Are we serious right now, why blame everything on potter knowing fully well how Chelsea problem pre-date potter's arrival at Chelsea,  remember being a Coach doesn't mean all the decisions in the club depend on his reasoni?

-Am afraid that even if potter gets sacked from the club it will still not make any positive sense and it will be important to rebuild the club.
Regardless of anything the coach will always be blamed in this case, especially when looking at the current conditions and before Potter's arrival it was clearly better than before the arrival of course. Even though we can't put all the blame on Potter, of course the coach plays an important role for the club and when the team's scheme and performance don't go well, then of course he will be the one who will be affected.

12 points behind Barca is not the end, we have a chance even though the chances are getting lower. No white flag, I don't want to wave it as an announcement of defeat yet. Just damn, we really damm. Now it's time to get the focus on the Champions League and Copa Del Rey, these two competitions are still quite important instead of just thinking about losing La Liga. Barcelona is too good to be expected to lose, that's all.
In my current situation, it's just the opposite. Even though 12 points are still possible to be pursued, the chances are small and difficult and even tend to be impossible at this time. The Copa del Rey must now be taken one way or another. Real Madrid has let Barcelona go several times. The Supercopa has already been awarded and La Liga is now most likely a given as well and the only Copa del Rey hope remaining despite their current aggregate defeat as well.

In the Premier League we cannot rush to decide whether a club can become champions by the current margin. Indeed, realistically these 3 matches will be the toughest matches for them, but considering that this is the Premier League, we cannot ignore the big surprises from the underdog clubs. Indeed, so far Arsenal have only lost 3 times and their defeats have come against Manchester United, Everton and Manchester City, of the 3 clubs that have been able to beat them, only Everton, which can be said to be the weakest club. Nevertheless, it proves that Arsenal can still be beaten against weaker clubs than them. I want to see how far Arsenal can maintain what they have achieved so far.
Agree with what you said because the Premier League has always been a very difficult competition for that matter if you look at it from the competition and it is not uncommon for the champion to be determined even until their last game.
But on the other hand, with Arsenal's reduced focus after the defeat in the Europa League, this is an advantage because they only focus on the EPL, unlike Manchester City, although this is only a small impact as long as Arsenal are able to focus, this will be very good for them.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 19, 2023, 08:40:31 PM
It's El Clasico night! FC Barcelona is nine points ahead of Real Madrid and they are in a very comfortable position. Even if they lose tonight they still have a big advantage. For that reason the pressure over Real Madrid will be more. Real has no choice but to win the game, but Barca is okay with a draw so they can keep the point difference same. Real Madrid will take more risks. It's the last chance for them.
Let's see squads. Both teams will play 4-3-3 and they don't have any big players missing. Raphinha, Gavi and Lewandowski will look out for goals in Barca and Benzema, Vini Jr. and Valverde in Real Madrid.
I expect both teams to score and one team to win the game so my choice is over 2.5 goals. Odds were tempting so I took it at 2.08.
Real Madrid doesn't even need to bother yet, Araujo's auto-goal is the first goal Barcelona has conceded from a game at home this La Liga season, and in such an important match. Despite this ridiculous goal, the game at the moment is absolutely equal, I think it will be difficult for Barcelona to win with such a screw-up, but the half is not even over yet, it's too early to say that
But still, this is not a reason for Madrid to relax their attacks now, especially seeing that Barcelona are currently lagging behind, starting to make a breakthrough by playing more with the ball and there are some pretty good opportunities there.
Madrid are now one goal ahead but when they want comfort they should try to at least create one more goal now.
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 19, 2023, 09:34:46 AM
Manchester United's job is easier now after Arsenal have been eliminated in the Europa League. But by saying easier I don't mean they will be very comfortable. There are still challenging teams in the tournament now. Besides if they get past Sevilla their opponent will be one of Sporting and Juventus. I assume it would be Juventus if they play carefully against Sporting.

