For these chips to be of any use they would have to be shipping NOW, as was the original timeline. Batch 1 is as of today 11 days overdue. There are about 20 orders ahead of batch 1 that we know of. There is NO chance of having any of these chips delivered and assembled in time to generate even a small percentage of the investment costs, never-mind the running costs.
If there is any chance of a refund as stated by Yifu himself, we should take the opportunity and then maybe invest in Gen 2 Avalon ASICS  WHEN they have the chips ready for dispatch. NO MORE pre-orders.

In respect for nekonos and bizwoo, I will keep my 2 orders and I will order/pay nekonos for 2 Klondike16 (1 from each GB) upon reception of the 32 chips by bizwoo.

1. B ... full refund
2. C ... upgrade to next gen
3. D ... legal actions!

I think this is the way to go ... at least for me ...

  I wonder who would these third parties be? Could it have been one of the sellers on alibaba or similar? If so, how come they have their chips before the early orders from group buys here on this forum? Something dishonest about this Yifu Avalon person. Looks like "our" chips have been going to the mentioned third parties who then sell them at higher price.
If or when we receive our chips, we will be paying to run these miners. 

I think it's time to ask for a refund.

per esperienza personale Bitcoin-Qt è "affamatissimo" di risorse hardware ............. anxhe se ahi già risolto ... quindi ti consiglio di chiudere prima di tutto tutti i programmi in background quando aggiorni le blockchain ... sopratutto programmi che utilizzano banda ( emule , bit torrent ecc ecc )

io uso un utente a se ( utente normale no amministratore ) per i bitcoin ( win7 64bit) ... ti consiglio per il futuro di non fare la "cazzata" come me di cliccare sull'eseguibile bitcoin.exe , tasto dx , esegui come amministratore , è ripartito a ricaricare la blockchain dall' inizio !!!! ed sono spariti i vecchi address pay out !!!  magari lo sai già , facendo così ho capito che il wallet , l'eseguibile stesso e tutto il programma è codficiato e criptato sul nome utente di accesso a windows .... quindi occhio !!!

hi, i have a problem with client bitcoin qt, the client does not synchronize most are 3 hours which is locked, I tried to uninstall but nothing, tried to restore from a backup but nothing synchro start and 2 hours from the end hangs the synchro
