181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Somehow tired of bounty/airdrop (share your story on this thread) on: March 04, 2019, 01:08:56 AM
From 2015 up to now bounty campaign is my job when i started in crypto world,  im proud of being a bounty  hunter cause i gave my family a good life.  But whats happening these days on bounty campaigns  are different from previous ones, its just im already tired doing bounties because scam, no reward is given after months of work.
Good luck finding the best bounties, I started the search of the best ones, I got so dissapointed about my last campaigns...I'm really waiting for bull trend right now..

You can sell your skills alone and get paid with bitcoin or dollars depending on the platform you use.

but in 2017 I have a friend who nearly made half a million of dollars by doing multiple bounties throughout that year.
Seriously? what bounty your friend has been doing?
They were many good airdrops/bounties back in 2017 like deep onion, rebellious(900$) worth at he bitcoin peak but nearly half a million dollars? If this is true what a lucky guy.

It is a good initiative but as I said it has to be done at a small scale first to see what impact is gonna have to the community, how everybody will react to it.If we manage to gather a hand of people I will sacrifice a good period of my free time for it.
Thanks in advance. I have added first link to the website.
It's DNS servers haven't propagated yet, so the address is a little strange for now.
chainocracy.tk should be reachable in few hours, it's on a free hosting unfortunately ;/ but it should suffice for now.
Let me know what you think, nothing fancy though I was aiming to look kinda pro and clean.
Now it's time for whitepaper :0)
I'm waiting forward to see how the whitepaper will look, it's clear that the project is not only a "joke" for you.I like how clean and smooth you managed to create the website.

I like the fact that you added the equivalent in $ for stakes, I'm waiting forward to see any new feature.

our experience is definitely not much different, because maybe we might follow some of the same bounty projects.
for example, I joined a signature campaign for a project that I am currently participating in, but in other campaigns such as creating content or social media, we might be joined in the same project.

therefore the current experience is definitely not much different, we more often waste time working on projects that do only fraud. right?
That's right, but I probably didn't joined social media/content creating as much as you did, I was more focused on translation campaigns. The experience overall was awfull but I think I'm give give the campaigns another chance to see what they could provide for me.I will let this thread open because I see that many people are interested about this particular topic.Btw, you guys should take a look on my replies, I've been talking about a new project concept, made by community for community.

-snip-
I took me a lot of time to complete all the bounties but now I realized that maybe is was not in vain.I learned a lot from this experience about smart contracts, exchanges, partnerships and so on and I'm thinking to start my own community token project. This idea was stuck in my mind for a long time, is there somebody that would like to be the team of a new cryptocurrency, we can share ideas, plan the development, I would love to know what you are looking mainly in a community coin.I want to start everything from scraps since I don't have a huge amount of money, I'm thinking to distribute a huge percent of it to the community and create it with a voting system(the users can decide what is the future of the token) if somebody is interested or have any opinion about it please reply in the thread or contact me in pm.
I'm glad you looking at it this way and you are right, there was quite a lot to be learned.
For quite some time I was also thinking about starting a project of my own but I gave up the idea, something else started to bake my noodle. Something far greater and possibly more important as an overall. In fact this is so huge, that I'm kinda scared of it. However it must be done, sooner or later it simply has to be attempted and hopefully completed. It is the open, secured, pro-publico-bono on chain election system. Chain'o'cracy. True democracy powered by blockchain.
This seems to be the best idea somebody had in a long time in the cryptocurrency market, I've send you a pm with my telegram username, we can talk more there, if anybody wants to contribute as a volunteer for the given project I'm waiting for a pm from you too, let's build a team that will change the face of blockchain. It doesn't matter if you are in this world for a long time or just a begginer, pm/reply here and get ready to learn, improve, overcome.

Good job TokPie Team with the Green Terra Bounty, they are a serious project just like you are, you are presenting a new way to earn some tokens/ETH.

Nearly made..., meaning he did or almost did?  Grin
Sorry for being fussy but I simply cant believe these stories, moreover during 2017. Worst year ever.
OP is the best example, seven hundred projects and only few proved to be something useful, only this small percentage was profitable for him and think how much time it took. Most likely it wasn't worth the trouble, quite significant portion of his life wasted on stupid, spammy telegram groups, chats etc. I have very similar experience, only my sample group is much smaller.
Some hope was put in to KYC, it was believed that it can change something, that dumpers will become less likely to "infest" bounty groups, it obviously failed and nothing has changed. Probably never will but I truly want to be wrong.

