Bitcoin in of itself is not gambling just like the US Dollar is not gambling. But just like USD you can gamble with Bitcoin.
In fact trading Bitcoin on an exchange is done in currency pairs. BTC/USD. You can't single out one half of the pair and call it gambling

We created a Bitcoin Price Predictor on LevelTradingField.com. It's a pari-mutuel system that allows you to predict what the price of Bitcoin would be at the end of the hour.

Basically, 10 people are grouped together and they each predict what they think the Bitcoin price will be at the end of the hour. The most accurate prediction gets 50% of the pot, the 2nd gets 30% and the third 20%. the remaining 7 people get the pleasure of having to predict Bitcoin price.
