If loglow peels the coins, redeems all BTC on it and then sells the emty coin + the peeled hologram + ANACS case he might get a nice price for it because it has a nice story  Grin

The problem is to open the slab you have to bust it up quite a bit. I have cracked probably 40 slabs so far  Shocked

Then he includes the broken ANACS slab  Grin and maybe try to keep the labels in one piece.

Limit of 1 is very OK.

I have an idea to make it honest/transparant, let me know what you (all) think of it.

1- Gravitate asks if a reputated Escrow is willing to help, OgNasty, SebastianJu...
2- Gravitate sends Escrow the ten 3-last-public-digits
3- Escrow orders the 3-last-public-digits in a top 10 list and keeps it to himself until all ten coins are sold
4- Buyer can buy a coin (or several) and specify which number(s) they want to buy, 1 to 10. Gravitate updates the list in the sales topic.
5- Once the ten coins are sold Escrow released the top 10 list 3-last-public-digits he made in the sales topic
6- Now everybody knows what coin(s) he/she bought and Gravitate can send the coins to the buyers
7- This way Gravitate (the seller) doesn't pick which coin goes to which buyer

I may be a bit confused, but what stops gravitate from selling the coin loaded with 1BTC to a puppet account of his own?

So to replace step 4:

Have each coin labelled 1 to 10 (or any arb number) and then have an escrow generate a random sequence of the 10 numbers (or again, any arb sequence length) which the escrow keeps to himself. Then once all coins are sold/reserved, they get sold and shipped according to the number they reserved (people will still reserve in numbers 1-10, but the escrow will match it with the sequence).

This isn't fool proof, but I guess it would be harder this way (?)

I think your change of step 4 is a good one.

Gravitate is a honest and trusted guy, he would not use a puppet account.

1136  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitfury: "16nm... sales to public start shortly" on: January 18, 2016, 02:55:44 PM
So since these chips are so efficient and powerful. Why sell them and not just mine themselves instead?

You are right about that, but I don't have $1M so I can't buy chips to build miners and go mining... Even if I want to buy rev3 chips for like $10000 or $50000, no chance how things look right now...
1137  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Bitfury: "16nm... sales to public start shortly" on: January 18, 2016, 02:42:58 PM
If you want to buy Rev3 chips directly from Bitfury you must join their MOQ and pay $1M  Shocked

So no way small companies can buy rev3 chips Sad even if there is a company that buys chips thru MOQ and resells them price will be to high I guess...
1138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Day for Bitcoin. Cryptsy finally admitted theft and Mike Hearn tells truth on: January 16, 2016, 02:08:54 PM
another bad news for bitcoins ATM Robocoin ends bitcoin services
http://www.coindesk.com/robocoin-romit-ends-bitcoin-services/

Bad news are like black holes, we never see the end.
I am waiting for the market to calm down a bit and then I will think on the next move. Now it's not the time to leave AFAIK.

Dropping like flies. Whats the best exchange to quickly get GBP please?

Yikes I would say kraken. I would hurry up while this price lasts..

I recommend Kraken too.

Price is floating around 338 euro now... not that great of a price drop the last 24 hours...
1139  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [11 PH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] US,DE,SG,RU on: January 16, 2016, 12:43:14 PM
Avalon and kano.is are having another great miner give-away!

Over the next 5 months we will be giving away 1 Avalon A6 per month.

Be a miner here with more than 300GHs - and less than 250THs - and you could win one of the 5 Avalon A6 miners!

Each winner is the first miner to find a BLOCK!!! and meet the conditions listed below.

Details:

Only one Avalon A6 per winner.

Each month starts on the 1st day of the month at UTC 00:00 timezone.
The first month, January, starts on the 18th at UTC 00:00

If for any month, the miner isn't won, it will continue into the following months until someone wins it.
Each month adds a new miner to be won, so during some months there could be more than 1 winner if there was no winner the previous month.

Avalon will be supplying and shipping a miner to each winner.
It will be an Avalon6 x1, 4-pin-cable x2, AUC x2, without PSU - as shown in the pictures below (but silver - not black)
The Avalon A6 does 3.5THs +/- 5% at approx 1100W at the wall.

[PICS]

Avalon is great with cgminer!
The master cgminer git is kept up-to-date by Avalon submitting their changes, and they incorporate all the master cgminer changes!

Details about the Avalon A6 can be found on the bitcoin wiki: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Avalon6

Your 'Workers'->'Shift Graph' must show an average of 300GHs or more - and less than 250THs - on the red average line - for the sum of all your miners.
So if you want to be a winner you better make sure you are already mining 300GHs or more on your account now.
Note, of course, I can see anyone's 'Shift Graph' including address miners.

Now, just in case we do find any orphans, the orphans will also count as winners as long as the share isn't submitted too late.
The late timelimit is of course any time before, but also up to exactly 2 seconds after the pool sees a block change, according to the pool logs.
No adjustments or arguments about the exact 2 second limit.
No miners should be submitting blocks that late, so it's not a special requirement.

You will have to supply an address that Avalon can ship it to via EMS or DHL.
It doesn't have to be your own address, but it has to be possible for them to ship to your chosen address.
If you cannot supply an address EMS or DHL will ship to, then the prize will be awarded to the next winning block finder.

If you mine to an address, you'll need to sign a message with the winning address, to identify who is the contact to claim the prize.

If you don't want to supply contact details to ship it to, then the prize will be awarded to the next winning block finder.

One last important thing - my decision on the winners are final.
If there is any confusion or misunderstanding about how the winner is chosen, I retain the right to choose who the winner is in the event of any disagreement.

Is HenriSiagian the first winner with finding a block with 3.5TH/s ? Grin ? or is he just a few hours too early?  Shocked
