We've broken the $11k guys! This is crazy!

This is not good.
This is fucking great

This.

Maybe too fast, maybe too steep, maybe a big correction, maybe a while in a bear market but......

This is still fucking great  Grin

I dont think 10k is happening tonight. I feel like it could take another 36-48 hours of knocking on the door

But when it happens, 11k within a week

Now now lads, let's keep it friendly.  Cheesy

Just bought an android phone to sweep the BTG off of a paper wallet or two. Worked a treat.

More BTC for me.  Grin

Is the only way to get your Bitcoin Gold to use Coinomi. Is there not a web wallet like Electron Cash but for Mac?
188  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 26, 2017, 04:06:32 PM
Look at monthly RSI, it's well over 93%.

Only 3 times so far we got over 95.
Each and every time we were into a bubble just about to burst.

How long after getting above 95 did that happen each time?

Happy 9k everyone.  Grin

Nice random pump, ATH in a few minutes?

Yep
191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 25, 2017, 07:55:42 AM
Yep, more ignores. That said Bitcoin's holding its own, and those 2 BitcoinTrash coins apparently were redeemed by Shapeshift. Will see if I ever see them, but a minor blip on the radar.

And Litecoin's purring along. Things looks good to fall asleep to.

C

I think I must have missed that. What happened with Cash and Shapeshift?

I ask because 2 I sent last night seem to have gone nowhere

I should go fish my radio from the river. MSM must be having a proper shit about this.

In the UK there has been nothing for weeks again. I am highly suspicious of the BBC at the moment. They must have a gameplan of some sort.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Electron Cash Issue on: November 18, 2017, 08:13:06 AM
Ok, so I resolved my own issue by turning it off and on again. lol.

Although I am a little confused why all the transactions from yesterday are either unconfirmed or unconfirmed parent. Why is that?
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Electron Cash Issue on: November 18, 2017, 08:07:24 AM
I moved a number of BCH to BTC using shapeshift.io.

I went back to the electron cash wallet this morning and the history view showed just one transfer of BCH out and that transaction had a little clock next to it as if it hadn't completed.

Only thing is I sent maybe four transactions out and received the BTC for all of them.

Something must be wrong.

I then tried to send more BCH out and received an error message - error: The transaction was rejected by network rules.  (Missing inputs)

There is still enough BCH in there after the ones that should have gone have gone

Any ideas on how to update the history and be able to send?

If I have BCH in a wallet whats the quickest way to convert to to BTC or GBP?

Is there a localbitcoins style site for BCH yet?

197  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 08, 2017, 09:22:50 PM
There was a link someone posted recently that was a cashing out bitcoin plan generator.

You entered your total, how much you wanted to end with, hoe much you wanted to sell etc and it gave you a target.

Anyone have a link?

It's strange, I consider myself a bit of an expert on most things Bitcoin. In terms of security and wallet management etc. I have just never come up against this before. I normally just sweep cold wallets into an online wallet when needed.
Yeah, it has had 155 transactions is for a total of 2.25 BTC
You consider yourself an expert on Bitcoin security and you're attempting to put 2.25 BTC onto Blockchain.info? Huh Shocked That's the opposite of both "expert" and "security" Tongue Roll Eyes

Haha, true. Maybe I should start using Electrum to sweep my cold wallets then.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Higher fees importing vanity addresses? on: November 07, 2017, 02:12:39 PM
@LoyceV, recent vanitygen defaults to compressed addresses, as early as 2013. Maybe people are downloading old versions or something.

@OP, if you really have > 2 BTC, you can afford to learn more about how BTC works, and it would not be a bad idea to install the reference client Bitcoin Core. If you don't have the space, maybe now is a good time to upgrade your hard drive or computer.

Also, avoid that cross posting, the bulls in that other thread have horns, and the bears have really big teeth.

Thanks for the advice regarding the WO. I have been on the site since 2013 just recently had my account hacked. (Wish i paid as much attention to account security as I do to my BTC, at least its not the other way around.  Wink )
