I withdrew some out then continued playing until there were technical difficulties with the entire site (you couldn't play any slot, nor live casinos) so I withdrew the rest.
both withdrawals went as every single withdrawal I've completed here. 5 mins tops and the btc was in my wallet.
2+ years of deposits and withdrawals here and never a hiccup.

So I'll probably continue to bitch about bonuses, but still love the trustworthiness of bitcasino

Honestly, as someone that consistently speaks up on behalf of bitcasino, this easter promotion was a complete SCAM by them and that was their intentions.

IT WAS A COMPLETE SCAM BY THEM and NOTHING less. They absolutely KNEW how 100% of the players would interpret this promotion and wanted to play it off later as an 'oops'
I, myself, wagered beyond that amount each day thinking I would get something and when I only got the "special" reward 1 day during the promotion I chucked it off as 'their system is f'n broken' (those who have played this game with bitcasino in the past know what im talking about. Sometimes they dont give their rewards out and just say you didnt complete the terms when you know damn well you did).
They are just trying to save face, but we know what their intentions were.

In my honest opinion, 10% does not apppeal to me at all.
I would rather deposit raw in hopes for a large win that wouldn’t require any wagering and on top of that I don’t want to be restricted to slots only for such a small reward. I sometimes like to play in the live casinos and wouldn’t be able to with a bonus, albeit a small 1x deposit rollover\wager, it still puts restrictions.
I used to feel that way about the 25% bonus until I started using them heavy and quickly realized they weren’t bad at all and grew to love them. Then they were taken away


I know I’m being critical, but I really do wish for this site to improve and become my #1 go to for gambling.
There’s just an overwhelming amount of competition that offers deposit bonuses and rewards when bitcasino is sub-par in this field.
One btc site offers 50% bonuses on mondays, and another offers 25%-100% (depending on points) 2x weekly
On top of that, both of those sites offer cash back rewards and free spins weekly. A few others offer very similar to that, but I don’t frequent them as much as here and the other 2, as their selection is limited now without the ability to convert to euro (micro gaming and netent you can’t wager BTC)
Just to put things in prospective.
I don’t think it’s fair to compare non-btc sites. I like to play with btc because the wife doesn’t see my btc wallet, but she does see bank statements and would probably kill me if I played as much with other depositing methods

I know that when you put it like that it makes me sound petty, but I am surely not.
One set of spins were because I wagered the minimum €600 in one day (on a slot that I would never have played)and was given them.
One set of spins were from myself asking live support for a deposit bonus because I haven’t had one here since last year and they don’t understand the difference between FS and deposit bonus.
And lastly the other set of spins was supposedly my 2 year anniversary.

Last deposit bonus I received was a 50% or 100% (sorry I forget) back for either a Christmas or New Years promotions for wheel spinning.  It had a max of 10,000ubtc. At the time, 10,000 was somewhere around €24
And it obviously had a wager requirement like any deposit bonus.

I'm not questioning their legitimacy at all.

The third link you provided is someone who was banned for creating multiple accounts which is against every casino's TOS that I know of, and abusing promotional offers (1st deposit bonus I'm assuming). OP said he would provide proof in his initial post, but never provided anything. -NOT A SCAM

The forth link you provided is someone claiming they won a bet, but the deposit was refunded instead of paying out the won bet. Again, OP said proof was available but chose not to supply it to the thread and nothing else was heard of from OP. My guess? another multiple account or double spender. -NOT A SCAM

In all of the links you provided they were from new users, with bogus complaints, not backed by any proof, and were merely cheaters trying to cheat a reputable site.

I'm sure if someone at btctalk would look into it they would find that all of these accounts and game-protect are infact the same person. If they are not, then there is some financial tie to game-protect to create these bogus complaints.

Game-protect is clearly an addict and is mad he lost his money at casino's so he's trying to paint a bad picture.

Yea, I reported it to live support. Didn’t realize.

I don’t see any obvious bugs (playing on my iPhone 8 Plus in Safari) but I have a couple of suggestions.  I don’t think the bonus wagering percent bar should be visible unless a bonus is active.  Right now it shows 0% when no bonus is active.
Also, I really like the bottom menu when the menu is open.  It would be cool if it was always present.

Not for nothing, but as I’ve said in the past, I have never NOT been paid out by bitcasino and strongly stand against anyone claiming they are fraudulent.
They just need to work on what customers want.

I've been playing here for quite awhile and also have many friends that play here.
Honestly I don't know what happened with the change in hands, but this site has gone down hill.
It has a great range of slot providers with instant payouts, but it's got to be the last casino on the planet that doesn't offer deposit bonuses.
They recently took away the re-load bonuses and replaced them with "races" with payouts that just aren't at a level that entices you to play here without a bonus.
They never give free spins unless there is a major problem. When I say never, I mean never.
Even friends that are under their "VIP" status don't seem to get free spins anymore.

a few months back I made quite a number of deposits and withdrawals, mostly all with their now defunct 25% bonus, had to have wagered well above 20k euro for the month. I was rewarded with ten 0.25 spins. (€2.50).

honestly bitcasino, instead of changing the look of the website every year, maybe try and work on customer retention. Stop taking away bonuses and cater to those who continuously deposit and keep you in business. There are many other options for us players out there and we are going to take our business to those that treat us like customers.
