Yes 1000 users and even more can download the file simultaneously without any noticable slowdowns. Download slow-down only occurs if the requested IOTA nodes get too congested. Since any IOTA node can be used to download the data, it means the entire IOTA network would need to become overloaded before download speed is affected. |
