OverdriveNTool + SoftPowerPlayTables is best solution today for ref Vega's. Does anyone have SoftPowerPlay table for more than 1100MHZ for Vega 64 like 1125 or 1150? |

I am getting 17340h/s on my 8 GPU Vega 64 Liquid edition rig with 1500W from the wall. Can someone here tell me if they tried more than 8 GPU in a rig with the new drivers and miner?

castXmr from 0.8 version says: improved support for more then 8 GPUs. Drivers support: yes. motherboard support: yes. miner support: yes. What problem with more than 8 GPU? On theory yes, but has anyone ever done in practice, mining cryptonight with full 2000+ hashes with 12 gpu mining rig? |

I mine with Vega 64 with 2130 hashes on 170W from the wall on Cryptonight.
what are the clocks and volts? Wouldn't put much stock in these numbers... these are better than I get with Vega FE's and all my 56/64s. The newest driver baby... I have my memory clocked at 1185 |

Hello all, Yesterday I have posted this question in other thread, but unfortunately I got no advice, so I am trying here today. I am getting very frustrated with my 2 Saphire VEGA64 cards and castXMR setup . The problem is that one of my cards just stops hashing after 1-6 hours (randomly) and miner freezes. I am getting no errors reports in CastXMR or wattman at all. The miner seems to be active and is reporting hashrate for one card. When I am trying to use command "q" to quit it does not react. I have to close it's window and them my wattman setting resets. I am using blockchain driver and applied 1050 registry mod. I also lowered power limit to -21% and GPU. Temperature is below 50 celsius. Please give me some ideas/hints what can cause this problem. I spent several days reinstalling my system and it seems that nothing works  I am completely lost Yesterday I sent one of my Vegas back to the store. Now I have 1x Vega64, 1x rx580 and 1x rx480. RX580 and RX480 are mining ETH and working without problems. Vega64 is mining ETN on castXMR miner. I changed PCI positions, reinstalled everything and now also disabled IGPU (intel) and the error is still there Vega just randomly resets to default values (and everheat to 75C) while not submitting any information to CastXMR Can anybody help me? Please shot any ideas ... I am really desperate Have you tried mining without the registry mod, or it could be just the MOBO giving you a headache. |

Any UK users have got this and using the AMD VEGA cards?
Mind sharing the price and source to get them, I've been trying really hard to get the RX 580 from past 3 months but no luck, any help from UK users would be much appreciated.

I am a proud 16 GPU VEGA 64 LC user from London. How were you able to get your hands on 16 Vega 64s!? I just recently put in a few back orders. Going to get 3 Vega 64's and 5 RX 570s. I just can't wait around any longer for them to become available. They're flying off the shelves as soon as they get there. I had 8 already for the last 7 weeks and I just purchased the other 8 like a week ago on top of that for the 599 price. I was lucky I guess. |

Are there any people mining electroneum here, it is way more profitable than monero. If so can you tell me what is your hashrate. For some reason I cannot set up Gandalphs 3000 XMR Stack v0.7 to mine electroneum. The regular XMR stack miner gives me meager 1200 hashes a card, so I am forced to use Cryptonight Claymore 10.2b mining with 1660 hashes per card. When I mine Monero I mine it with full speed constant 2025 hashes, but not for electroneum. Help me please. I can offer some Electroneum doantion if I reach 2025 hashes. Thank you.

Can someone explain me step by step please how to mine electroneum on gandalph3000 cast xmr v0.7. I try but it cannot connect me to pools. I think I am doing something wrong. Thank you.
Monero is now longer profitable. You can make 3x more money on elcetroneum.

I have an issue only 2 of my cards are showing. Need help for that.

This mobo is very tricky. Do some tetris plug in plug out, try different combinations. Also is very important to have the latest BIOS, to have 4G enabled and have PCH, PCIe and PCI Express 16 slot to be put in GEN2. Just these three settings. Thx for the tips but I only get 3 cards working, sometimes 4 but not all the time... It's very strange. Thx You should increase the Vritual Memory 16GB per GPU so you have 4 you should have 64GB of VRAM |

What about 450€ for secondhand V56  All stores give an estimate of january 2018 over here, so it really seems like we wont see many reference cards anymore. Im very glad that I just finished my order of 8x Gigabyte Vega 64 Liquid Edition for 599£. Whit this I have 16, only 8 working for now, till I get my stuff next week. If there are no more Vegas till the end of the year, Im just one lucky man. |

So a y-splitter is no good, but the 8 pin to 2x-8pin that comes with my EVGA is okay?
I hope so, cause that's what I've been using.
You have 2x8pin really? Because I have 6+2 and a 6 pin on which I use 6 to 8 pin adaptor |

Guys, I just got my 6 Vega 56 cards... I wanted to power them with an EVGA 1600 G2 but I just don't have enough VGA power connectors! Do I really have to connect 2x 8-pin per GPU? Is that needed for mining?
Yes unless you want to risk damage the cards, or burn the whole place down. It's up to you. Please beat this dead horse for me.. Is it the PSU that will be causing problems or the connections on the cable that I've got? (or am I fine?) I imagine that the problem would lie with the connection at the PSU end (where there is up to 250W going through those small wires), am I wrong? What's wrong with my thinking that a more quality Y-Splitter would be able to handle the wattage? PS I've been mining about a week with two of these cables for 2 cards, and the other 2 cards using 2 separate cables each which came with the PSU (2x 8-pin to 8-pin). Am I playing with fire? Using Y-spliiter for rx Vega is very dangerous. It can't handle the power spikes fluctuations, however you can use dual cerfified cable like the one EVGA has with 1 end 6+2 pin and the other end with 6pin and use a 6 to 8 pin adaptor |