Manchester United should be able to eliminate this Sevilla as well. Sevilla are far away from even their performance in the previous season.
Indeed, it seems that Manchester United's journey in the European League has been fairly smooth and since the preliminary round they have always been met by a team from Spain. Sevilla is the third team from Spain that will face Manchester United in the quarter-finals, previously Manchester United successfully brought Barcelona and Real Betis home first. If Manchester United manages to get rid of Sevilla, I think their next opponent will be Sporting because they have more difficult matches to get to this round and I think it's really worth it if the opponent is Manchester United.
In fact, from the start, it's not too smooth to say, because if they didn't succeed in overthrowing Barcelona, things like now wouldn't be possible. But when that happened they seemed to have a reference that they could beat Barcelona, of course they could beat the club under them and that was proven in the top 16 with Real Betis as the sacrifice. Now Sevilla doesn't look promising of course Manchester United is more confident.

One from Napoli or Milan will be eliminated and most likely the one who will be eliminated will be Milan.
On the other hand, Inter is actually still at risk of going home sooner. Benfica this season has been quite strong and the proof that they are on top beating PSG and destroying Club Brugge in the round of 16 is definitely proof that they are very different this season. Even though Inter is different from Club Brugge, of course, Benfica's defense is also very strong now so this possibility is very difficult for Inter to escape easily.
Inter Milan doesn't have a good performance, they only win with small margins for 1 or 2 goals, while Benfica is really beat their opponent with big margins. Benfica and Napoli are nothing to lose playing in Champions League, because they don't have any pressure just like the other clubs who have a lot fans and everyone are hoping they will become a champion. In this matter Benfica and Napoli can play like they want without any fear.
Indeed in this case what you say is true, but of course when you look at the conditions with Benfica's better productivity I think it is also becoming more and more difficult for Inter here.
The conditions are still quite balanced but in this case I am still leaning towards Benfica who are currently very good in the Champions League and in their domestic league. Even though from an experience point of view Inter is better, seeing their condition in terms of goal productivity, I honestly doubt it.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 18, 2023, 11:35:22 PM
I don't even remember the last time they had 3 representatives at this stage of the competition.
Does this mean that the Italian league is raising its quality and finally becoming competitive with the Spanish and English leagues?
I know it's not a fluke for a representative of Serie A, but the hard work of these three teams is really worthy of attention.
I agree that there are many new things that they will prove in the Champions League this season, especially about the strength of Napoli. But let's see how many teams will qualify for the semi-finals this season, I think 1/3 of the teams will probably be.

Games with outsiders mean nothing. In my opinion, bookmakers correctly assess the balance of power in this pair:

To Qualify

Feyenoord Rotterdam 2.00

AS Roma 1.75

It seems to me that Roma will win both matches (maybe draw once) and Feenord will have very little chance of scoring a goal. Now there are very few games left before the title, so the teams will play with increased motivation.
As long as they can keep up with Feyenoord's slick performance then it will be fine for Roma but of course at the moment Feyenoord have the upper hand. They topped the group stage and their big win in the last 16 against Shakhtar is definitely a confidence boost.
In terms of players and coaches, maybe in this case Roma is superior, but in terms of current performance, Feyenoord seems much better.

