2  Economy / Economics / Re: The recent Facebook data scandal is a perfect reminder of why crypto and decentr on: March 23, 2018, 04:54:33 PM
This is a very bad news for facebook. I do not want to believe that it is true.If true, facebook will lose a lot of users.Because people will lose confidence in Facebook.

People already know that. The ones that do not know the Facebook intentions and their habits about the keeping other people profiles and also sharing them if needed are the children which are just starting the Facebook profile and are actually to immature to realize the full concept of the facebook.
Crypto even if it can be tracked on the blockchain is actually a perfect measure against the hackers and the governments which are striving towards the control but the decentralization is obstructing the path to the control.
I am happy with the information that the more users will found out about the scammy intentions behind the big companies.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL mentality destroys the currency aspect of Bitcoin on: March 23, 2018, 04:47:25 PM
Spot on and I don't think that will ever change, it's why I see bitcoin as becoming more in line with gold that is spendable. It won't be used as a daily currency but more for one off purchases etc. Unless the price was relatively stable this will always be the case.
The article is actually stating the truth. Bitcoin is not what it was meant to be by the original vision. The current fluctuations are currently only profit opportunity and the stable Bitcoin is far away.
I don't know if we will ever see the Bitcoin becoming the stable currency used by all. For that to happen value must jump even more but the current progress on the market isn't promising.
Holding is actually recommended but for the Bitcoin core, it is actually destroying it for a long term.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it the beginning of the end of bitcoin ? on: March 23, 2018, 04:44:30 PM
As we can see the price of bitcoin going down and lots of people loose its trust from the bitcoin...
Is it the beginning of the end of bitcoin ?

It is just a delusion that is driving away the panic investors. The others which are smart are actually rebuying even more BTC to add it to their wallets.
They are waiting for for the better times where the Bitcoin will achieve a nice value that will for sure mean something.
I am personally also holding because I believe in Bitcoin.
None can tell me otherwise because I have my own beliefs that I have gathered through the analyzations and calculations through the years.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Increasing number of celebrities endorsing cryptocurrency on: March 23, 2018, 03:56:51 PM
Former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker Michael Owen is launching a cryptocurrency in his own name, joining other famous sportsmen including Manny Pacquiao in a new venture to connect with fans.

The retired England star announced Wednesday his investment in the Singapore-based Global Crypto Offering Exchange (GCOX) as he unveiled the “Owen Coin”.

http://punchng.com/ex-england-star-michael-owen-to-launch-own-cryptocurrency/amp/

Could this be a booster to cryptocurrency because these celebrities have big influence world wide and could invariably canvass more support for cryptocurrency.

In my country, there are even 2 celebrities that have already started their ICO projects to earn the profit.
They are seeing the opportunity where the others are not. I am not blaming them.
Actually, I admire them because they or their manager have good ideas for the own coins.
This can for sure bring them even more popularity and profit and others who are jealous of these specific celebrities can actually hide themselves because they don't have any good ideas.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc game on: March 23, 2018, 03:14:00 PM
When will they create  a btc game like Pokémon  Go .When you must go to places in your town to get BTC or any crypto. I think it will be interesting.

People already lost interest in the real Pokemon Go game but with the BTC integration in the game of the similar concept that would be quite interesting. You must bear in mind that 80 percent of users of this kind of games are actually children and the BTC connection with the children wouldn't bring it popularity, in contrary BTC would fall in value because of wrong decisions by the certain people.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 years and no country has approved Bitcoin ?? on: March 23, 2018, 09:57:59 AM
Bitcoin was launched in 2007. It's 10 years and still no country has approved Bitcoin ??   Huh

and in 2018, 2nd richest man "Warren Buffet" said "bitcoin will end up badly"

If by approval you mean implementation then yes, no one is accepting it as a currency and it won't be accepted in the future.
Bitcoin is adopted as such within many countries that want to evolve and gain influence amongst the crypto market users.
Bitcoin won't be accepted by countries because each country has their own currency to take care off. Bitcoin is just an obstacle to which they must adapt if they won't want to lose the needed money from their citizens that are investing in the cryptos.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you think younger generation is more open to technology? on: March 23, 2018, 09:52:18 AM
indeed. their generation has now come so they were more known about the modern technologies, gadgets internet interface and mostly Crypto Word.

