521  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I start investing in Bitcoin? on: December 13, 2023, 09:44:29 PM
Can someone please guide is it a good practice to start investing in Bitcoin in this upcoming January-2024?

You can start investing in Bitcoin at any time convenient for you. However, it will be more profitable if you make such purchases when the price of the coin is adjusted. If this will also be difficult for you, then buy in equal parts in a certain period of time using the DCA strategy.
522  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: A scammer selling Bitcoin for $1000 on: December 12, 2023, 11:25:46 PM
...I have found that some users have left negative tags on profile of that scammer but still he posted that update on 30th of November which lead me to think that do people still get scammed by such scammers? If yes then how could we better guide them to be aware of such scammers? I know that awareness and education will work but it's going to be a hard thing to educate everyone.

Everything that could have been done to warn other forum participants about fraud has been done. I think everyone can read the negative reviews about this participant and draw the appropriate conclusions. Well, anyone who is too lazy to conduct an appropriate study risks losing their money.
523  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which amount of money is good for me to spend on DCA? on: December 12, 2023, 10:51:26 PM
From my own perspective and how I do my DCA most time, you can be flexible with your DCA in the sense that you can purchase Bitcoin depending on the amount that you can spare at any given period that you wish to Buy and still reach your goal successfully. ..

Of course, you can invest the way you do it, but it will no longer be a DCA. Using the DCA strategy involves buying in equal parts in a certain period of time. But if you have enough money and the price, in your opinion, is at the minimum values, you can follow the LSI strategy by buying Bitcoin immediately for the entire amount you have.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Launchpad Tokens on: December 12, 2023, 06:15:43 PM
Binance launchpad coins are very good coins for investment. Matic is also launched on binance launchpad. Matic coin already gives more then 100x profit in the previous bull run. Matic coin listed price is 0.01$ and it pumps near  $3. So, investment in launchpad coins is not a bad idea. It gives us handsome profit. There are lot of examples available.

Yes, it was in 2019, but I was unlucky and I did not win the allocation then. And those who were lucky enough to get a winning ticket were able to buy Matic at a price of $0.00263. But how many people were able to hold Matic until the price reached high?
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Celestia airdrop live on: December 12, 2023, 04:50:54 PM
Ok, so $TIA is now trading close to $6 and I'm starting to feel regret for selling early. If someone has solution to this market infatuation with when you sell it goes up and when you buy it goes down, kindly let me know  Roll Eyes

Considering the fact that the coin has doubled its value again in the last month, reaching the $13 mark, I am also beginning to regret that I sold my airdrop too soon. But I did not expect that after listing on major exchanges, the price would start to increase so rapidly, making it impossible to buy it again at a lower price.
526  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which amount of money is good for me to spend on DCA? on: December 11, 2023, 08:30:11 PM
...My idea was to spend 100 euros/week on DCA. ..

No one can know your financial situation better than you do, and therefore it will be easier for you to make the right investment decision. And if 100 euros per week is not going to be burdensome for your budget, you should invest in Bitcoin. If you can allocate more money to buy Bitcoin, then you will need to use this opportunity.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: December 11, 2023, 03:25:10 PM
...So yeah, my guess is the snapshot was taken right before they made the announcement and they are now in the process of removing botters and cheats.

Of course, you can trust your intuition, but I prefer to trust the words of Bryan Pellegrino, who is the Co-Founder and CEO of LayerZero Labs, published in the official chat: "There will be public comms if there is a snapshot or anything of the sort no need to guess, comms will be clear" - https://t.me/c/1540062342/84652 So it's too early to stop)

Can't access the message.  When was that posted?  After or before they made the announcement?  If it was after the announcement then the snap shot hasn't been taken yet.  But if it's before and especially months before then dunno...

To read this message, you need to be a member of the official LayerZero chat or join it - https://t.me/joinchat/VcqxYkStIDsyN2Rh
Bryan Pellegrino posted this message as a response to the discussion that arose after the publication of the LayerZero message on Twitter on December 7.

529  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade in market rate when trading on: December 11, 2023, 01:00:46 AM
Yesterday I lost 200+$ in bybit. The short story is that I hold 268$ usdt for buying new token for short profit. yesterday Jito(JTO) token listed in bybit...

I am sure that there was no glitch, and such a high price is due to the high volatility of this coin, which was at the very beginning of trading after listing on the stock exchange. It could also be explained by the fact that there was very little liquidity, but Bybit can't have a problem with that.
530  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Correction is possible in bitcoin price? After 40,000$ on: December 11, 2023, 12:34:09 AM
...However, what is your opinion? Do you anticipate a potential drop in the bitcoin price, revisiting $30,000 after reaching $40,000, or do you believe it will continue its upward trajectory towards $50,000?

