longer trades with Russia, will they not try to circumvent those sanctions through China and India? And these two countries are certainly to some extent dependent on the West, and somehow I do not believe that the same West can afford to impose sanctions on them.

According to media reports, Lavrov went on visits to China and India, where talks are not about time and football, but about how to resist Western pressures and continue doing business as before. Therefore, it seems to me that Russia will find a way to get what it needs, in one way or another.

I think Russia will accept Bitcoin as a means of payment for its oil and gas exports to other countries as a move to boost the Russian currency which has lost more than 20% of its value this year.
Some analysts say, Russia would probably benefit from accepting the currently popular cryptocurrency and regardless of the risks involved Sanctions imposed by Britain, the United States (US) and the European Union after the invasion of Ukraine have weighed on the Russian ruble.

74  Local / Trading dan Spekulasi / Re: [Diskusi] Analisa Teknikal Bitcoin buat day trader on: April 09, 2022, 06:17:45 PM

76  Economy / Economics / ExxonMobil in the US is piloting a bitcoin mining project in North Dakota on: March 30, 2022, 02:54:41 AM
ExxonMobil, a leading oil and gas producer in the US, is currently piloting a bitcoin mining project in North Dakota.
This project looks like a ConocoPhillips mining scheme in North Dakota's Bakken area to power shipping containers full of thousands of bitcoin miners. Exxon launched trials in late January 2021 and expanded construction in July.

What do you think about testing this project?
we expect to have a significant impact on the bitcoin market going forward.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breakout on: March 30, 2022, 02:35:51 AM
Here is the 1-year weekly closing chart (Sunday's at 12:00 pm). Intraweek moves above or below those levels are meaningless to this chart. This chart shows the area (between the resistance and support lines) where Bitcoin is likely to trade for the next 1-3 months............unless new news comes out.

http://theoasisclub.net/Bitcoin1year.jpg

Yeah and that is the problem, we really don't know if some news will come out in the next 3 months that will change the movement of the price.

It could be positive or negative, so it's better to still observe and be cautious of our trading strategy as the price won't go on parabolic rise. It could be a long and hard grind for us and we could be hitting $60k in the next 1-3 months so we will see.

Bitcoin movements are confusing because the news we read varies so that it has an impact on bitcoin market movements. the market is currently in a holding phase at between $42k to $47k and will be in the spotlight for the next move, will bitcoin fall again or bounce sharply. many investors are worried about a market like this.
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - Projected Bottom and Halving on: March 30, 2022, 02:03:06 AM
I noticed the chart describes the moving parts in the next halving period. The case we see is the reduction of reward subsidies for bitcoin miners for the current year. In my opinion, the halving must be careful and pay attention to the prizes obtained with the operational costs incurred, because the transactions are still the same and have not been reduced at this time.
79  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin bounce back to 60k in this year? on: March 27, 2022, 03:56:49 PM
Bitcoin in march now looks good with movements that look more stable, and the price is currently almost $45k, this proves that bitcoin has a strong chance to bounce back to $60k, if april the price can reach $50k then i'm optimistic in the year this can pass the new ATH which occurs in November 2021.

many investors have long been waiting for the bitcoin price to return, but for now it has not been achieved as everyone hopes. in a few days bitcoin has been able to get a spike again and is above $ 40k for the past two weeks. Bitcoin has shown a steady increase in value for the past few days, it could be this April bitcoin can break through $47k, if this can happen, investors' expectations will be achieved again.
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN will rise on: March 27, 2022, 03:11:55 PM
If I look at your data it looks like yes, we are ready for next Bullish period, I hope so, it's been too painful to walk in Bearish for some time.
But I feel that the issue of war and the issue of the American economy is still haunting our journey, I mean they could create dramas and make this initial Bullish wind fail to continue, I am afraid of that.
You don't have to be afraid because there is a possibility that the bulls will come back to the market this year. Coin prices in the market are also starting to increase, although not significantly, but bulls could come back shortly if the situation is like this. War problems and economic problems may continue, but that doesn't make the crypto market fall, but people will switch to crypto, and if that happens, the adoption process will be bigger. There will be more people who start adopting crypto and stick with fiat to make transactions.

The price of bitcoin has continued to hover in recent weeks and is still holding above $40k, this week's price gains extending a surge after the Federal Reserve's announcement that it would raise interest rates for the first time in three years. so in the future it is likely that many investors will start to adopt it again after some time ago the price of bitcoin fell sharply.
