1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🏠[[ANN]]🏠 C Estates - Tokenized Real Estate Platform ✅ on: February 26, 2019, 01:26:39 PM
One thing I like about CESTATES is the peer-to-peer transaction wherein there is no middleman in every time you are dealing with properties and you can be sure of not being cheated which is the best part of this platform.

you are correct but do not forget that brokers will also benefit on cestates platform because they don't need to meet their clients personally but they can still sell properties through listing on the cestates platform and get their commission much faster compare to the traditional way.

you are right in your opinions but real estate is also recognized because of the earlier ones. so let's first take this platform and support first we hope the project will succeed. and we hope to update on what's happening on their platform.

Though it doesn't really seems usual in Philippines, it might still intrigue people to look forward into this platform. Perhaps, the team will need effective strategies to make the majority aware of it.
so it's better to help us better understand this project. we support and spread the platform they are fighting for, but it's very difficult especially here and here in the Philippines.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🏠[[ANN]]🏠 C Estates - Tokenized Real Estate Platform ✅ on: February 17, 2019, 08:56:06 AM
Tokenizing real estate is one of the promising project these days and it is profitable for investors in the long run because of the endless possibilities it gives for anyone that wanted to join the real estate industry.

i totally agree, as i said on my previous post they just need the right timing to be able to succeed in crypto space and one more thing is the partnership with real estate sector which is one of the key factor for them to achieve their goals.
I believe that all project will become successful for the right timing and a group of people with all the skills and determination to become successful.

I can only say that in this project it is still a matter of working and researching to further identify the project. and more investors will be able to invest in ico. trust and hard work are needed to further improve the project. let go team. We are to work happy and trust the Lord.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🏠[[ANN]]🏠 C Estates - Tokenized Real Estate Platform ✅ on: February 16, 2019, 08:57:41 AM
this is a big challenge to the team, how they will introduce the use of blockchain/ bitcoin to the public in order to use such currencies vs local money. we all know that not every people here in phillipines can afford, instead they use bank financing to acquire a properties. bank should have a good idea in this case...

you're right in the difficulty of this ico situation because the first reason is that the crypt is pretty bad today so no ico is bad. but we are confident the team is aware that this project will succeed, we support for investors.

Nice to read about a C estates partnership with a bank that will adopt Blockchain-based Supply Chain Finance Solution also generating a new collar jobs with the help of new education system that will going to be in demand and will generate more jobs in the future.
The project team has a good idea of it, it is better if they have a partnership with the bank that will help the project to grow and become more familiar with the interstate of Blockchain.

A bit curious, despite the claim of being in industry for 10 years, why does your linkedin posts only spread to two months? The gap is rather significant, is it not?

C Estates is an offshoot startup company of Capitarise Corporation in which we have an extensive 10 years of property consulting and property management. That's why the Linkedin account is pretty new.

wow your experience is really great for 10 years. I think this ico is a good thing, especially and you know that this is the case. I'm sure you can say goodluck for the whole team.

another real estate thing here in crypto space?, let's see what you can do and what makes you different from the existing ones. well as for now what i can do is to observe and learn more about you? did you already have your launch yet?
You know that much ico has come out in the cryptocurrency field. but I think that is the same as the first real estate. but hopefully they will better their project and modify their program about the specific aspects of the project they are doing.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Over 90% of ICOs are a scam on: November 08, 2018, 08:35:59 AM
I'm not as old as 90% as you say, I say because many legit ico in crypto are pretty much unknown to them but they are legit. I will not mention these ico names anymore. but I do not think that's why you're a bounty partcipant.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrencies rise or fall on: October 27, 2018, 04:57:08 PM
my look at this market move is not to lift our prices for our coins. maybe next year it will change the price. we just want to know that this month should be okay and the prices of our coins like bitcoin cases will not go upright to the price of 6k $. I no longer expect this year.
10  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal or not on: October 27, 2018, 08:29:17 AM
Bitcoin is not legal in all countries of the world. there are still countries that do not want bitcoin and crypto. I think the first reason is because of the banks of different countries because we know they are related to the currency so they block bitcoin in their country.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 1 year change on: October 27, 2018, 08:26:50 AM
the bitcoin price change is normal, it's just that the novice people in the crypto do not have their first years and the bitcoin bull run so they have a lot to say about it. but the bitcoin change has many lessons to offer. that will also help the person to cool down and wait. that's the good thing about changing the price of bitcoin.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should i buy ethereum with all of my money ? on: October 26, 2018, 08:19:26 AM
if I do that because of its price right now. it's a lot of coating when it comes to the rise of the ethereum at just $ 800 per 1eth. invest in ethereum coins then hold that I can advise you.
13  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do people have to pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: October 26, 2018, 08:16:07 AM
Investors will only do that when his country is obliged to give the tax the crypto. but now it's difficult because first of all not all countries are crying crypto. and there are bankers to block it.
14  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Buy for another person on: October 25, 2018, 07:41:01 AM
it's good to buy coins in person when you know it and buy it better for someone who knows crypto, if you do not know what you offer to buy coins for a low price do not try to invest or buy coins better You are in a good process.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long Term Invests on: October 24, 2018, 08:29:11 AM
I think that's the way you like all the coins and tokens in the crypto. long term investment, because of the seriousness of the market today. no sensible tokens and coins to sell. so hold holdings are better and then keep selling next year as the market grows.
16  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: i heard bitcoin illegal in Taiwan...why? on: October 22, 2018, 03:15:04 PM
I think it's because of Taiwan's banks. because it is the number 1 enemy of crypto banks in the country. so many countries do not deal with bitcoin or crypto because of those banks.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Already lost 50% of my capital on: October 20, 2018, 08:52:27 AM
in this market situation. It's best to just hold back and wait for the right time to return to the renting of holds, and if you invest a lot more time to invest in more coins in crypto. that is trading. buy hold and sell.
18  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal or not on: October 20, 2018, 08:49:59 AM
Whether legal or not legal abroad, those who do not want to know bitcoin can not stop it, they can not do it because I'm sure bitcoin can not be removed from the currency. and with so many of its investors it can not be thrown away by the countries of the many banks that many are in this country, in my country there are many investors and bitcoin users.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will other coin beat btc in future ??? on: October 19, 2018, 09:00:03 AM
I think I can not beat btc even later. btc is the hardest coins in crypto. and in btc other coins are dipped, such as the volume and the price of coins. and if you are studying btc motion it will not run out of volume, That's my reason for me to say that no other coin could beat the btc.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest all my savings in cryptocurrencies on: October 19, 2018, 08:52:46 AM
That's the same way I was thinking when I was when I started crypto. But just like what's going on now is okay no problem, keep on increasing my investment in crypto. not only in bitcoin I'm investing I also tested on other coins in cmc. and I find out the strategy of my holdings. so now im still hold because of the low market price.
