Actually I think both are very decent, sometimes differences like this make the impression as if one of the two options is wrong, even though it is not.

I also think it's good for Ziyech if he moves on to another team, I actually hate it when players are constantly benched by their managers and they still opt to stay, I know as a footballer playing in a big club like Chelsea, there is always bound to be a lot of competition, and you actually have to fight for a place in the team, so it could make sense if you stay and try to make the manager believe in you, but if you do all that and it's not still working, week in, week out you don't play, then the best thing for your career is to move to another team were you can get playing time, and obviously Ziyech needs playing time to get back to his best. Actually I see this player is quite good in his skills and maturity on the field, especially when he is at ajax but I don't know what is wrong with his game whether it may not fit into the formation or does not get enough attention, he seems sluggish and almost does not contribute to chelsea . in this season alone he can only play with a count of fingers and even then because there are many injured chelsea players.
