getting real tired of this shit frm monero's new algo
things work perfectly fine with the older one. then now with the new algo, the miners change and my intensities dont work, odnt dont work.
fuck this
Profitability doubled since the fork. If you're too stupid to figure out how to mine V7 then that's on you. To the point.
I;ve seen guys like you. Basically people who no idea what is wrong too. All you do is just copy and paste then Voila! it works. If you had any idea, you won't be in this thread.

I am getting 17340h/s on my 8 GPU Vega 64 Liquid edition rig with 1500W from the wall. Can someone here tell me if they tried more than 8 GPU in a rig with the new drivers and miner?
that;s nice. what's your config settings?

I am having problems with applying clock speed profiles on overdriventool. For some reason, it keeps reverting to a default clock profile default profile the profile I am trying to apply

for some reason. xmr aeon stak( from github) doesn't work best I got is 1500+
when I used the xmr stak2.42 (the one with 2% fee) i got 1900+ for 864/1536 intensities

the best i got with cast xmr stak was 1500+

The Blockchaindriver has a bug. Open the AMD Settings and change that: Make it to max and apply. Then start the miner. I use Cast XMR and my Vegas are between 1920-1960 H/s i didn't install amd settings so I used that disable enable trick i am using the xmr aeon stak version. not sure if that changes anything https://github.com/IndeedMiners/xmr-aeon-stak/releases

I know. i still can't get 19xx for monero V7. best i got is 1500_
1500 is too low for moneroV7. Did you try playing around with intensities? Try 896 for starters - 2 threads. i tried the intensities i used with the previous versions 1932/1932. 2016/1732, 1532/1532 i'll try 896 doesn't work either. i got 1196 or so Do you use the Blockchaindriver? i am using it. the clocks are 1407 at 925 1100mhz at 905mv 1932/1932 got me about 1420kh/s

so what kind of hashrate am i expecting from a vega 64 or 56 flashed to 64?
1.7-1.8k ?
Mine is a flashed V56 (V64 bios). Without flashing V56 cannot run the HBM2 at 1100 Mhz frequencies. 1960 H/s for Monerov7 and 1460 H/s for cryptonight-heavy is the sustained hashrate I could achieve (using JJ script + xmr-stak) on 18.4.3 drivers. interesting. 18.4.3 i am running beta drivers currently and no matter what intensity i am using i cant get more than 1500h/s. it's running on my home pc so I have a rx580 installed and I just inserted the vega 56 without using DDU..etc Typo I meant 18.3.4 I know. i still can't get 19xx for monero V7. best i got is 1500_

I made a tutorial video for anyone who wants to see the latest 0.9.2 version in action with the latest Adrenalin Edition 18.3.4 Drivers - NO BLOCKCHAIN DRIVER!!! I also picked up 1000 extra hash on the rig over xmr-stak. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r87zfuqgdFw&t=38sCast 0.9.2 + Cast-xmr-ui + Adrenaline drivers work well together (Vega cards) You still need to apply SoftPowerPlay tables to reduce power draw. You still should go into the Registry and disable autocrossfire and ULPS. You may want to run the atikmdag-patcher as well. [run DDU to remove old drivers; reboot. Install Adrenaline drivers but do *not* reboot. First change registry settings, apply SoftPowerPlay mods, run atikmdag-patcher.exe, then restart] If you use cast-xmr-ui, you do not need to include the --ratewatchdog setting, nor do you need JJ's script anymore. Cast-xmr-ui handles rate drops and restarts and the settings are user configurable. Cast-xmr-ui toggles compute mode for RX 570/RX 580 cards. Cast 0.9.2 + cast-xmr-ui + OLD August beta blockchain drivers will get you slightly better hashing speed, but it is fairly small as in the difference between 1920 vs 1905/1900 with Adrenaline. For everyone who is reporting problems with --ratewatchdog, try cast-xmr-ui. Do make an immediate backup of cast-xmr-ui's config file after unpacking. You can manually edit the config file, but be careful. no idea how to apply that ui

@heavyarms1912
do you use the same soft_pp mod for your vega 64s (if u have 64s ofc)? Or do you have a different one for 64s? If so can u post that one too?
Yes. Although mine's a Vega 56 BIOS modded to V64. EDIT: Got better results on xmr-stak for crytonight-heavy. Now get 1500 H/s at 1408/1100 clocks and 160w power from wall https://imgur.com/a/fT38Lso this is even if you disable enable the vegas, uploaded the reg mod, (basically the standard way)? didnt know the hashrate dropped that much, I thought you should be getting 2kh/s just like before the fork you won't get similar performance before the fork. The algorithm isn't cryptonight anymore it's cryptonight-heavy (more memory intensive). Hello what miner settings you are using ? Thanks
Check few pages back. I posted my views. New results. I have been testing on 18.3.4drivers and get 1460 H/s @ 1485/1100 clocks @ 906mV so what kind of hashrate am i expecting from a vega 64 or 56 flashed to 64? 1.7-1.8k ?

has anyone tried vega frontier on this? do i have to install 18.1.1 then update to blockchain drivers?
Vega FE works quite well on this. New drivers are great and much less finicky, but unfortunately OverdrivenTool does not work on the new drivers, so yes do the method you mentioned, look up GeekMark's vid on YT if you don't know how. thanks for the prompt reply. i was hoping for more stability (at least stable enough to survive the occasional auto reboots)
