Yes, thanks! but how to accept fiat money technically?
Through bank transfer. You need to have an account for your ICO. Just provide the investor the necessary details and they know what to do. You'll figure out for sure who invest that amount. After confirming their contribution, you send the equivalent number of tokens.

Hello everyone!
Do anybody know how to accept fiat during the ICO and not be blamed by regulators?
We will be accepting ETH, but most of our potential contributors don't feel familiar with cryptocurrencies, so it could be difficult for them to register and buy ETH on any exchange.
Let's say you put a conversion factor in your web and whitepaper Saying 1ETH =1 000$ which will be followed throughout the whole ICO Basically, you set a certain value for eth which you think its price will be stable for most of the time. Also, consider making videos on how to contribute as well as writing guides. This will help people who are unfamiliar to crypto adapt.

hey guys ...
suppose you invest 10k in crypto
at what stage would you consider getting out and taking your gains ? if you 10x ( 100k )
or are you very very LONG on this ?
When you meant out? You will stay away from crypto forever? It's kinda hard to predict that. Crypto is so volatile. There's also a chance that you might not be able to get out of it because of your goal. You might consider the thing I have to say, whenever you earn some profit, take out that profit and leave your initial investment. If you took all out(capital included), it's kinda hard to bought back in specially if the price of the crypto you like increase alot (I assume you will invest in bitcoin). Using this method, you'll be able to see how much you gain. With your capital, since you want more profit, partcipating in an ICO is better. ICOs with potential can give you more than 10x return. Just do some research first before engaging in one. Invest at your own risk!

I couldn't find anywhere how funds will be allocated or if the unsold tokens will be burned. Is there any information regarding this?
According to the director, unsold tokens will be used for creating challenges, for some bounties inside the app to get alot of users, for advertisement, and rest will be burned. Hello,
WHY CAN'T I FIND THE BOUNTY PROGRAM?
Thanks.
Kindly click the bounty button on the first page

There are many #ICO live at this moment. Recently an #ICO named Benebit ,which was scammed and stolen 2 Million!
So, if ICO scam then there is no option for us? What will do Bitcointalk?
Sorry for my bad English. Thank you
Bitcointalk aren't police. They can't arrest those persons involved. But if investors know the team, they can surely sue them. That's why you need a thorough research before investing your money in ICOs. You shouldn't just jumped in because it looks good on paper. Scammed ICOs usually offer too good to be true returns. You need to stay away from them.

The dev decided not to accept more applicants for twitter and facebook That's why it is closed. Application starting from jan21 will get rejected. He only told me about this yesterday.

It is very interesting. Fun, earning money, visiting historical places, all of them you can find. Good luck dev.
Thanks!! The app is'nt limited to visiting places, it depends upon the user what kind of they challenge they want. Be creative as you can, for the more popularity a challenge gets, it will also get rewarded.

I wonder what is better, a Mass bounty hunter or a full time crypto trader? What are the pros and cons of each chosen position?
The answer to this question depends upon a person's asset. A person can't earn more than bounty hunters unless he has a capital. Certainly, trading will give you alot (provided that you have the above requirement). Let's also consider if you plan to hold a certain coin or do a day to day trade. I prefer holding since it can give you alot of profit(more than 1000x if you chose a good one) Day to day trading can cost you alot if you happen to sleep with an order Then when you wake up, the price level is so deep. Mass bounty hunter is time consuming but doesn't require a capital. You only need to invest your time. Doing this one is like throwing your life. Don't become too greedy. Just join enough bounties. Make sure to allot time for yourself. Consider your health and spend time with your family. You are missing out alot in your life dude if you become a mass bounty hunter. Summary: Go for trading if you have a capital and confident with your trading skills Or Do bounties but not in the expense that you are sacrificing alot

This is a great project, I will also endeavour to download the app to check how it works and also campaign for the success of this project.
Great! We appreciate all the supports we can have. Stay tuned for an improved app next week. I do not understand anything at all. Why is a project like Blockport collecting hardcase in minutes and such a powerful project as LIVE still can not even collect half?
We don't have much marketing power compared to other ICOs. It will take some time for other people to hear about snapcity. They might hear about alittle too late. No more bonuses offered and the team already finished the app which will certainly boost the price.

