1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I rather stay hungry than sell my Bitcoin on: September 09, 2021, 09:40:40 AM
If I wouldn't have a choice but to sell my Bitcoin then I would do it. I can't starve my family so I could keep holding. There are still opportunities for me to earn and buy Bitcoin again but if the situation would ask me to sell it, I will never have a second thought of doing it if its really needed. Holding Bitcoin is really important as an asset and investment but we can't disregard the fact that we still need money to sustain our needs.
Bitcoin is very important asset because we consider it as precious as gold and land lots and we hold it as investments to gain more profit in the near future. But we should have not to forget that we strive to earn and improve financially for our self and family, then as for my own opinion, there is no reason to hold our assets that we prepare for the future if it is much reasonably needed by now. As the sayings said "what's the sense of the grass if the horse is already dead".
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins survive the dip on: September 08, 2021, 01:09:07 AM
The phrase buy the dip is only a good advice when you apply it properly by buying the very good altcoins whose value is only down because of the bearish market condition. Because it is not all coins that dip that would recover their value.
True, unless there is a certain Elon Musk to lift those shit coins from the blue. Buying the dip is more appropriate for coins with a big market cap such that the chances of a collapse don't exist while the value always lies in the future. Buying the dip doesn't always mean that one should buy just any coin during a bear run because some coins might become dust after the bear run is over.

As long as people are mining them, and there is a community behind them, they will survive regardless of what happens with Bitcoin.
I agree for the point of stronger community. Without supporters, I believe that no coin could survive. Obviously more people will support only good coins and this is the reason what OP is trying to emphasize here is absolutely a real fact.
indeed, coins with good reputation and brings benefits by many is hard to take down because its already mass adapted and appreciated, it's true that the fate of a coin in crypto world depends upon the support of the community, without the supporters the coin is nothing and will not survive.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: When everybody tell you take take risk with money on: September 02, 2021, 08:00:15 AM

You can take risk with your life, you can take risk with your computer.
But nobody would tell you to take risk with them, but they all tell you to take money risk because why?

Because MONEY is the riskiest of all risk!! They tell you to take the riskiest gambling with your life. After you take MONEY risk, you are gambling with your life and death, you loss the money the future await you is hell and death!

Never go full retard!! You can take any risk but never take risk with your MONEY!!

Fuck all the people who tell you to take money risk. Smiley
We only just live once, so there is no reason to take risk with your life, and if somebody tell you to take risk with your money then its all up to you if that is reasonable enough like investment. As investment always accompanied with risk but in other side there is always a positive outcome by gaining profit out of it.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: September 02, 2021, 05:43:37 AM
^ BNB price just hit $500 once more. According to my viewpoint $600 is approaching soon, it's extraordinary to see Binance proceeds to develop and innovate. In the coming days $1K price will be the new floor in any event, even during a major accident. Binance CZ's has an extraordinary vision, and I would love to follow his endeavors. I'm holding for long haul, no good reason for surrender.
Binance is now more popular because there are lot of people around the world adapting BSC for the reason that it offers cheap fee and even faster on every transaction and I observed that BSC apps is abruptly used and adapted by more people and its impact would be more demand for BNB coin and if ethereum was overcome by BNB then there is no doubt that $1K will easily hit next year.

Yes, I agree that there is  possibility that BNB will hit $1K or even higher because of massive adaptation of binance smart chain but I don't think so it will overcome the second pillars of crypto which is the ethereum. since a lot of popular coin in the market that are ethereum base. these two now are the biggest competitor and i think its good to invest these two coins.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The life span of bitcoin is till infinity on: September 02, 2021, 03:29:14 AM
I do advocate Bitcoin but, not all good things last forever, even good people die everyday. In short, Bitcoin may still be able to not survive. Not because it's not working properly or because it's not a scam, but because we still have a lot of naysayers out there. Governments, Banks, Individuals, so many challenges that the crypto community faces. Though, everyday, the chances of crumbling reduces but, until we outnumber the others, we are not standing on real solid ground.

For example, when a farmer dies, his grapes are still there and can be used by family, neighbors, or even sold for a profit.

