1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: March 09, 2019, 04:06:26 AM
I think it is all about luck now; I mean take the last bull run with ETH; Everything indicated that the bull run would continue to hit 200 resistance level just so it plums within seconds. I honestly don't know what to think of it anymore.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Terrifies Banks: Hypocritical JP Morgan is Blacklisting Crypto Firms on: March 05, 2019, 05:33:24 AM
I am not sure if that is considered fear? more like ownage? It feels like they are wanting to create an exclusive coin that is bound to the bank? I am just guessing given they were into crypto not long ago.

The most popular reason for projects failure is inability to meet their soft cap. This reason has been well pronounced in the bearish season and some projects decided to suspend their ICO because of the nature of the market. Neuroneum needs to be very spontaneous and aggressive in meeting their targets

Even before softcap, the major reason for failure is the missing active participation of the team in social channels and also in marketing.

I think before that you need to have a team that is able to execute and deliver. I think the community will automatically have things to talk about as the project progresses don't you think?

Of course, they will have KYC. Their Telegram admin confirmed it already (Quote: 'Anyone who wishes to participate will have to go through KYC (know your customer)') and it's also stated in their whitepaper. So no need for further discussions imho.

How about the privacy issues? Did the team comment on that?

What do you mean exactly with 'privacy issues'? If you are afraid that your personal data, which you have to submit in order to get KYC verified, falls into the wrong hand, there's probably not much that I can say to calm you down.  It's the same with every project that has KYC and most of the time the projects also hire a provider that takes care of all the KYC stuff.

I think anyone has the right to fear that but unfortunately there is no way around. The best thing you could do next is to verify their identity or their registrations.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 28, 2019, 03:43:17 PM
Neuroneum team should make the KYC process easy and quick for anyone. Also, some investors want to know that information gotten from the verification process is secured and kept private.

Yeah agree on you, they make it easier to be accepted and keep the information private even though the project will not succeed (only if). Because other projects use this info.

Is it not the case now? I honestly did not go through it nor do it; but for those that done how is the process; why did you say they should make the process quick?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best altcoin to buy? on: February 27, 2019, 10:01:12 AM
The million dollar question man; I can't seem to always pin the right one. I think the market is too volatile to tell you need to constantly check that charts to tell of a possible break.

Is it listed in CMC can't seem to find it? I know it needs a certain volume but I thought it has already hasn't it?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Neuroneum - Advance Cloud Computing and Crypto Mining Technology on: February 27, 2019, 09:49:35 AM
That’s right. That’s what I read on the whitepaper. Although the team has a great model on whitepaper, they have to do a lot of promotions to get it out there to the public.

Yeah and considering the fact that the market is not encouraging at all I will advise the team to carryout extensive publicity and stay active in their social media

Well thats always the case i see a lot of teams with great ideas but they sometimes don't realize how much effort needs to go into really building out from the advertising side of things to really be able to make it anywhere and make a real lasting impact on the marketplace

It required a lot of effort to attract traction. I think many people would follow paths that makes them money without much losses from their end. For that I Think an online rent cheap miner that yields good results could be one idea? but let us see if the cost would be lower that the return.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 27, 2019, 09:47:42 AM
Well, nowadays KYC has become standard for most of the ICOs. That's why I was surprised when someone said that they won't have KYC at Neuroneum. Next time it's better to check Telegram or the official whitepaper.
maybe they will doing some KYC if its really needed, because some people right now doesn't want to do KYC because of trust issues, but i think they will do something about it.

KYC should be announce in the start of the project so that participant and investors will not suprise about it and will prepared to do KYC as soon it needed by the project.

I dont' think investors are going to be surprised given it is a normal thing now to KYC if you plan to invest in any ICO. We all know most businesses or ICO demand that to be legally registered.

I like your optimism and a shift in the market sentiment would definitely help Neuroneum as a lot of other projects but I am still a bit cautious and don't see that the bears are gone yet completely.

You are right. Bears has not yet gone completely. What a swing we have seen in the market for the last 2-3 days.

Neuroneum team seem to be focused on getting a successful private sales while preparing for the next round. I’ll like to know their thoughts on the price of Eth which is one currency option for purchase of XNR tokens.

I know there’s still some time to the token sale. The team should be making final decisions on how to participate in the token sales. I like to see multi cryptocurrency options other than Eth to invest. And a few fiat options like EUR USD.

I just hope the KYC process wouldn't be complicated. I think it being complicated delays token distributed; I've seen that with many ICOs. For those that invest in actual currency end up waiting longer.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 25, 2019, 02:04:41 PM

Nice observation there, consistent update is a very important aspect of blockchain projects and needs to be taken with utmost seriousness. That being said, I hope the current market improvement will help their course as well.

Market is definitely in the verge of breakout most likely on the north direction. All the good and quality ICOs will also get attention during this breakout of it happens very fast.

I'm a little careful about that. The price increase in the last days is very nice, but still a little shaky in my eyes. I think we will have one last little dip in the next days, then a few quiet weeks and in autumn the bulls come back:-) hopefully not too late for neuroneum

I wish my predictions would always go as well as these:-)
Let's hope that this was the last fallback today and that it only goes up now. At least we have the opportunity to buy cheap again.

