So did anybody order one, or know someone who ordered? I'd be interested in seeing an ACTUAL product in the wild, or at least an outside review. As of now I'm still skeptical of these things actually existing.

Been quiet while watching this thing go down. I'm not a huge investor, but I do hold over 10k shares, so not a trivial amount either. Am I the only one, who at this point has writing this off as a complete loss? It's fairly obvious Ken either is in way over his head, or had no intention of ever producing anything. Every day this looks more and more like a scam, or completely failed venture. The "mistakes" have gone from plausible to downright baffling. It is hard for me to grasp how someone so inept could put together this whole deal in the first place, which backs the 'scam' possibility even more. Not trolling, just genuinely curious if I'm the only one who has lost hope of ever seeing a single satoshi out of this.

Smiley Just kidding.

Winklevoss' predict market cap of BTC at 400Billion. And the rest I say.

From what I can understand that was a "conservative estimate". They are probably thinking higher, but didn't want to throw out a huge number to not come off as insane.

I live in the US and would like to double check with you guys about transferring shares on Bitfunder ( since they are closing to US citizens ).  Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, I'm just a little paranoid of transferring shares, since I hold a large amount.

Can someone verify the below steps are correct.

1. ) Transfer all of your shares to AMC-TENDER on Bitfunder.

2.) Make the transfer before December 1st.

3.) Set your public Bitfunder bitcoin address to an address that can be signed.

Is that it or is there something that I'm missing?

Thanks!

You got it. I just tendered mine. Now all I can do is wait.

2000 @ 0.01
If you're serious I've got the shares. They're all yours

Thinking of selling my LTC holding to increase ActM. LTC and Gox seem to go nowhere, ActM seems a better horse. Any good thoughts?

I did this, and have no regrets. I am more than pleased with the way ActM is playing out

Anyone had trouble not receiving confirmation from Ken when transferring shares from BTC-TC? I got my confirmation email, and sent to the requested address, but still have not heard anything back.

He's probably sleeping.

The transfer was completed yesterday around noon.

Wait a minute, I thought BTCT people were supposed to just chill out and wait for burnside to do the entire merge?  This needs to be edited in your instructions immediately, Ken.

I was also confused by this. Ken did list instructions for tendering your AMC-PT on BTCT.CO to BTCT.CO. I opted to go through with that process as I was getting conflicting instructions on these forums. I currently have nearly two thousand shares pending tendering and now Ken is talking as if the BTCT.CO listing might take a while to get done. My fear is that those of us who followed the initial instructions and are currently "holding" no shares in AMC or ActiveMiner on BTCT.CO (because they've been transferred to AMCTENDER1) will miss out on dividends.

Ken has not addressed this concern directly. It would have been nice to have very clear instructions with a date and timeline.

I'm in the same boat as you, only with about half as many shares.

IF this were even remotely possible, it seems wrong to punish those who got there first by innovating in a new market. Not to mention, Bitcoin is still in its infancy. There are many more coins to be mined, and its anyones guess as to who is going to come out with the most coins.

Yeah 5 days means they're probably lost forever