Please give me your thoughts about the best ICO in 2018 , I want to invest $5k to buy some tokens. Thanks in advance.
If you're looking for an ICO Might want to check https://www.snapcity.io Already have a demo app as early as now and is developing the app. If you don't have a lot of money, try to lower your budget in an ICO for ICOs have a 50/50 chance of success. I suggest, allocate 30% of your budget in an ICO and 70% in stable coins like eth. I think bitcoin will rise this Feb (just my instinct). You might want to add it too in your portfolio. A simple reminder: Just invest what you can afford to lose.

Don't you think it's better if there are several persons asssigned to review one's account when they reached the number of activity required? It's up them whether a certain account would rank up.
There are more than 5000 new registrations happening here every day now. A lot of resources would be required to review the accounts. Even if you get enough people to do those reviews, it will be more biased and easier to cheat. Imagine if someone gets into an argument with some people who later will have to review his account. This will create a whole lot of new problems. I think this new system also have that kind of problems, I've already seen some abusing this system. Later on, there will be a buying and selling of merits. Having people to review, will give unnoticed accounts a way to rank up.(An alternative way to rank up) Provided, they have enough activity.

Don't you think it's better if there are several persons asssigned to review one's account when they reached the number of activity required? It's up them whether a certain account would rank up. I think that many people won't get much attention in their posts. If your post isn't visible enough, though the quality is there, you won't still get a merit. For sure, many repititive post will be seen since everybody wants to get an attention. But overall, the idea of the merit system is great.

How to try our demo app 1. Download "Expo" on appstore 2. Search for SnapCity or scan the qr code here
Okay I'll try it! Thank you very much! Great! We would like to hear your feedback about it. Suggestions are also welcome.

Really, no one is foreseener here and no one can tell you what to do exactly. You must listen yourown.
He's also not one. That's why he is asking for an advise in what is the most logical thing he needs to do. Considering other people's advise lessen the chance of failing Hello there right now I am holding exactly 1 bitcoin....what should i do with that... should I hold only in bitcoin or should I split some of it into other coins... if yes then which ones and how much
As for the topic, I think a diversified portfolio is better than having all your money in a single entity. If bitcoin's value drop by a large margin, you won't be able to do something about it unlike allocating your money to several coins. If one failed, and others profitted, it's still a win for you. And besides, I think you can more by investing into other altcoin compared to bitcoin.
|
|
|
you think this is the right time to buy and hold bitcoins? because from 19k its 11k today. It is surely the right time to buy. Bitcoin's price is kinda low and remember it's January. Bitcoin's price is in its lowest during this time of the year. This is just a suggestion. The final decision is yours to make.

ETH is the most stable alt. Even though it dropped in the past, it’s already rising
I agree with this guy, eth is pretty stable. With the improvements they made, eth's value will continue to increase. The transactions are much faster now and the fees are low. No doubt, eth will continue to rise

Judging from your whitepaper and roadmap, the project looks decent. Willing to try your app later and give a feedback. It seems like this could be a hit.
Thank you for the feedback. We hope that you'll continuously support this project. Several weeks after this demo app, expect a lot of feautures to be online. I'm sure if this project will be a success and no doubt will multiply his supporters for this project. and easy to hope this project increased participation for the participants. As what I'm saying before, with everyone's support Success will be on hand ^^ Can't wait for the user-created challenge to be up next week I'm sure many people would love the app. You can also add your friends in the app

Why people invest in ICO when it is risky and these days most of the coins are dropping. Do you think ICOs are going to survive for a long time?
Although ICOs are a bit risky, a lot of ICOs got great potential. The return of investment can be over 10-10000x. In selecting an ICO, you ahouldn'y be lazy studying it first. It's money we are talking about, any bad move you make can cost you a lot. Read their whitepaper, check their roadmap, as well as know their team. Knowing their team is also a critical aspect. You need to know who's behind that project, if it is run by an unknown people trying to make easy cash. Investing in an ICO that is backed by a big company is smart thing to do ( lower risk). Check their social medias too, if it is constantly updated, and ofcourse their community.
