There is only one day to go for the rematches to begin. Tomorrow, both of the matches are going to be very interesting. Actually Real Madrid already have a huge advantage as they won by 3-1 in Stamford Bridge. I don't expect Real Madrid to even draw with Chelsea in Santiago Bernabeu. Especially Benzema would carry the team again I think. As for the Bayern Munich - Villarreal match, it can be a really interesting one. Villarreal won by 1-0 in the first leg and their performance was incredible. If they maintain it here as well, then Bayern Munich can be in a big trouble.

It was a great night for Liverpool especially. They got what they wanted against Benfica surely by defeating them 3-1 away. In fact, the second half was quite interesting. Benfica started to play much better and found some space in Liverpool defense. Actually it happened many times even after Benfica decreased the goal gap to one. But Liverpool finally ended this threat by scoring their third goal. And they missed a clear chance in the last minute too. But they would surely eliminate Benfica now.

I wouldn't like to underestimate South Korea but I believe that they have a really challenging group in the World Cup. Even Ghana would put up a good fight against them I think. But let's say that they defeated Ghana, I still don't think that they can qualify for next stage of the tournament. Portugal and Uruguay are way stronger teams than them. Maybe we don't have the prime Portugal but they are still strong now. Even if they don't end the group stage as the leader, they would end as the second.

And they will have the upper hand on Liverpool in their match in Etihad. But to me, there won't be any clear favourite of that match. Because both of them are capable enough to beat themselves in that.

Things are going on really bad for Manchester United for now. They can even have a hard time finishing at the fifth position unless they improve their effort much more. I hope we can see them staying in the competition for top four.

The 76ers - Mavericks game last night was really great. And the home team managed to defeat Mavericks by 111-101. Embiid and Harden did a great job again. Embiid were superb and he got 32 points. Harden made a double-double by 24 points and 12 assists . 76ers are very strong now. And Doncic wasn't that good this time.

Çok ilginç bir gece geçirdik. Juventus - Villarreal maçında Juventus'un maçı 1 farkla kazanıp turlayacağını düşünüyordum. Aslında ilk yarıda Juventus çok sağlam bir performans sergiledi ve rakibine fazla gol şansı vermedi. Ama ikinci yarı çok ilginçti. Villarreal bu yarıda toplam 4 şuta sahipti ve 3'ü isabetliydi. Ve muhteşem bir verim alarak 3'ünü de golle sonuçlandırdılar. Juventus bu gollerin hiçbirine cevap veremeyince sahasında bence utanç verici olan bir yenilgi aldı. Villarreal çok zor bir rakibi eledi ve harika bir başarıya imza atarak çeyrek finale çıktı.

It was really important for Dortmund to win against Mainz in that away match. Because they were going to be four points away from Bayern Munich after doing it. And thankfully, they made it by 1-0. It wasn't an easy one for Dortmund that's for certain. Mainz were one of the solid teams in matches home in the Bundesliga. Dortmund had a hard time but still beat them. I'm happy now because there is finally a real competition between Dortmund and Bayern Munich for the title as of now.