This is a cryptocurrency market and, accordingly, everything is possible here, even the impossible. So, even if you are sure that Bitcoin will reach the price of 50 thousand dollars, do not forget to set a stop loss, which will help you reduce losses if the price moves contrary to your expectations.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you had $500, which coins would you choose to buy on: December 10, 2023, 03:34:34 PM
If you had $500, which coins would you choose to buy

It all depends on whether you have already formed a cryptocurrency portfolio or not. If you have already bought coins before and now you have an additional $ 500, then I would postpone purchases, since the market is currently at a high and would wait for a correction.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: December 10, 2023, 01:37:22 PM
...But I can't understand how layerzero will distribute the tokens. Are they distribute coins on the basics of number of transactions.
There are 4millions wallet that did transactions through layerzero. This is a very huge amount. Did they give airdrop to all users?.
Or just for the limited people's.

The number of transactions will not be the only criterion for receiving airdrop. In addition, the number of interactions with various contracts, the volume, the date of the first transaction, and others will matter. And in each of these criteria, a minimum value will be set, which will eventually limit the amount of eligible receive airdrop.
533  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should newbies do in trading? on: December 09, 2023, 11:06:04 PM
...But I'm at a dead end and don't know what to do next. Other traders advised me to just trade, but I think that over time I will lose my remaining $45, and demo trading does not bring such emotions and I don’t want to try hard when trading it

There are 2 ways to learn how to trade: Either you buy training, or you learn on your own. In both cases, you will have to incur financial expenses. And if in the first case you will pay for tuition, then in the second you will lose your money, while gaining knowledge and experience. And since you have chosen the second method, you should continue to educate yourself, but you must remember that you will need more than one deposit to learn how to trade with profit.
534  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me to calculate my trading profit maybe method also here on: December 09, 2023, 10:33:35 PM
...My trading pro friend told me to use only known coins ltc SOL eth xlm xrp are best and always one coin at the time maximum 2 coins in Week but it depends how fast Market moves
If i detect monthly low range i can invest even the 20-30% right to way...

It's good that you have a professional friend who can tell you which coins you should buy. But it seems to me that his advice will not be enough for you to make a profit, since you do not even have the minimum knowledge for trading and your ability to count profits will not help you in this. You shouldn't spend so much time on math, focus your efforts on learning how to trade.
535  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me to calculate my trading profit on: December 09, 2023, 03:03:06 PM
For example i have 100$ starting capital and i manage to make 30% weekly profit...
So how much i have by coupond in 3 months , 5months and after 12 months ? ..

These are just your desires, which are far from reality. And I doubt that you will be able to increase your balance by 30% every month, especially since you can't even calculate the final result yourself. In my opinion, if your balance turns out to be positive after a year, then this will already be an excellent result of your trading.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: December 09, 2023, 02:39:48 PM
I think snapshot is already taken.  They wouldn't have confirmed and announced that they're having the airdrop at the first 6 months of 2024 if they haven't.  ..

Well, that's just a guess. And if the picture has not been taken yet and you stop being active, then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to receive airdrop. I think that we need to continue to show minimal activity until it is officially announced that the snapshoot has been taken.
537  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short Term Trading Altcoins and Meme Coins? on: December 08, 2023, 09:36:11 PM
...Anyone here who trade altcoins and especially memecoins and give insight on this?  Also it's hard to 5x even with altcoins now right?  But memecoins it isn't?  Just the risk is much higher?  Now if you could buy 5 memecoins and one of them 10x and the other ones go to zero... then you profit right?

Yes, you calculated everything correctly, but the main problem is that there is no guarantee that one of the five coins will give you a profit of 1000%. A more likely scenario is that the price of all five coins you bought will eventually become zero.
538  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not very easy; it took my friend a long time to understand. on: December 08, 2023, 08:58:43 PM
...But a few days ago, he came to me on his own to learn about cryptocurrency and trading, which was a complete surprise for me.What's even more surprising is that he is now a registered member of the community...

Of course, your friend's desire to learn how to trade is straight. But not everyone who decides to learn how to trade will later become a successful trader, even if they studied with a trading master. Such people can always try themselves as a long-term investor, which, as practice shows, is even more profitable than short-term trading.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Layerzero Speculation airdrop on: December 08, 2023, 06:10:21 PM
I have seen that too but has snapshoot already taken? This is become the main concern. I have been consistently brigding through layer zero but i don't know whether snapshoot has taken or not. According from the CEO on the telegram if the snapshoot potentiall has not yet been taken...

I think that the team will make an announcement about the date of the snapshoot shortly before TGE, otherwise everyone will stop being active in anticipation of the airdrop. After all, no one will conduct such a number of useless transfers among various blockchains if there is no reward for it.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it advisable to invest in JITO (JTO)? on: December 07, 2023, 10:53:21 PM
...And is it advisable to invest in this coin?

How much it is advisable to invest your money in this coin, we will be able to find out only after some time. But I would refrain from buying a coin that has grown by 8000%. Of course, the price could continue to rise, but I think the price will have to correct after such a pump. That's when it will be possible to consider buying a JTO.
