West Ham are trying to keep Declan Rice at the club but it seems like he has no intention to stay from now on. It is reported that he has been offered £200k per week but he rejected it. This is no surprise honestly because we already knew how much he was eager to leave before. Manchester United were interested in him some time ago and they reached agreement with the player also. But West Ham made things difficult for him by demanding more money and the deal was off.

Recently Chelsea are the most seriously interested team as it seems. I'd like to add an extra info about this topic also. Declan Rice has grown from Chelsea Youth actually. The competition between Perez and Leclerc has been heated up even more on the recent weeks. Perez is ahead by only one point:



I don't know if Perez can continue to stay ahead of Leclerc until the end of the season. Because I don't believe Verstappen and Perez have the same cars now. If I bet on a side for each match, I'd prefer a draw for Union Berlin - Dortmund and Bayern Munich win for their match. However I don't want to raise the risk rate by doing this. Both teams to score seems reasonable for both of these matches to me. Because Dortmund and Bayern Munich aren't having a good season defensively. They both concede goals easily these days. And their opponents are also capable ones to score. It wouldn't be bad to combine these choices and see what happens. The odd is 1.72 for both matches which is interesting. 

The match I'm curious about the most is Lazio - Udinese now. I wouldn't expect to say such thing before the season started.    But now we are seeing these teams doing a great work in the league. They are nearly the same taking their statistics into account. The only visible difference is that Lazio conceded 5 less goals than Udinese so far. Even their head-to-head match history is very balanced considering the recent ones.

However both of these teams have made a huge improvement this season. Especially Udinese's effort is the most surprising one because we haven't seen such start from them for many years. Although Lazio are favoured by bookies I don't want to take that risk. As they are both comfortable about scoring goals these days, I'd prefer BTTS.

I think that it is quite early to talk about the Dortmund - Manchester City match already now. Because there are still around two weeks to go for that match. On the other hand, Manchester City are going to face Liverpool in less than two days. Hence there shouldn't be such thing as being tired for their Champions League match after leaving this one behind.

Considering this space in the Champions League, I expect Manchester City to completely focus on their Liverpool match. Guardiola even rested Haaland against Copenhagen just to make sure about him to be completely ready for the match. I saw some people thinking that he wouldn't be able to play as they didn't see him against Copenhagen. But there is no such thing as he isn't injured now. Guardiola did the right thing because he might have got injured which would be the last thing Guardiola would like to see.

Son has improved his performance a lot in the recent times. Since the day he made a hat-trick against Leicester, he has scored 5 goals and made 1 assist in 5 official matches. This is a really great comeback by him and Tottenham needed him to gather himself up as soon as possible. Because Son is one of the most important members of the squad now. We know how deadly Son - Kane duo can be when both of these players are in form. Kane is also productive now and they are playing impressively together.

Kulusevski is an important member of the attacking line as he is a very productive right winger. He wasn't doing this much good at Juventus but coming to Tottenham has changed him. However he is still injured and the return date is unknown. It's really unlucky for him and the team.

It is like Red Bull's turn to have a strong relationship with FIA and take advantage of this now. It was the same for Mercedes before and now things have changed after Red Bull have become the number one team in F1.

I really am frustrated with FIA's actions in the recent years. They still can't act independently. We are seeing so-called changes in FIA but this doesn't change anything about the management. We had the same experience again this season. They screwed things up in another crucial race for the championship. Teams are protesting this but they are also desperate because of not having the control in the end. I just hope to see a cleaner season than this next time. But after seeing this for two seasons I can't say that I believe in FIA much.

I wouldn't be that much confident about that honestly.  

Because Barcelona are playing different in the La Liga and Champions League. We see them being much more effective when it comes to defending in the La Liga. Besides they are still the leader there as well despite having the same points with Real Madrid. In addition, Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 4-0 in Bernabeu while they were under Xavi's management last season. Hence I'd rather wait and see before being sure of anything.

The story is ending for Barcelona in the Champions League I'm afraid. They don't deserve next stage while having serious defensive issues. As this will wound them financially they must focus on winning the La Liga title completely from now on.

Batshuayi continues to be the savior for Fenerbahce.    He scored the winning goal once again for his team and played a big role in this match. The first half was under full control of Fenerbahce but the second half was different than that. AEK started to be more dangerous with the chances they found. They found an early goal to equalize the score also. But Fenerbahce kept fighting until the end and finally scored the winner by a penalty in the last ten minutes. They got another penalty but Valencia missed this one. They still managed to maintain a 2-1 advantage until the final whistle.

As Rennes defeated Dynamo Kyiv by only one goal, Fenerbahce are still keeping their lead. I think they will finish this stage as the leader also because they can defeat Rennes in Istanbul.

There is no problem with Milan's performance in the Serie A now. They have lost only once so far which was against Napoli. I have no doubt that they will stay in the title competition until the end of the season again. Their main target has always been the Serie A title and they finally achieved it after long years. But retaining it this season will be quite difficult for them. Especially Napoli seem to be the biggest threat for now. I haven't seen this much great start from them in the recent years. They are handling the league and CL great at the same time.

In case the CL story ends for Milan in the group stage, they would fully concentrate on the Serie A title. In that case I wonder how good Napoli will be able to deal with them while they are competing in the CL also. Maybe a tighter schedule might upset the balances in time but we'll see.

ESL Challenger Rotterdam can be a nice tournament to enjoy right before the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown.

MOUZ are the best placed teams in the rankings among the participants now. However they are quite an unbalanced team recently. ENCE and Eternal Fire both can beat them for example. It is dependent on how much MOUZ will care about this tournament also. Actually this tournament is important for all teams. Because the winner takes $50k + ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference ticket. The prize pool is $100k so it might be counted as a mid-level tournament.

Eternal Fire were impressive in the qualifier of this one. They won the qualifier and came here. But I don't feel like they can win the main tournament as well. Because things are shaky in the team recently.

Inter had no other chance than preferring a counter-attack football. Because you can't take control of the match against Barcelona in Camp Nou that easy. There are few teams that might be able to do that but it is still difficult for them also against this version of Barcelona. Inter have found a few goal chances but couldn't make use of any. Dembele has made up for the previous match already by scoring the goal here. He was criticized a lot in the previous match as you know. He really becomes annoying when he plays very selfishly.

Anyway I think that Barcelona will secure themselves by scoring the second goal as fast as possible. This is a very risky score in an important match like this for them. Barcelona must win this to be back in the fight for next round in the tournament.

It doesn't seem like Red Bull will get a serious penalty for exceeding the budget given to them. FIA even stated that Red Bull have exceeded it by a small difference. I don't think they will repeat the same scenario again in case they face each other once more.

GamerLegion even defeated G2 by 2-1 which was a crucial victory for them to qualify for the Challengers Stage.

Now I started wondering if they can manage to be one of top 8 teams to qualify for the main tournament. This time the opponents can be much tougher because this is the last chance for all of them. If GamerLegion qualify for next stage too then I can't even imagine how much their rank would increase in the world rankings.

Mbappe might even be the reason of Galtier's departure from the team in the future.  

Because since he signed that contract with enormous conditions, he has been like the owner of PSG. The board respect him so much and take his wishes into consideration directly. They really need to do this because they are responsible for this result at the same time. Mbappe knows how much valuable he is to the team now and he wants to use this to his advantage as much as possible. I don't know how healthy and long this relationship between Mbappe and the team can be. It feels like there will be a huge disagreement between them at one point and Mbappe can suddenly leave the team.

But I don't think that it would be in this season of course. Mbappe must be focused on the Champions League title now.
