Hello. We can't get answer from FST developers to continue operations or take any decision about this asset. We would be greatful if somone from developers answer to us where do we have to take the node version 8.7.2 for linux? You don't have one in official git.
As well, we can't cancell or approve clients' transactions. And of course we can't open deposit/withdrawal. It seems that FST developers decided just to ignore us and FST holders, if so, this asset will continue to be in uncertain state for uncertain time. Dear clients, don't ask us about FST, ask the developers.

Well, I've been away for quite some time, and during which, have lost access to my original account "m0gliE" on bitcointalk.org. So if anyone has looked at my pervious posts from that account and wondered if I have gone off the deep end, I must apologize. I am both delighted and saddened to see how Fastcoin has progressed. Delighted that it still functions, but saddened that I, along with the others, have not dedicated more time to the project. First off, let me address some quick fixes that will resolve many of the problems I've seen posted here and on reddit. I've recently uploaded the entire blockchain files and bootstrap.dat files to archive.org and sourceforge.net You can download the individual files and run using -rescan to build the database, or download and extract the bootstrap.dat file. Note: Importing the bootstrap.dat file verifies each and every block so it's expected to take at least 6 hours to complete. [use -dbcache=4096] Note: Placing the individual files in your datadir will greatly reduce the time needed to scan. Use with the -rescan command switch. https://archive.org/details/Fastcoin_Blockchainhttps://archive.org/details/fastcoin_bootstraphttps://sourceforge.net/projects/fastcoin/For quicker results, set maxconnections=0 while importing the bootstrap.dat After import, close client, then set to maxconnections=2 while completing synchronization. After syncing, close client, then set maxconnections=12 and restart. When Fastcoin imports the blockchain and builds the index, connecting clients will still try to query and send block data which reduces the client performance while building the database. Even while synchronizing the blockchain, if you are connected to many clients at once, it will actually reduce the performance of incoming data. Once the blockchain is fully up to date, you can restart the client using any number of connections as it will no longer hinder the synchronization performance. This event took place on January 2016 where bitcointalk.org had a security breach on their site and informed all users to change the password to their accounts. Dear clients, deposits/withdrawals will be available soon. You don't have to worry, all of your FST funds are in safe. The root of issue with FST lays in scam transaction which was send from Cryptopia to Livecoin. This transaction have positive confirmations and no block hash, what is impossible. That is why we decided that FST blockchain have some issues, but later on the developers explained us that block explorer used as official on Coinmarketcap is not an official one and displays a lot of incorrect data.
So, we're waiting a link to official block explorer. We also waiting when the developers will contact Cryptopia regarding this scam transaction and let us know how Cryptopia managed to send this transaction into FST network.
Hello LiveCoin, Please note we have sent you several emails on this matter, with links to a reliable FastCoin (FST) Block Explorer as well. We have also confirmed that our Block Chain does not have issues, and rather the problem at hand has to do with a bogus transaction that was attempted which was never confirmed into our Block Chain. We have performed further research into this mater and have found that these types of bogus transactions, although rare, have also occurred on the Bitcoin network. Hello. Cryptopia and Livecoin, both of which might be using 0.8.7.2 software, need to -rescan or perhaps turn off and turn back on again their fastcoin clients/daemons. This should wipe their mempools of this unconfirmed transaction. They might need to adjust their database system to remove records that the transaction was sent or do something to return the balance back to the customer. Livecoin don't need to rescan because them didn't sent this invalid transaction. Only Cryptopia need to do that. Timestamp: 31st Dec 1969? To me it looks a cheat attempt.  Unix time is expressed as the number of seconds since midnight UTC on January 1st 1970. So 1st Jan 1970 00:00 UTC is 0. 31st Dec 1969 18:00 would be 'unix 0', adjusted for timezone (UTC-6) It's most likely a reporting error on the block explorer. I doubt any coin client would accept a transaction (or block) with a calculated timestamp from nearly 50 years ago. Or a timestamp value of 0. Others have mentioned that this block explorer is unreliable. Thank you Almightruler, You are correct, we also feel it is a reporting error on the block explorer.