Bitcoin is like a ripe grape, it has the benefit of having an owner somewhere. For now, it still survives and continues to grow and is also developed from generation to generation. Digital currencies are like that too, except the world was dropped by 1000 bombs like on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

I'm not talking about any bombs. Bombs even has nothing to do with Bitcoin because Bitcoin doesn't have any office. I'm talking about more attacks from the Governments, Banks, etc. We don't have up to half of the world on our side. Not even up to quarter of the world, so, we are small and maybe can't act more than the others who have outnumbered us. If we don't have enough companies backing us up, enough people who are all in, we can't vouch for the infinity of Bitcoin. Bitcoin may be more than a decade old, but it's still young, and if you know, a tree can easily be cut when it's still a young plant.
Infinity still possible, it does not matter how young the system is from the year it was started. What matter is that the goodness it brings to us. Hence, we know that crypto currency is a decentralized system then banks and even government still get hard to stop it and as long as there is internet then bitcoin will live forever and remain untouchable by central control. Besides, our world is now on its digital age and bitcoin/crypto currency will fuel the transformation of the world's digital monetary transaction.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is not Legalized Despite the Many Benefits on: September 01, 2021, 10:13:05 AM
There are many reasons for this, but basically I see that it is not yet universally accepted because there must still be objections. Just like you see a benefit, but other people don't see it as a benefit, try a product like cannabis, and you'll see ' why?'.
Cryptocurrency still not fully accepted and recognized by every government and the most reason I see for this is because of incapability of taxation. Since crypto is fully decentralized system it is hard for the government to control and collect taxes on every transaction but despite of this failure they can never take down the crypto currency because of its unique blockchain technology system and as as long as there is internet then crypto may continue forever.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Why would people ever use bitcoin if its expected to always go up? on: September 01, 2021, 01:09:20 AM
I couldn't put the full title in the subject line due to character restrictions, but here is the full question:
If bitcoin was fully adopted into everyday life, why would it ever be used for day-to-day transactions if the general consensus was that the price would always appreciate?

After reading several posts on this forum many people seem to think that Bitcoin will always go up. If this were to be the case, why would people spend Bitcoin at all? In this theoretical time, wouldn't it just be a poor financial decision to do?

Or is it thought that in this future where there is widespread adoption the price would stop being so volatile and for the most part stabilize?
Bitcoin used by many people around the world has all different purpose. Some are using for investment and holding is the main goal and some are spending bitcoin because they are making day trading and the expense of profit will be converted cash for the daily life needs. There are people also buying bitcoins for the ease and hustle free online payment transaction because crypto currency always makes life easy.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying old coins: Is it worth it? on: July 24, 2021, 11:05:27 PM
Depends on the old coin and it's fundamentals The first thing you do when buying a coin is it's fundamentals and development roadmap There are many old coins doing just fine. Am not saying some with good fundamentals don't fail but is a good idea to follow that path cause you will be barely wrong but still choose your coins wisely
Old coins still has the potential but as they said that we should have to check first its website to check its status whether it still active and by there we can see its roadmaps and updates so we can decide to invest or not. Investing old coins without exploring is very risky.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto (bitcoin) is better than traditional money? on: July 24, 2021, 10:32:16 PM
Cryptocurrency is better that traditional money because it is good in investing because of its high value in the long run. It is efficient and much faster transaction. Easy to transfer money.

Not really that efficient when it comes to fees because we know that there are really times that fees are way too up high which it is way more than on what we do see in fiat itself.
This isnt only for the sake of investment  purposes on why crypto did really become popular but also into its utility but of course,we could possibly earn profits then its no surprise
that  people would really be focusing on this one.

Things on why crypto best.
1.  Decentralize
2. Irreversible transactions
3. Profit opportunity

By the adaptation of this digitalized world we can say that  Bitcoin is better than traditional money by means of fast and hustle free transaction over the internet and everything transaction in crypto is fully decentralized.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: July 24, 2021, 10:05:36 PM
I am involved in crypto world and invest and trade crypto assets. I like blockchain technology and how it works. it is very easy for us. and also the transaction when sending or receiving crypto assets is very fast in various countries and simple.
Practically, I am with crypto because of money. I see an opportunity to gain more money than what i have get from my corporate job and now i am making fun of it and we know that crypto will be fully adopted through out the world for everything now is almost digital.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Not just money but oil is most important in the World on: July 24, 2021, 09:33:18 AM
That's right, the most needed resource today is crude oil. dubai is one of the largest oil producers today and it is very influential for the people's economy. we can see that from the large projects that are often built in dubai and the vehicles that are mostly used by the people there. Whoever controls oil will rule the world.
Its true that oil mostly run the world since most of machinery and autoindustry still using oil. Dubai grab the opportunity of being the oil capital in the world that drastically change their country but they also know oil is not permanent time comes it all exhausted, i think if most country change their view on how to care planet earth then oil will not as much important. By changing to renewable energy and converting auto industry to use electric then we have a brighter future on this planet.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much of your total capital is in crypto? on: July 24, 2021, 05:16:27 AM
I only have 20% in crypto and the remaining 80% of my assets are cash and savings in the bank and for my outside business. I used to invest in forex, and I didn't have any profits from that, now I've stopped and I'm just going to focus on crypto.
you are very good at diversifying your business, we know that in cryptocurrency, it has a high risk, so you are more likely to invest in real businesses, that way even if crypto prices fall, you will not have trouble making ends meet. The forex business is actually also good, but we must have sufficient knowledge, especially with the leverage system, the biggest risk can quickly occur margin call
As for me its hard to determine how much already i have invested in crypto but surely just a little for i always have run out of cash, but i have intangible investment in crypto like participating in a bounty campaign and i consider this as my investment for i always spare time on this and we know that time is money.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: July 22, 2021, 11:04:05 AM
Hello.