And indeed there was a huge fall back, very massive that it was unpredictable and caught me offguard.. I lost out on a lot of $$$ but we're here still.
I strongly believe in Crypto as the new money

It should've been expected. The drop was sudden and a clear indication of manipulation. I think we should be used to this by now; we just wait and see and as always don't invest what you fear losing.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Neuroneum - Advance Cloud Computing and Crypto Mining Technology on: February 23, 2019, 06:19:59 PM
I just got a notification from Blockfolio, ETH Trading past 150USD @ 154$ at the moment. Some altcoins mooning too, I’m excited, guess this would mean a lot for Neuroneum token sales. What do you think ?

This is a good time to stack some ETH I guess. It is so shaky it is hard to tell lol. I am just glad we are seeing some ETH going up I think by default other altcoins will be follow.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 23, 2019, 06:18:26 PM
I don't think we're going to see a huge take off like 2 years ago but i'm sure we'll see more sideways movement with a slow uptrend eventually, but i do agree that we're going to see a more targeted growth im platforms and coins that have tangible use cases, it just makes sense people are tired of pie in the sky coins with no real usecase

Neuroneum project could be one of them. Although they are in the earliest stage of the project and no MVP yet, they’ve got a whitepaper that could be an amazing mining model once launched.

I think if they are able to have an mvp in place it would help them greatly; I understand the card may not be feasible to have this early on but the miner could very well be built and even the marketplace.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Neuroneum - Advance Cloud Computing and Crypto Mining Technology on: February 22, 2019, 06:24:49 AM
Yes there’s still a long way to go for projects like neuroneum. They got a great model and huge team experience but we can’t take away the fact that there’s competition and neuroneum would need to learn a lot from existing projects to beat them to the top.

Competition is something we will always find across all spheres of life and in whatever kind of business or project we venture into. One thing that can save neuroneum is uniqueness. If they can maintain a unique pattern that distinguishes them from others, then they will definitely have a higher chance of succeeding.

Neuroneum is the first decentralized marketplace for cloud computing and mining. I can’t understand how long it took anyone to find out that could be a solution to high cost of mining.

There were attempts to lower costs of mining like having own electricity factory generating electricity from waste. If that is what you mean. If you meant it on the personal/individual level then yes I would agree.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 22, 2019, 06:16:45 AM
That is the main reason why investments by public are not as active as they use to; you could always just get it at a lower price after the ico. However I think if a project delivers on a product and start generating traction that sentiment could change.
that's right ... that's what makes a lot of people stop buying tokens when ico, because they know that they can buy at a cheaper price after ico
that is also why many ico fail and cannot reach the softcap even after a long sale period

Yeah; Which is begets the importance of generating traction prior sales. I think if projects spent more time getting the project out and acquiring customers and then raise funds that would make raising funds easier?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Neuroneum - Advance Cloud Computing and Crypto Mining Technology on: February 21, 2019, 06:32:57 AM

Yeah, I totally agree with you neurineum needs to consider every option and they also need to make sure they make the platform as easy as possible

Many say that this year could be a good year for crypto. If it is I think many project are likely to succeed. Let us see how the market performs. I also think if ETH does well many other projects are likely to impact.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 📢🔥[ANN]NEURONEUM - Best In Decentralized Cloud Computing & Crypto-Mining🔥📢 on: February 21, 2019, 06:31:39 AM
I find that 2018 and 2019 is just heavily moving away from the open public ico's and seems to have a huge shift toward institutional and private sales which i think is good for the project but really does shrink the chances for the small guys getting into big projects at good rates early

I personally don't see ICO's as a valid investment that should be eagerly taken. Most projects have left investors worst off and in my opinion one should be very careful about choosing an ICO to patronise. It's an obvious fact that most projects get listed far below the ICO price.

But the fact that most tokens are now trading below ICO price has a lot to do with how the crypto market performed as a whole. I still think there are some great and innovative projects that had a successful ICO in the last 2 years. So I wouldn't generalize and say that ICOs are all bad but yes, you are right, there were a lot of scam-ICOs.

That is the main reason why investments by public are not as active as they use to; you could always just get it at a lower price after the ico. However I think if a project delivers on a product and start generating traction that sentiment could change.

You could miss out on weekly announcements on neuroneum. Follow up on neuroneum social media and chats: http://t.me/neuroneum

I did not know they were doing weekly updates; Anyways it is a given for anyone to invest to follow all of the channels for constant updates; Otherwise they would make for lousy investors.

Crypto market has been green for quite some time. And most projects seems to be having a successful token sales, reaching softcap. Is there a particular reason for that?

I do not concur. Most of the projects only claim to have reached softcap, some manipulate all those figures. The market has been good when it comes to trading but ICO is a mess right now.

Well a lot of ICO are facing the heat right now but cryptocurrency is still fresh so we should expect a lot event surrounding it

Crypto is not being properly utilized yet; however, we are looking at some corporate adoption which will be a real boost for crypto like what we have seen happed with jpmorgan.

I just see on the Neuroneum homepage that the project is rated as one of the Top 10 ICOs 2019. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to get around, because the revenues are still at 1.1 million. I haven't looked for a while now, I would have expected more in the last two weeks.

I think they are having a hard time because of the market not recovering yet and I think they are busy preparing the bounties that will boost their popularity so that many investors will see their project and invest in it.

yeah but also, there are private investor to take on, so maybe they are just waiting for the right time to reveal all, maybe its their marketing technique.

Well as it stands right now the team needs to put in the necessary marketing effort if they stand the chance of getting decent amount of investment

I think much of the effort should also be put towards having a prototype of the platform or maybe the technology some mini miner to get the good sentiments going.
