68  Local / Projektentwicklung / Re: Mining Pool Setup on: June 19, 2014, 08:52:25 PM
Hallo Leute,

Ok I went ahead and set the updates on manual so it won't do this again to me. I have tried something new that the Dev told me to do - he said to DL the FT_Prog and try to locate the device and install the driver there. No device was found - So he told me that points to a hardware issue :/ Gosh I hope I get this fixed. This might of just turned into a very expensive desk ornament/paperweight :/ Fuck me. When it rains it pours.

I have too one what has exact that error (one of Lucko ones)  but it seems a chip is gone not a real board hardware issue. Lucko will fix it for me as this broken chip should cost not as much (about 10 USD or so).
75  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Unofficial BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: March 17, 2014, 06:25:11 AM
NEWS (not official ones):

look at the Chinese Miner thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=470386.msg5731091#msg5731091

Interesting things are going on... so they got 100k chips for cheap money. Daily it`s getting better & bitmine clients are really fucked up at all now as read this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=470386.msg5735062#msg5735062

Finally an A1 clone is coming for 9€ per piece plus massive Antminer S2 1TH miners... calculate yourself how many BTC you will return with 12k USD rip-off product (even rigs) by Giorgio.

If I would like to buy a car, I'd do my due diligence. This includes to get information about the company which sells the car or which intends to sell the car. Furthermore, I'd get some information about the market. And frankly: For the money I spent for the Bitmine-Rigs is as much as I would have to pay for a car. So I DID do my DD. And I _did know_ that there is a risk that Bitmine may be late in delivery. That does not come as a surprise.

Yes but what came as a surprise is that

0. they started shipping equipment to PETA which ordered a lot later than most of us
1. they then capped the CPP at 50%

If they would have shipped the equipment they owe us before they shipped to PETA, there would not have been any need for more
than 50% CPP and we would not have noticed the 50% cap

They can't have it both ways, moving a large customer in front of the queue and not compensating us

Nothing to do with DD, but with really poor business ethics

My order has not shipped because they lack power supplies. They could have shipped it 3 weeks ago but prefered to ship it to PETA (that is where all those parts went). And now they will only ship me 50% CPP while they should ship me 80% or more

+1 - Exactely... so Giorgio don`t need to wonder when people will fight hard for their right without looking at him personally & his company. Talked with some lawyer and he said 1 minute later one simple word: FRAUD
77  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: March 17, 2014, 05:54:58 AM
..., but let's hope Bitmine delivers at least a better product than, say, the Bitmain Antminer S2 Roll Eyes

Do you really think?
Can`t imagine as the whole running board design isn`t their own - look: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=470386.msg5662415#msg5662415

All was a big fraud & scam finally when look in the past... alone the ilegal change of TOS, limited 50% CCP what was never written anywhere, wrong numbers, wrong dates, wrong statement of IP ownership, funding IP what is actually not theirs, ... I could find again 100 things to follow this list. Definately there will be a lot of old clients what will sue them to hell - then you will never ever get a hardware.
78  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: March 17, 2014, 05:31:41 AM
CoinCraft-based units temporarly sold out, new products coming soon

facepalm

Guys be prepared for upgrades to pay and no miner till 2015 - fraud getting bigger  Wink
Just saw that twice here at bitmine... still no miner in hand.

110nm Avalon -> 55nm Bitfury
55nm Bitfury -> 28nm Innonsilicon A1
28nm Innonsilicon A1 -> 0,88nm Bitmine-Scam-Chip  Huh

@noobs - In general you should buy at trustable company like BITMAIN. There you will get real miners what produce BTC for you & not Giorgio. Bitmine was even not able to produce boards by their own... simply they are never getting a own device incl. chip without help from 3rd party who is real the owner of the chip than. Bitmain 1TH (desk) miner for half of the price of Giorgio-Scam - even with 30% less power:

https://www.bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201403150259438234hgMrx380699

They will simply overflood the market with cheap hardware (on stock) & your hard-earned money is just a double-priced piece of shit sucking 30% more power.
Awesome for being ripped-off by Giorgio with his Ferrari who delievered Petahash our miners on a project we funded.

@Giorgio you asshole will be upgraded into jail for that... people can even fight their BTC loss!
79  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: March 17, 2014, 04:27:38 AM
Hi,

everybody read the blog-news?

http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=25

Giorgio you scammer - do you think anybody buy your fucking overpriced miners in future from you idiot again?

Also this might help for EU citizen

http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/shopping/online-shopping/faq/index_en.htm

It seems you'll be cover by the european laws about this sad situation.

Bitmine doesn't accept european law.
They make up their own.

And I give a fuck on bitmine & I am sure the law will do that too. He can be a lucky guy when not coming into jail for that whole fraud.
