21  Economy / Economics / Re: Wise thing to do with your savings. on: August 30, 2018, 07:47:01 AM
Well for me the wisest thing you can do in your savings would be to invest it. Let me just be clear that this savings is not the same as your emergency funds, so you will not have any problems when there are sudden things to pay for emegency cases. Your savings, instead of putting in in the bank where it is not earning anything since bank interests for savings account is very low per annum, then the interest that your money will gain in a year will be just eaten up by inflation by the time you will get your money. So for me your best option is to invest it, just be very careful and wise about it. There are a lot of investment platform nowadays, stock market, crypto currency, real estate or even just a small business if you want, that way you know that your savings are increasing.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: August 30, 2018, 07:30:02 AM
I invested on the following coins because of the things I have learned about them. I researched and studied these coins, its features, its technology and its market activity before investing my hard earned money into them. I can say that personally, they are the best for me, at least the best that we have on the market now. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Neo. All of them has very great features and advantages, all are with high potential, they are already profitable and great as of this writing but I know for a fact that their developers are not stopping and are still working on their development, improvement and evolution. So for me, these are the best coins we have but wait for them because they will also get much better in time.
23  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: August 30, 2018, 07:07:40 AM
I think what I do to manage or mitigate risks when investing into crypto currency are two things, I diversify my investments into Bitcoins and some alt coins. I have Bitcoin and 2 alt coins that I invest into, Eth and NEO. Second is that I do extensive research and studies before I invest on something. So i know the coins, how it works and its market activity. It helps that you know and understand your coins, the factors that affects its activities and the features of it. These will help you be more calm and patient regardless of the chaos around the market. Helps me feel secure that no matter what it will be okay, my coins and my investments will be okay.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: Is wallet security important to use? on: August 28, 2018, 03:57:02 PM
Wallet security plays a vital role when you store your coins in it. You invested time, effort and money to be able to gain these coins so you better be sure that the wallet you are using is secure and that you will also be very careful in securing your password or passkeys to be able to access your coins.
25  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: August 28, 2018, 03:20:48 PM
What I can think of is that it is because of how they think. As you grow older the more you feel like you are not into so much risk like the way you used to. So the older you get the more safer and tangible investments are the ones that will catch your interest to be into. Well, this is just my observation from my parents it doesn't necessarily mean that it is true for all old people.
26  Economy / Economics / Re: Newbies panic & Old timers smile, when the Bitcoin price take a dip. on: August 28, 2018, 11:32:40 AM
I totally agree with this because as a newbie, you really have a tendency to panic and easily be swayed by all the negative news, sudden dips and all the other FUDs around because you are a newbie, you are new in this game, so you have to be equipped and ready to analyze the situation and have a stronger hands in handling your coins. For the old timers, most likely they have seen all the FUDs, negative news, the fake ones and all that stuff but they have already a very strong foundation of their trust on Bitcoin and its resilience in times like this, plus the fact that they are looking at the bigger picture now, sudden dips and chaos due to FUDs won't really work on them anymore.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait? on: August 24, 2018, 11:27:21 AM
Waiting is something that is so hard to do these days, the market is dry and red for the longest time but if you know and keep your eyes on the goal which is the great profit that you will get once the prices soar high again. Have that concious effort of reminding yourself on the prize once you hit the goal, you just have to be more patient.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ICO Rating sites? on: August 24, 2018, 10:05:45 AM
I don't have full trust on ICO rating sites, I don't think it is the sole basis for someone to trust ICO. I think there are still more to check than just those sites, you have to check their whitepaper, the team behind it and their road map. I believe those are more reliable source of information if you are searching and investigating on potential good ICOs.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have received some tokens. Should I sell or hold? on: August 24, 2018, 09:04:29 AM
Just a friendly advise, closely monitor the activity of the token you have in the market for some time so you would have a stronger basis if you are going to sell your tokens or not. It is best for you to be more careful and do necessary steps before making some decisions. Of course you would want to ensure that we are not putting your hard earned money into waste.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding EOS? on: August 24, 2018, 08:44:30 AM
