81  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 29, 2013, 03:11:26 PM
Hey! Just read you revised business plan. Well done! I have one questions that hope you could answer:

Per your plan, you will sell 70% shares in IPO and you management will only keep 30%. Don't you worry about if someone buy 31% or more and kick you guys out? What make you think that you don't want to ensure an absolute control.

Thanks!

Buy back is on it's way,
waiting for the BTC.

83  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Virtual Community Exchange w/ Options, DRIP, 2FA, API, CSV, etc. on: July 29, 2013, 10:44:30 AM
Hey guys. Just wondering is there anyway I could download a Trading history CSV for any stock? That would be really helpful for trading analysis. Thank you!

https://btct.co/api/tradeHistory/DMS.PURCHASE?range=all

Replace DMS.PURCHASE with the stock you're interested in. It's a JSON rather than a CSV, but conversion should be easy.

This is unbelievablely fantastic! Thank you dude!
84  Economy / Securities / Re: The coming flash crash in AMC on: July 29, 2013, 09:59:13 AM
I would buy 2 BTC worth of puts just to hedge a bit on the downtrend if this is rising too high.
Near where it started today and where its at is the strike + premium seems fair enough.
0.006 - 0.009 range
Strike 0.0075 Premium 0.0015 duration 18 day term
Valid for 12 hours since its a bit wild the market is free if someone wants to offer a better deal Smiley

(EDIT: Yes selling puts in a flash-crash thread why because I can XD)

Hi, I could write 1500 or 2000 puts on BTCT at Strike 0.0075 Premium 0.0015, but duration 11 days term. Let me know if interested in

Was about to say I would take them ^^
Sending a PM
Please reply back when you receive it Smiley

They are on BTCT already. Please take action Grin

Cry

Any updates? Its 28th, will you release them soon?
89  Economy / Securities / Re: S.MG - The Ministry of Games. on: July 28, 2013, 03:58:03 PM
Went through 10 pages and still don't get what do you mean by "game".
Are you talking about developing gambling games like Satoshi Dice to have people put BTCs in and get part of their investment (hopefully) back?
Or you are talking about general computer games like World of Warcraft?

BTW, what just happened on BTCT, feeling like on a roller coaster, anyone can fill me in?

Did you read the linked trilema posts? The main game being developed currently is a MMORPG with a real cash economy.

The BTCT TAT.MINIGAME is just a pass-through, and the number of shares is not very large, so it is easy to spike the price upward (or downward) without really affecting the overall evaluation of S.MG.

Thank you! Crystal clear now Wink

Thank you for clarifying. Those typos made me to doubt if you are really serious about your project. You don't have typos in your resume, do you? So I suggest you to correct them ASAP. Keep good working!

Just went through a few lines of your stockholder agreement on BTCT.

"The majority of the IPO funds will go towards development, NRE and prodction of the 65 nm chips as this is a more expensive start-up process then 130 nm."

"Keep open bookkeping available to users showing what funds are being invested in projects and how the company intends to spend IPO funds in the coming weeks and months."

Seriously??? Can't you at least find someone to do proof reading before you announce such a huge plan??

S.BBET不看好。和S.DICE同时代的元老,S.DICE都已经功成身退了,S.BBET还是没什么发展。

S.DICE和S.BBET基本就是,网站做好,不管了。

Awww, good luck to IPO! Hope to see a solid business plan and a reasonable price soon!

99  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much coin anonimity you want? on: July 27, 2013, 09:06:04 AM
I would say completely anonymity is far from realistic. I don't think we are ready for that. Completely anonymity increases the chance of ugly things e.g. Ponzi and also decreases the chance of the winning of Bitcoin. We need a balance between anonymity and regulation.
