1341  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it really THAT bad right now? on: January 15, 2015, 10:07:56 PM
Nobody can tell you why it's dropping and when that stops. But when you have put all your retirement capital in BTC january 2014 then there is reason to panic.  Shocked I mean, for someone there is reason to panic and for an other person is it just an normal movement of the marketprice.

1344  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trying to buy Bitcoin, Exchanges not selling near current price ??? on: January 15, 2015, 08:24:28 PM
You can try Cryptsy or Kraken.
The only point is how you get your dollars there. Mostly i cost you a few days.
1345  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Faucet list for beginners on: January 15, 2015, 03:50:09 PM
Nice list there.
But please, don't get people's expectations so high. You will earn nothing with faucets, instead of advertising it as a good way to make btc you should tell newbies what it is: a way to get started a little.

I have never said that you become rich with faucets. Or even that you can buy more than a beer of two of the profits of faucets. Nevertheless it's a good opportunity for newbies to start with bitcoins, i think. They learn the value of Bitcoins and how you deal with them.
The list is mentioned to give the starter a begin without visiting scammy websites and viral popups and so on.

1352  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Faucet list for beginners on: January 14, 2015, 03:41:42 PM
take a 1 min to add my faucet in your list http://www.moonbitcoin.esy.es/

paying 350 sat every hour

The average payout is now 283 sat/claim and not 350

On january 10 i have added it but after half a day was the reward two times lowered. Lower then the treshold of ~120sat. That's why i removed it from the list on january 11
When it is tomorrow still the same amount as now, i will reconsider to add it again.

My journey is :

Faucet > Mining > Trading

Smiley

But mining is for the regular guy impossible today, so.... Faucet > Trading

1356  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Is faucet profitable ? on: January 13, 2015, 10:21:31 AM
If you make a faucet with high payouts i will put you in the top of my list and maybe you can earn some money.
Don't make the mistake to make a faucet with a 5 minute timelock and a low payout of <100 satoshi. It's better to design a faucet with one payout an hour with a claim of 500-1000 satoshi.

Considering I'm already on SS and SSI it would be hard to take advantage of it.

I feel you took my statement wrongly or thought that I was offensive in my words, but I ain't... It's just that I thought I should advice you to check it out through the best search engine, you will get everything you need... Even I was a newbie, and researched everything about Bitcoins on Google only because I was knowing BTC since 2010 when there ain't a lot of members who had the best knowledge of how to gain it and all that... I too had confusions, which I clarified here, it's just that you need to post here exactly what you wanna know, and everyone will try to answer it, even Google does the same, it shows different definitions of a single thing, but you must use your common sense in order to choose the right one... Wink

I think dlc1962 want to be a full member in the fastest way. That's why he ask all that question's without any relation to each other and that's why he never comes back on a answer with relevant content.