do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?
Ethereum is like at its current low since we saw it make an ATH and for all I know price usually comes back to break its high and am banking on it to do the same, just not sure how long we have to wait.
Do I still think it's the right time to invest in eth, yes I do and for some comfort let's remember it's the second biggest coin so investment to push it up shouldn't be far away.
Indeed. Investing in ethereum still wort it, its undeniable the second most profitable coin even looking on its graphical data we can always tell how promising this coin is and in many ways eth is always profitable by means of holding or trading.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Life Insurance and Blockchain on: July 21, 2021, 06:12:26 AM
Sad to hear your story @beparnf and @lienfaye. I'm a Financial advisor and I understand your concern but in our Insurance company, there's a special website that let you monitor your account health same as your payment history. The only thing that's not convenient are the way company sending the receipt and membership report every month. They are still using courier to deliver house which is not applicable on this pandemic. I strongly believe that Blockchain can do an important changes on this weak spot of insurance industry.
Yes blockchain is the best way of handling insurance in remittance and receipt tracking since blockchain is a pure record and undeniable for having no central control and the risk involving like disappearance after several years of contribution can be minimize, with blockchain everything is possible.
Maybe its possible but not totally the best way, life insurance requires central control to monitor and process whoever needs it. In hospitalization case who will process to the hospital knowing that most establishment are still in fiat system but i will not set aside the possibility in the future if there is already proper arrangement between blockchain amd individual agency.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know if an altcoin is a scam? on: July 19, 2021, 11:42:55 PM
As OP, newbies are always coming during the bullrun season then want to grab new altcoins. Why? Newbies don't see coinmarketcap listed coins or they are here to give money to scammers. Those newbies will make rumors about cryptocurrency in the future. Almost 50-70 percent of newbies will lose money for participating in the new ICO.
There are factors i considered to see if altcoins is a scam or not, first i'll always look for the team composition and search it on the web for their reputation. Second is if it is listed on the exchange its movement is seems movable but trading volume is unidentified, that is the thing to be considered prior investing new altcoins.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next better altcoin? on: July 17, 2021, 11:18:59 PM
its good project for long term , current price was around 0,045$ and market capitalization still very small. with developtment and team seriousness build best exchanges, stobox could be best project ever. Maybe this year still hard moment to growth due market drop, but in future we will see its price will soar alot.
In general the stobox is a successful project but in today's market conditions all Altcoins need more time to develop because price adjustments must always occur on every supply and demand, so it looks very difficult.
I think the better altcoins is those coin with a reliable platform that people can use for their daily needs or have a true to life usage as this kind of platform will fit in the market and continually moving.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to Trust, Fiat Banks or BTC? on: July 17, 2021, 10:04:11 PM
You can trust both!

You dont need to choose since both things can really be possibly for you to engage on without needing to focus because you do really need both specially fiat.

Even if we do hate up centralization but still we are heavily dependent in fiat and other centralized institutions and we cant really deny such thing.

Dont focus on one because even how hard you do believe on crypto, fiat would still remain no matter what.
We think that fiat bank is more safe and reliable since it has centralize control but still its not 100% secure. Like for example we have a big holdings inside the bank and unluckily time comes that the bank declare bankruptcy then sadly we cant claim all the money we have on that bank. Unlike crypto that is decentaralized we have all the controls and mostly has bigger chances to gain more profit on our long term holdings.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and happiness. on: July 16, 2021, 12:46:14 PM
When you gain wealth, you also lose something. When you are rich, you look happy, but in fact you are very empty inside. Therefore, wealth can only be used to embellish our lives. Don't cling to money, we can always be happy.
Definitely there is no basis that money makes someone unhappy infact in todays trend there are lot of people unhappy because of having no money thinking they can't fullfill the basic needs. Happiness is all depends on how we deal with life.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we live without btc? on: July 16, 2021, 01:31:20 AM

Both yes and no. BTC is the big trend around the world right now. Yes, we can live without BTC, but I don't think we can live without crypto anymore. Maybe one day BTC will disappear, but new and more useful coins will always be in our lives.
Before crypto was born the world used to use fiat but as the world continually changing into the edge of digital technology the mindset of newly generations is all together with the flow of digital technology, we're all like of having at ease for every thing that we do much more on in terms of financial transaction, buying goods, services and even working for money. Crypto currency is now plays a vital role of the world's everyday living.
