41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I would like answers on that on: May 03, 2020, 12:47:57 PM
The dev team must have proof to support their claim 'investor safety' when decide to close down trading on the exchange. If there is a hack, vulnerable or maybe just exchange have a problem on their end and deposit and withdraw must closed, I think it's totally understandable. If not, users, traders of that coin should apply pressure toward exchange to make sure everything is transparent. In the end, there must be trust between both parties to moving forward, defuse the problem.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🌟🔥【ANN】【ICO】【PRE-SALE】 🚀 QURREX 🚀| THE FIRST HYBRID CRYPTO EXCHANGE🔥🌟🔥 on: April 28, 2020, 10:14:04 AM
How do projects get listed on this new exchange? Is it a dex or cex? Has anyone from bitcointalk tried it?
It looks like the project is dead.
This is a ghost project. They have done nothing for the past 2 years except for nonsense announcements, that's all. There hasn't been any exchange since the end of the ICO, on telegram the manager only banned users and answered the question with only one word.
It's more like a zombie project. Not completely dead because there is some try to keep it function but going nowhere. There are many projects on bitcointalk that become like this so all we could do is leave them be.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CryptSEO [CSEO] FREE AIR DROP -- NO MINING -- Social Media Boosting LIVE!! on: April 26, 2020, 01:29:14 PM
Why do you say that the robots take the coins in BitPixel? Those of us who play there are not robots, we have spent some time since the game started and we won several types of coins, for that we make drawings, horizontal and vertical lines, we buy points with coins in the same game etc you are wrong about that.

The game looks interesting but this kind of accusations should be address this early, some of the accusations needs to address I don;t know if this project is now in the scam section but if it is already there then better address it there or dev should clarify all the accusations which to me has basis.
Agree. Any accusations need to clarify immediately before it hurt the coin even if those accusations are untrue but remember, fake news did damage reputation as well.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sources of income? on: April 24, 2020, 12:56:32 PM
If you're a well known and successful trader, there are many ways to make a side earning other than trading. For example, you can try to open class for teaching other newbie traders and share tips about trading as well. Remember, knowledge is a valuable tool for you and others too.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to know whether it is right to join bounties? on: April 22, 2020, 10:15:40 AM
It all comes down to the bounty manager to decide whatever you allow to join their campaign or not. Some campaign has a rigid rule to make sure they look legit and not try to spam bitcointalk forum and then there are bounty managers that have their own rule to what user allow to join and what not. Some managers do look after your post history to determine if you suit for their campaign or not. Some don't but most agree that posting under shitposts like off-topic, too many posts at local-language thread or social activity weekly report will make your post history look bad.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: characteristics of fraudulent projects on: April 13, 2020, 12:21:15 PM
I think making characteristics of fraudulent projects is a great way to save time and money. But don't let it cloud your judgment and pass all projects without giving it a second chance.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many masternodes can you run per VPS? on: April 07, 2020, 09:58:05 AM
It depends on Masternode's system spec. Usually, Masternode only requires a little of CPU usage to get your stakes but some Masternode requires more than just simply CPU. CPU usage spikes when trying to synchronize with the lastest block of the network, after that CPU usage is very low. Your Vultr $5/month got your cover for almost all of Masternodes.

