5202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MinerGate GUI vs console miner on: November 30, 2017, 02:30:31 PM
Well, I have in om my work PC because its all the time on so, just making some extra $ for gambling it's not a big deal . I've tried GUI on my gaming PC + my TV pc and both together making around 900H/s so I'm considering installing a miner. I guess then I will try the console one for this purpose.

Hello guys,

I'm mining Monero with MinerGate v7.0. From time to time there are big discussions in the chat on their website about the lower H/s of MinerGate GUI compared to the consoles. Is is true that they "steal" hash power using their GUI?

Thank you for the update.
The only source I have is the CoinDesk News. I think there should be a section here in the forum for the upcoming forks, I know you can find info in the bitcoin wiki, but everything on one place is easier.

Hello everyone.

Besides the forum, where else I can read the last news around the bitcoin?
Any Facebook groups or tweeter to follow to keep up with the last updates?

Thank you people for your answers. My work is not so intense so from time to time I have some free time I can spend on doing something for small profit. I use now bitter and got around 5000 satoshi for doing almost nothing for almost a week. My phone at work is mining bitcoins (sounds crazy) making arund 7-8000 sat. per 2 weeks. It's not for making money, just something to spend on dice gambling or something Smiley
I bought some bitcoins in the summer so its a good profit so far, and mining monero.
If you know other ways to monetize my free time, please let me know. Smiley
5208  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How erning over 100000 satoshi/wekly on: November 23, 2017, 11:53:02 PM
I've tired one strategy myself. To make money from gambling on dice sites. I started with faucet 300 satoshi and after many tries to figure out the right system I went up to 55 000 for a week. Betting every day for around 30 min while i was on holiday. Well i lost part of the money testing other strategies but this is the risk. Now I'm starting again from the beginning, to see how far I can go. I don't think i can withdraw from faucet but.. if the strategy is still working I will invest some small amount. Bigger capital easier to grow. The most important rule is not to be greedy.