Because of more knowledge that the young people posses there are even more opportunities that are opening all doors to them.
Most percent of the older people doesn't understand the meaning of the crypto market, investing, and new technologies.
They don't even want to accept the usage of the same. I personally don't approve nonacceptance of the more older people towards the technologies. Something that isn't understandable mustn't be abused with bad words and unacceptance.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of the ethereum coin? on: March 23, 2018, 09:48:35 AM
I have a small amount of ethereum, I've noticed since january 2018, the price of the ethereum is at $1000, but now it already lost 50% from its recent price. Is this case normal for ethereum coin? Or it is the end of ethereum. (Sorry my intention was not to create FUD, I'm just curious and new to crypto world).

Why should it be an end? Same is happening with all the coins on the market. This isn't the end for Ethereum, it is actually the opportunity to reinvest into it. I would personally buy some more of Ethereum coins if I had enough of financial ability to do so.
Ethereum is perspective coin based on the smart contract which is being used by other developers in a search for profit.
I believe that the value of Ethereum will achieve 2000$ until the start of the next year.
People should not panic but actually, the ones with enough of the money should buy some more if they are expecting the profit from the market fluctuations.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your criteria to assess an ICO? on: March 23, 2018, 09:45:19 AM
Hello guys  Wink Wink Wink
What convinces you to join a brand new project? I suppose that this is the wonders of many investors, so why don't we share our opinions in this topic?
Thanks  Smiley

A thoroughly written whitepaper is something that each ICO must possess. Good goals and plans are something that each participant and investor must study if he/her wants to actually gain profit and not with the loss if developers run in the middle of the campaign with the invested money.
I personally had some fail investment at the start of my joining to the market.
I didn't make enough research and I actually followed bigger investors which were probably in cooperation with the developers.
From that day of my loss, I am never doing the same mistake. If you don't take enough of your time to study the project better don't invest!
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term argument for bitcoin on: March 23, 2018, 07:09:37 AM
Hello,

Most of you are confident with the long term for Bitcoin. Yet some altcoins has the same features so why are you so confident about bitcoin and not about litecoin instead?

I compared them and approximatevily the same assets!
The only difference is that bitcoin was the first, is it that important?

Bitcoin is supported by the big investors. I have made some standards and it has influenced many people around the world.
It is actually the first coin that the people without the knowledge on the crypto heard about.
It is true that other coins have better technologies but currently, the market is only spinning itself around the profit and I can also say the greed. Maybe in the future, some other coin will perceive the value of the Bitcoin but I highly doubt it.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter and Google joining war against crypto on: March 21, 2018, 11:54:39 PM
I'm tired of seeing my Twitter feed filled with ICO advertising, glad that will be over soon.

Google should've done that years ago, top ads for wallets, exchanges and other crypto related website searches were phishing, millions were lost because of these.

These major companies have their own benefits that they can not hide because of their current moves.
I don't know exactly what benefits they are getting because of their bans but it is for sure very good when they are baning the coins from their platforms.
I personally also am not happy with their moves because every investor can decide for himself if he wants to choose some project or not.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin worth risking your time and money? on: March 21, 2018, 11:50:47 PM
We all know that involving in bitcoin it takes your time and also money. Is it worthy to risk your time and money because of bitcoin?

If the investor has enough of the financial stability then the involvement in the crypto market is approved. Many of the investors are using their precious time and their hard earned money in vain. They are flowing the other investors which are predicting what cannot be predicted.

Involvement in the market must be own choice and every risk is also approved if the money you invest is your extra money that you are willing to lose if the things go wrong.

Bitcoin is for sure worth investing but with the limited time and money which you are not afraid to lose.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen if another cryptocurrency took Bitcoins place in Market Cap? on: March 21, 2018, 11:45:45 PM
So what do you think would happen if another Cryptocurrency (Example Monero / Ethereum etc) were to take Bitcoins spot as first in market cap?

