what temps do you have for chips and orange pi when mining qubut or quark algo's? Mine are 37 for chips and 49 for pi. i wonder what temp range is safe for a miner?

finally whattomine list verge-groestl i think the diff will increase fast shows ~1000xvg reward? on idcray i get only ~500xvg someone interested to a new pool with xvg groestl? (direct mining in own wallet) The site is showing around ~600, which is what I'm getting now from idcray.  which port do you use? stratum+tcp://xvg-mine.idcray.com:10061 btw ~600 is for 24hours  Just in case others didn't see it. yes, that's about what you should earn for 24 hours. |

so you provide the normal invoice that you payed with the correct € value to customs (which is about 3000$) and the will sort out the rest ?
as far as i know, customs should calculate vat and tax from item price (1399 usd for the batch2) + shipping. |

Question for all of you who already got your miners. Mine arrived today to customs , EU-country. DHL send me sms that I should provide them informations about the shipment, becouse thay had to declare customs (specification, value, shiping cost...). The problem is, I only have corespondence with baikal over email, no original bill. Any ideas what to do?
yes, i think, payment confffirmation from your bank should be suffficient. By the way, how long does it took to reach your country (I am also from EU) from the day you received a waybill from baikal? |

i would really doubt that they are making more then 1000 Baikal - B, weren't there last batches always around 500?
Well, if you look at a changes of the hashrate of qubit, quark and myr-gro algo's after the first batch of x10 were delivered, it is definitely more than 500 units. how much would you estimate (i mean for the Baikal x-10 Batch) i think something between 3000 - 4000 units in one batch. |

I am planning to run 6 of Gaint X10 on my Baikal APW5 PSUs at 210V. Do anyone here have multiple X10 Miners on a Single PSU, and how many?
I run 3 X10s on 1 APW++ As long as you don't run X11 you will only pull 400 watts each My 3 pull 1200 watts on a 1600 watt PSU (75% load) APW5 @ 240 is good for 2600W. I never go over 90% of full load. Technically it can handle 6, but I would only run 5. And then you'll have to split cables twice because it only has 14 plugs. Make sure you delete all X11 pools, if for some reason it switches to X11 you'll be in trouble. Is it safe to run multiple miners on one psu? Because if there is something wrong with a psu you can damage not one, but all your miners which are connected to that psu. Or am I wrong here? |

I was just kidding Btw concerning batch3, of course there will be another batch. Baikal will announce two new algo's for x10 and then will announce new pre-sale. At least i would do that if i were baikal. |

Hmm... maybe it wasnt a good idea to tell "jump on XVG" to such a big community. On the other hand, we are a community! Helping each other is "community"! Dont nail me on "he said 1300 XVG a day...thats impossible". Okay, I had a look on my Bittrex account and there I see around 1000 in 24 h. Still not a bad number. FYI: My X10 never went offline. I tested all Algos already and decided to stick with myrgr mining Verge. Fan is set to 25% (in a cool room). Its running and running and running like a VW Beetle (Käfer) Seems I'm one of the lucky guys without any issues Great, which pool are you using and how many verge generated daily? Mining around 1300 XVG a day at http://xvg-mg.idcray.comJump in! Much more profit then DGB  1 baikal x10 makes 1300 xvg? which port do you use? I wonder as well. 1300 was a week ago. Now 600... I got like 300 coins last 24h ?? On stratum+tcp://xvg-mine.idcray.com:10064 What am I doing wrong? Do I have to deactivate Extranonce or do something else in the settings? Please help. I‘ve got my waybill too. But i‘m not sure if it include 4pcs or only 2pcs. They told me they will be shipped seperatly, because i did not ordered all together (2x 2pcs). me too. today is a great day  did you receive any letter from baikal asking to confirm shipping address before that? If yes, when was that? |

The miner seems very expensive.
Maybe should wait for GMO to release their miners? They should be more efficient then bitmain's antminer. Any opinions?
Where did you read that? Anyone ordering from Europe? It will take a long time for 7nm miners to hit a market. I don't think GMO will release sha-256 miner in 2018. |

Received my miner today. So far (over 8h running) it made around 400 DGB, which is alot less than I expected or whattomine says.
I'm mining on Mining Pool Hub, since it was easy to setup und I'm pretty new to mining in general.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to do special settings except to point my miner on the pool? Like do I have to set the difficulty or something like that? And if so, how exactly do I do that?
Also sometimes my Dashboard on MPH shows that my hashrate is down to like 8GH/s or 5GH/s or once even 1GH/s but in the settings of the Miner it was constantly on over 10GH/s and I dont have auto switching activated so it cannot switch to other coins.. Why is that?

I just saw that sometimes when the hashrate on Digibyte-Groestl goes down I get hashrate on Myriadcoin-Groestl even tho I didnt allow my miner/worker to mine that coin. Why is that? Did anyone ever have a similar problem on Mining Pool Hub?
You are mining on Mining Pool Hub's Auto-switching Groestl port. Port 17005 is their auto-switching Groestl port. It automatically switches to mine the most profitable groestl coin. Mine to port 20499 to only mine DGB-Groestl. Thanks alot. That helped! Anyways, I got one more problem now: I started to mine Verge 2 days ago on idcray. Yesterday when I looked in "Earnings" the last 24h I made over 1110 XVG but today its only 800. That is over 25% less. Do you know why that is? Also: Do I have to set the difficulty on my Baikal or some other properties or settings? All I did was pointing it at the pool adresse and put in my username. And what does the idcray site mean by "mining different was changed for X10 ,plz check your miner."? Thanks for helping! I guess "different" should be "difficulty". I mined with VarDiff on idcray and the assigned diff was around 30-70. So the port for diff=50 should be fine. Maybe they added the 50 for Baikal X10 owners. All you have to do is to use port 10064 for a fixed difficulty at 50. but isn't better to mine on 10063 port with var diff and let pool set a diff for your miner? |

i set the fan to 35%, its very quiet. but sometimes maybe 2times in a minute it gets up thn down. how i can fix it?
I have the same question... As there was same problem to other person on a different thread. I will post it there: "Use %25 fan speed on myriad groestl. Use %50 fan speed on Quark or Qubit. There is your mentioned problem with a fan speed if you set it, in the %30 - %40 interval." |

My x10 just went offline again without warning for the 3rd time in 4 days.
Lucky I was home for lunch to restart it.
Offline randomly for the 4th time in 5 days... Thing won't mine for more than ~ 36 hours straight. Mine only goes down if im not watching. So to solve the problem never leave your pc. Also, be sure not to go to sleep as it knows and instantly shuts down. you nailed it! |