Atletico again continued their positive trend this week. A very good match against Valencia recently made them comfortable in 3rd place again and still allows getting closer to Madrid with the condition they are now playing with Barcelona.
Now we will only see proof from Sociedad as well whether they can return to catch up with Atletico or are they stuck considering that Sociedad's performance is currently a bit faltering.
250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 18, 2023, 10:22:17 PM
The game ended in a draw with a last minute goal. Totthenham-Southampton was a game in the middle for both teams. Totthenham scored first. Southampton responded at the start of the second half. Totthenham scored 2 more goals in quick succession to double the lead but couldn't keep it. They drew with a penalty goal in the last minute. If Tottenham had won this game they would have felt a little bit more comfortable. Now Newcastle can overtake them with 2 games less.
This is actually not very good for Tottenham, the victory in front of their eyes must be lost because of a penalty in the final minutes of extra time and this is clearly detrimental for them, even though they are quite the favorites in this match.
With this result, Newcastle will clearly benefit greatly. not only 2 points at the moment but they also have 2 games left to play. As long as they manage to capitalize on that, then obviously Being 4 points ahead of Tottenham is a real thing.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 17, 2023, 09:17:07 PM
Newcastle are good but I think a lot of you are getting carried away with how good they are. They are not title challengers and they are not top 4 quality. They have had a good season but do you think they are on the same level as Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester United? These teams have been in the top 4 consecutively for many years. Newcastle suddenly got a lot of money and are now challenging for top 4 but it does not mean they will get it. Some people are talking like it is guaranteed. They do not have the experience to challenge for top 4 imo.
But on the other hand we also have to be aware that this is an early threat from Newcastle.
Now their conditions are clearly not the same as in previous seasons. With the power of money they have now and with the much better performance this season, of course this will still continue to grow because of course next season they will also continue to buy players again and again to upgrade their current squad and it is possible that there will be several players great that already has prestige later.

Karim Benzema is now 35 years old. And maintaining fitness at this age is very difficult. Benzema is often facing injuries. Real Madrid management should have found a suitable replacement for Benzema. But in the last few seasons, Madrid has not been able to find a replacement for Benzema. And so now Real Madrid's performance is deteriorating if Benzema is not with the squad due to injury. And Real Madrid management is definitely responsible for this. However, with players like Vini and Rodry gaining experience, Madrid's overall performance will be stronger. But it is time-consuming.
Actually, when talking about fitness, this is also not the first time he has often been injured because almost every year he is vulnerable, but indeed the condition that he is getting older makes it more difficult for him to maintain fitness so in this case the more injuries this obviously increasingly interferes with in playing.
His condition is still a vital one so far, but judging by his age, it is clear that Madrid also needs someone other than Benzema to serve as a target.

Benzema's injury will indeed hamper his current performance. El Clasico which will be held soon will be a pretty fierce match. Benzema also said he would try to perform and he was confident he would recover from his injury. Even so, his 35-year-old physique with injuries will not give his full performance. Real madrid really needs a talented striker who can replace benzema. Some of the candidates who allegedly could replace Benzema include Kylian Mbappe, Richarlison, Erling Haaland, Victor Osimhen and Goncalo Ramos, of the five top Bombers this young player might be one of Real Madrid's choices.
Looking at some of the current news regarding the transfer, there are several media reports that Madrid are preparing to sabotage Haaland from City for a fairly high price, even though this is likely to be difficult.
Osimhen can also still have a chance for that but now is really not the time to think about this because the focus is clear they have to prepare for the 4th El Clasico this season and they have to win now because this could be decisive for them as well.

Manchester United's match is ahead. Manchester United has had one of the best performances in the league, but the team has played poorly in some matches. But the next match is expected to ensure victory for Manchester United. Because the opposition is far behind.
The problem here might be that after they qualify in this phase because looking at the pot now, Manchester United are in the same line as Sporting Juventus which of course this will be an interesting treat later, especially if there is a Juventus vs Manchester United match in the semi-finals.
for the group on the right I don't see anything exciting there.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 17, 2023, 06:39:14 PM
The draw today was pretty weird. Now we have basically one bracket that is ultra strong with teams like Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and FC Chelsea. So basically the four strongest teams that are remaining in the competition are all in the same bracket and only one of them will be able to reach the final, which is very unlucky for them, especially for Bayern and Manchester City because one of both teams will be eliminated in the quarterfinal even though both teams would be good enough to reach the final against any other team.
The other four teams were very lucky, because 2 of them will reach the semi final and one of them will even be in the final.
It's really difficult to see the condition of the bracket on the right line because with this the favorite clubs apart from Napoli can all still meet and only one has qualified for the final. On the other hand, I am still very confident now that if I see today's final draw, the possibility for the final is already certainly belongs to one of the clubs from Serie A now.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: March 16, 2023, 10:58:25 PM
However, if Real or City matches with Benfica, or any of the other weaker teams, that's going to be an easy game without a doubt. We will probably have either Bayern or City or Madrid to face each other though, that would be a big game.
Madrid has always been a frightening specter even though its conditions are not very good in the domestic league.
Last season they destroyed 3 EPL clubs and now 1 has been knocked out by them.
To be honest I wanted a semi-final rematch last season Grin Even though it is certain that in this case Manchester City will still be the same as before but this is also to see if their ego from last season is still there with too much confidence when the game is not over.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: March 16, 2023, 10:10:46 PM
Over time for Arsenal, it will be if they will go out.