i think, you an only run 1 masternode on 1 vps and you cant run 2 or more masternode of the same coin
You can run more than 1 Masternode on 1 VPS by switch port at the address if your VPS and MN can handle that. An example is shared Masternode service that runs multi MN on one or many kinds of cryptocurrency clients to optimize their profit.
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toilet Paper Token in Yobit on: April 04, 2020, 01:15:40 PM
It was a joke, an april fool joke but guess that so many sh*t tokens out there, add one more doesn't matter. At least it got the humor, which very needy in this dark time, pandemic rampage across the globe.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are mainstream events linked to crypto's price movement on the market? on: January 18, 2020, 07:07:26 AM
I have been noticing that Bitcoin's price has a history of appreciating over time as a result of minor events that are connected to major events (semi-major events). But the most visible event which seems to occur is massive price volatility that often occurs within a day or two. So yes, mainstream event makes Bitcoin's price volatile.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wallet for Ethereum on: September 30, 2018, 10:14:37 AM
I used MEW and it's works just fine.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The era of bounty hunter comes to an edd? on: September 23, 2018, 10:54:28 AM
Not really, there are many bounty campaigns paying very on time. The old era has many scam campaign as well.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can cryptocurrency succeed? on: September 16, 2018, 02:46:12 PM
Yes, it can but not by overhype and shameless shill. Just need some time before it actually becomes a normal thing and gets acceptance in the market.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH falls !! on: September 09, 2018, 02:16:22 PM
You shouldn't sell ETH below $200 if only you planning to buy back at later price, also lower than $200. ETH won't stay at this decline for long from my own prediction.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The death of Ethereum is inevitable? Can ETH on the price of $100? on: September 09, 2018, 02:13:31 PM
ETH might go lower from $200 point but I don't think the word 'death' is right for it.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many will regret that they do not invest in cryptocurrencies on: September 02, 2018, 03:04:01 PM
I think that many who have not used the "drawdown" of the cryptocurrency market and have not invested in it, will regret it when the market starts to grow again by the end of the year! I think that the current dynamics of the market, when it significantly "sags" from the beginning of the year in relation to the January highs, does not stand out from a number of conventional cyclical phenomena. I see that the cryptocurrency market is cyclical, and, despite the current decline in the market relative to January, if you look in relation to last year, we see the growth of the market! And what do you think, you too, as I see the prospects in the development of the crypto-currency market or think it is a collapse?
And there are many regrets that they DID invest in cryptocurrencies. Opportunity but you know, not for everyone.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video call for KYC verification on: August 26, 2018, 03:48:33 PM
Video call for kyc verification?? Is it possible? Do you think it is the best way , rather than uploading your documents for kyc verification process? Most bounty campaigns and ICOs nowadays required a kyc.

If video call for Kyc verification is possible, what is the best and secure app to you use for video call
Really no, I don't think you should go as far as video call to some unknown person yourself. If no different than selling your personal identity just to get some cryptocurrency which sometime could turn into nothing.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Imagine the day where everyone drops bitcoin! on: August 05, 2018, 01:08:06 PM
Whats the point of bitcoin anyway? there's no way a normal person will be able to use it on a daily basis!
its not gold (to store for value)...
Well, it was cryptocurrency after all. You can't really make a comparison between it to all the real thing.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Underpriced coins at the moment? on: February 25, 2018, 11:43:38 AM
According to your analysis, what all alt coins do you think are underpriced at the moment?

Where do you see them and which all do you think can give an immediate 4x or 5x move?

I am seeing a great potential at Bytecoin(BCN) at the moment and we entered at $0.005 or 0.00000042 btc heavily.

It is currently around 85-90% up and we are looking at a good rally.

Have you invested in BCN?
BCN coin is underpriced? Please, the coin is heavily supplied by miner because how easy to mine it. Have no practical goal and not so innovation in term of technology. I don't see any reason why it could manage to price up other the pump and dump scheme.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LCC] Litecoin Cash | SHA256 LTC fork @ block 1371111 | 10:1 claim ratio on: February 18, 2018, 08:09:40 AM
What's everyone take on Litecoin Cash? Just a curious since I don't see much hype over fork block, much less than from altcoin LTC but read this thread and see a lot person willing to move LTC back to their wallet.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum and NASA! What do you think about this? on: February 11, 2018, 03:08:08 PM
NASA has allocated a grant of $ 330,000 to explore the potential of BlockChein, which can improve communications in space.

CoinSquare reports.

Associate Professor of Computer Engineering Chair Dr. Jen Wei is leading a team of scientists developing a Network and Computational Paradigm Stance (RNCP) for space exploration.

The new technology will allow spacecraft to quickly receive commands from Earth and send information collected more quickly, as well as automate many processes, significantly reducing the need for manual operation of operators from the Earth.

Blocchain also has to increase tracking of artificial space debris and pave safe paths to avoid fatal collisions.

The team plans to launch Ethereum-based RNCP in combination with artificial intelligence and deeper training methods.

Recall that the Colorado Senate may use distributed registry technology to protect personal data from hacker attacks.
Sound very unusual. Why they pack the data into blockchain to simply communicate or send information?