I also think that EOS is a good project and great potential for the future. Although to be honest, I do not have one as of the moment, since my investment is on Bitcoin and Eth but I have already made some plans of investing on EOS as well once I get the money for it. I'll make sure that I will not let this good project just pass by and not be part of its success.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins You Think will Grow on: August 22, 2018, 05:54:50 PM
Well to be honest I only have three alt coins in mind, that I personally believe and see great potentials at. Of course Ethereum, Neo and XMR are the ones on my list. I think these three have great future a head just like Bitcoin. I can see them being on the top of the list of the most profitable coins in the coming years.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market Goes Down and Down on: August 22, 2018, 02:39:24 PM
We are seeing low prices on the market but I think this is just a normal phase for cryptocurrency, no need to worry too much about it. I agree that yes this are the times when we are seeing the coins struggling to have a better value but then again if you look at it in another perspective, these dry season as they call it will have a pivotal role for you to be able to gain more profits in the future. Stop worrying, buy as many coins as you can. Given that your coins have bright future ahead like Bitcoin, Eth and Neo.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is independent? or depends on fiat currency on: August 22, 2018, 01:39:47 PM
From what I know, Bitcoin is an independent currency, it was created to be decentralized, not controlled and manipulated by any government or any institution. But for the mean time, we are seeing that the value of Bitcoin is always converted into fiat currency for people to earn from it.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to invest in bitcoin? Is it a bubble? on: August 19, 2018, 08:16:36 AM
No, it is never too late for anyone to invest for their future, especially in Bitcoin. Yes, there are a lot of people already are rich now because they started with Bitcoin since 2009, yes we missed some good years of Bitcoin, so we have to stop and invest now so we will not miss out more. Bitcoin is still on its early stages I know that because this technology is for the future and once you invest on it, you are already part of its journey. It is not a bubble as well, for almost ten years, I don't think it can still be classified as a bubble. There are a lot of people, families, nations were able to to have positive changes through Bitcoin and I know it will continue, develop and evolve, it will only get better in time.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should now sell coin or not on: August 18, 2018, 06:43:25 PM
A friendly advise, do not sell your coins right now. We are seeing positive activities and trends on the market so I believe that selling your coins now would be something that you should not do. We are seeing Bitcoin and Alt coins to have a rise on their values in the coming days. Be patient, good things come to those who wait.
36  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: August 18, 2018, 06:24:49 PM
Based on my personal experience, both investments are great platforms, both are profitable and risky at the same time. So for me I can choose both, whatever you choose it is actually depends on your preference. Stock market has been here for quite some time and it is widely accepted and some says easily predicted but you need a good amount of money to be able to be part of this market, that's why there is a thinking before that investments are only for rich people. On the other side, crypto currency opened new avenue for earning, trading and investments, more risky since it is a new technology that is still evolving and still trying to win the acceptance of the people and the governments around the world.  Although it may have very high risks, it also bring very high profit gains.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible to Google to have their own coin ? on: August 16, 2018, 03:48:45 PM
I think that it is very possible for Google to have their own coin and join the crypto currency industry. They have the resources to create their own coins, and it will still have good effects on crypto currency as a whole community. If ever Google launch their own coin, I am pretty sure that it will be big, it is Google after all.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will every crypto coin survive? on: August 16, 2018, 02:57:22 PM
To be honest, I think that there are a lot of coins out there that will not survive and stay just like waht Bitcoin did. Let's face it, we are seeing a lot of crypto coins popping out every day but most of them are scma or has no value at all. More often than not, it is a failed project or just another useless coin.
39  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of bitcoin rapidly going down on: August 12, 2018, 10:23:41 AM
I think one of the reasons why Bitcoin's price is rapidly going down is because of the many news, may be true or just fake news but it is affecting the interest and confidence of the people in Bitcoin and its future. A lot of investors and users are selling coins that is why the value is going down further.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Beside Cryptocurrenices where would you invest? on: August 12, 2018, 10:00:24 AM
Beside crypto currency I would have investments on stock market and real estate properties. If possible, diversifying your portfolio is one of the best things you can do when you are in the investment business. Stocks and real estates are great ventures as well, actually before I am into cryptos, I am already in the stocks investment.