Paradoxically for them is better to be out so they can focus 100% on the Premier League since the money prize and advertisement is much bigger.
The conditions cannot be determined now but my hope is that in this match there will be no penalties and one of the teams can score in extra time this time.
The conditions are still the same with the two teams still equally strong even though seen from the ball possession and the number of kicks Sporting is slightly better, but in terms of the threat of counterattacks Arsenal are still very favorites to score goals.

Now their focus is only on the Premier League, so they must be able to maximize it to end this season well. I don't understand the composition of good players, they can't play well like the previous season and they don't even seem like the big team I know. At least they still have a chance to be in the top 4 at the end of the season. But again they still have a lot of records that they need to fix to get them to be in that position
I think it will not be easy for Liverpool to be in the top 4. because even Liverpool's point difference with Tottenham, who are now in 4th position, is 6 points. But the remaining matches are still quite a lot so the opportunity is still wide open for Liverpool. and now they can indeed focus more on the Premier League. so it will most likely play even better from now on.
This is still possible with there being quite a lot of matches now, however it is the unpredictable condition of Liverpool that makes this difficult because indeed their performances are sometimes very good and even very bad so this is a real problem for them.
It would be better if they manage to make their performance stable because with that the chances are even bigger, especially with the rest and their focus is only on the EPL, it should be a reference for Liverpool.
259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 15, 2023, 11:05:21 PM
Chelsea, meanwhile, have struggled to find consistency and are dropping points at every turn, unable to put together a complete performance. The biggest issue has been the buildup of injuries across the squad, and while the group is slowly beginning to get healthy, there are still a host of key players missing from action but with the their recent performance the tend to end this season in a good position.

Chelsea have improved in their last few games, giving hope to fans who had previously lost faith in the club. I also wanted the coach to resign or be fired when the team was struggling to score goals and win games. Thank God, his ass has being saved as a result of the squad's improvement. The team's management and fans are hoping for continuous improvement from the team before the end of the season.
5 matches with 2 wins, 2 defeats and 1 draw still haven't shown anything for Chelsea, especially since their ranking in the standings hasn't changed much.
If they want to be said to be improving, I think they have to make more waves than this because with their current condition the last 2 wins seem to be commonplace with expensive players.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: March 15, 2023, 10:50:13 PM
The El Clasico can be the only chance for Real Madrid to be more hopeful about catching up with Barcelona. But it is still not that realistic to me of course. I don't even think Real Madrid can beat Barcelona in Camp Nou now. We just saw the last game between them in the Copa del Rey. Barcelona beat them away there. I would expect a similar result to that.

The La Liga and Copa del Rey aren't the same for them of course. But I still don't think Barcelona would let them win home while they are in a solid form.
The problem lies in motivation because at the moment Barcelona's motivation is clearly very large with their current condition eager to get lots of trophies because this is their chance.
On the other hand, even though Madrid didn't really look at the Copa del Rey, with the current conditions there is no reason for them to let it go, especially with Barcelona, which is likely to win 3 trophies, now it's clear that Madrid must try their best.