I am not tired about doing bounty campaigns but I am tired what happened to all promising projects that I have promoted. No news, no development, is that really true that 90% ICOs are scams? I do not want to believe it.
You are right from many points of view, I promoted many projects that promised a lot of good things in crypto market, take for example CargoCoin, they had a really nice hype around then in the ico period, many partnerships etc, now after the ico their ceo is online only when he shows us new "listing" (very very bad exchanges with super low volume), they didn't have a community manager like they use to have in ico period, total fail, this can be seen in many and many projects, they only care about the funds they raise then fly away with the money. Btw, even the project you are promoting seem to be a scam, references here: https://shitcoinoffering.com/african-kids-aks-663-million-bucks-scam-sto-bolton-coin/?utm_source=Reddit&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=STO

I've got an interesting answer right here, somebody said that I didn't payed enough time on research so from this moment I will evaluate every aspect of new projects(team, project, funding etc).I'm still looking to hear any actual stories about the bounties you participated/any new bounty opportunity or anything that will help me to check projects with more attention.Thank you everyone!
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Somehow tired of bounty/airdrop (share your story on this thread) on: February 26, 2019, 01:23:21 AM
As the title implies I am somehow tired of bounties after only 2 years in this "world" : I've been a bounty hunter,(100+ projects), I did more than 700+ airdrops, I've been a translator, content writer..you name it. .When I started everything was working so well(I have to mention that I started doing it with 6 months before the last bull market) and I could get some nice amount of money at the time, I remember that I wanted to do it for my entire life because everyday I learned something new and make a little profit from it.I'm tired because nowadays there are so many scam projects(maybe 90% of them), some fail(maybe 5%) because everyone knows that is very hard to raise money in the bear market and only 5% have a real use, a good team and good project overall and they usually are not doing a bounty. My question for all of you is: Should I continue to look for bounties anymore? (Share your story, feelings, bounty campaign that is worth working for here. )

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy on ICO or buy after being exchanged? on: February 25, 2019, 10:08:17 PM
I see and observe recently that many ICOs are below the ICO price when they touch the exchange. Do you think it's a smart step to wait for an exchange and buy the tokens you want?
Since maybe more than 90% of ICOs fail in bear market the answer is that you should buy when it hit exchanges. If you buy in ICO your funds will be stuck for god knows how much time with the possibily of making the investment almost 0 after it so I will not touch any new project now.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: February 25, 2019, 09:57:59 PM
I think that waves will never surpass eth, eth is a giant with countless projects created on it and it has the advantage of being super easy to use(create a crowd sale etc) with low fees.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I won't give up on: February 25, 2019, 08:07:12 PM
I won't give up, never.I think that crypto is the only way and it doesn't matter if you invest, do airdrops or bounty or so on, you are accumulating and maybe one day your cryptocurrencies will worth a fortune.I am here for the tech and profit and I will not stop until I get to my goals.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ETHEREUM IMMEDIATELY for videos, articles, signatures and app downloads [bounty] on: February 12, 2019, 11:42:24 AM
I really like this project because it presents us a new opportunity to change our tokens into eth, in that way it ensures that even in the bear market we gonna receive some reward for our work. Thank you tokpie!

Last Price   0.00000011
200 WBTC ?? i wont do it even with google translation
This is the worst bounty I ever saw, you get almost nothing for your work, I hope that nobody will lost their time with it, the price of one token is now 9 satoshi so do the math for yourself...
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You've earned tons of tokens, NOW WHAT? on: February 11, 2019, 12:23:08 AM
The crypto world is growing everyday even with the rise and fall of the crypto market, that hasn't stop the massive growth happening now. Altcoin particularly has evolved that even noobs find it promising to lay hands on some coin.

Yes with a good and lucky trading you can earn some good money from crypto. Also through investing in an ICO or doing some bounty hunting you could find yourself with tons of tokens.

So months after months, you've earned yourself with tons of tokens but currently doesn't have much value or you just don't know what to do with them. You keep getting that hunch that your tokens will blow one day and you will lambo.

The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.

So, what do you do with your numerous tokens? Do you convert them to fiat or Hodl the ones you can?
You have 2 options: sell or hold.Nobody is gonna tell you ever the right answer to that because nobody knows how the crypto market will be, I've seen numerous shitty projects that have a lot of hype and then dump, also many projects that are solving certain problems/situations in crypto market but nobody gives a damn about them.