The small percentage of the people would hold the Bitcoin further if that situation would happen. Bitcoin would be dumped in the end and this short taking of the Bitcoin off the throne would actually be the Bitcoin demise because it could never return to the first place.
First overtaking would mean more and more dumps with the impossibility for the Bitcoin to recover.
That situation is not going to happen because the Bitcoin established a strong base of the investors which are backing it flawlessly.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Where you see a Crash, I see a Fire Sale! on: March 21, 2018, 09:22:45 PM
Those people that have missed the boat are actually the ones that have heard of the Bitcoin when it had still very low-value but they didn't believe in it back at the time. They were probably smiling at the stupid coin that the Satoshi created. This stupid coin is today in a big quarrel with the authorities because of its unlimited power. It is striving towards the implementation of the economy of the global population and it will not stop.
The price of the 20000$ is just a beginning of something spectacular. Afcorsee it is not too late to invest!
Financial stability is must have as a certain factor before investment.
If that same stability is secured no one can stop you to gain some profit afterward based on your smart investment into the Bitcoin.
We will not become billionaires but we will for sure have some big amount of the beer money afterward; some may even buy a pub!
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptos will die without new participants! on: March 21, 2018, 05:18:37 PM
Let’s face it buying and selling cryptos is scary for most people.
Big investors are sitting on the sideline scratching their heads and not prepared to make a commitment.
This industry is in Limbo and can’t find a path!
Exceptional projects will succeed and to be honest it’s hard to find one.
Many projects that have made promises will never deliver: The promoters are just living their lives with the ICO capital. You can think you own a coin that is good but maybe the promoters are just feeding everyone BS.

Actually, the truth is different. Everyone has till now realized that the bad and false news that the media is spreading is just that false news.
This bad news is actually promoting the cryptomarket. They are delivering the contra effect which they didn't expect.
Even more, investors are being involved in the market and all have till now learned that the holding after buying is the best solution.
Crypto cannot be compared to the FIAT because that is lowering its value in the eyes of the holder.
Growth will for sure come and investors are aware of that because they have already seen the crypto potential at the end of 2017.
Cryptos ain't dying, actually, they are attracting even more investors which are participating in the rebirth of the even stronger crypto market.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What ICO investment do you recommend? on: March 21, 2018, 05:11:41 PM
What ICO investment do you recommend?

Make your own decision based on your analyzation. It is strange that no one is directly recommending the ICO that they are advertising but in most cases, everyone will recommend you the ICO that they are fond of.
I personally would leave to you the decision based on your own analyzation and research because even the best ICO project can be proclaimed as a scam in the end. You can't rely on the advice without the proper investigation about the certain UCO which you have made yourself.
Stay vigilant if you want to invest and analyze absolutely everything before the investment because on the single mistake can lead you to the loss.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: March 21, 2018, 04:29:09 PM
If there is a charity accepting bitcoins do you prefer to give some of yours Huh

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

This kind of charities in most cases have the same intentions. I believe that charities that are accepting the BTC probably have false intentions that they are using for obtaining the decentralized coin for themselves. Poor people are just a mask behind which they are hiding their intentions.
What is wrong with USD EURO? Why ain't are they requesting the FIAT?
It is because the transactions in BTC cannot be traceable to the final users and because of that I personally don't support the charities marketing and advertising themselves with the BTC payment.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Gain Traction as a Currency? on: March 21, 2018, 04:23:45 PM
In the current quirky world of Crypto, We believe and hope Bitcoin will become a global currency, one that we can spend on "Pizza" the same way we use Visa or MasterCard. What do you think needs to be done to make BlockChain technology a success ?

Some of the investors have desires for that specific situation of the day transaction to happen but it is not possible that will ever happen.
Wealthier investors are supporting the current fluctuations and volatility because they can make a big amount of profit because of that instability.
Current transaction cost and high fees are still obstructing the Bitcoin realization to the currency which will happen unlikely.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your involvment in crypto world? on: March 20, 2018, 08:38:43 PM
Yes!  I work in cryptocurrency by trading coinvest against each other.  Interestingly,  what I am earning is really sustaining my day to day expense though I am not  rich yet.  Cryptocurrency is a wonderful industry to work in

Although it is wonderful industry it isn't quite safe to sustain in the market field for too long. I prefer the regular job!
Crypto is something I actually use as a hobby. Investment hobby has accidentally come into my life.
I also hope for the possible profit an expect the brighter future from my portfolio.
I ain't involved in the trading and investment constantly but at least I enjoy my actions in the market even when I am ending with a loss.
I have the limitations with which I can sustain my financial greed and this can help me quite a lot not to exaggerate my trading capabilities.
I still prefer the steady job more than the work for the cryptocurrencies and I ain't afraid of the market demise.
