What could work, is for them to pay for the shipping online and have an empty box sent to my house or something.

I have been buying and selling E-cigs online for a while now and im looking to extend them out here on bitcointalk.org!
Prices range from 30-400$ btc.
They are shipped from china, and take about 3-4 weeks to arrive to America, but much less time to other countries closer to china.
( I only charge 5$ more than what i buy them for )
E-fluids are 8$ a bottle and are shipped from right here in america to anywhere in the United states.

My suggestion.
ID VERIFICATION SYSTEM!
Currently, I use TrustWho Verified LLC, And Identity verification company.
The website i offer my warcraft services suggests all users get verified with them, or the actual website in which we sell our services and goods.
they have it to where anyone who is TrustWho Verified, and provides proof of their TrustWho Status, will get an emblem by their name in all of their posts.
( Like how where it says Full Member, it would Say ID Verified. )
You would need to setup a whole new army ( well not really army of people ) But a new group dedicated to validating ID's, A utility bill, and Picture of yourself holding your ID beside a current newspaper.
This would weed out alot of potential scammers and people not looking to do legitimate business.
