I am not currently following the developments of XLM, but I have noticed that XLM has been stagnant for quite some time and has not shown much movement for many years. However, anything can happen during a bull run, so we could invest a small amount in XLM. I have not found any correlation between XRP and XLM, but XLM is not so bad that we should completely ignore it.

It doesn't seem like you're thinking about BNB that way. From my perspective, BNB, BTC, and Ethereum are all promising cryptocurrencies and I believe they are worth investing in at any time. If you're not comfortable with taking risks, you could transfer your funds into a stablecoin, or you could spread out your $800 investment equally among ETH, BNB, and BTC for diversification.

Although I haven't participated in any IEOs yet, when I heard about Binance Launchpad, I felt that at least it would be more genuine than other IEOs, in my opinion. So, I think we can take some risks and invest in it. It appears to be worthwhile to invest in Open Campus (EDU).

Besides BNB and Ethereum, it would be wise to look into Matic, Dot, and ADA as they exhibit promising potential to be included in your investment portfolio. Among the latest additions to the cryptocurrency market, ARB has established a solid reputation and could be worth considering for inclusion. SUI is also a popular choice, but my knowledge of it is limited.

In my opinion, a Bull Run in the crypto market refers to the point where it reaches its previous All-Time High (ATH). Currently, the market is quite far from that point, but we cannot deny that it has been improving over the past year, considering the low point it reached. I believe that this time, the market will move gradually instead of aggressively. Positive events are beneficial for the crypto market, but we cannot accurately predict when the Bull Run will occur. The total daily volume of the entire crypto market is currently lower than it was in 2018-2019. Therefore, we can expect a Bull Run when more money flows into the market.
