I come across a simple argument about this. First of all, when liberty took over, they did something amazing with "drive to survive" thing, which allowed people to see formula 1 on netflix and gained them a ton of new viewers, there are millions of people who are new to formula one, literally do not even know the period when Vettel won, they are brand new.
But, this also meant that it is a lot more marketing heavy, and Ford joining means they could do great marketing now, because it is not just a loss, yes you spend some but there is a cap, so you spend not so much and then you get a ton of new customers if you win, even if you lose you still get a lot of customers because now marketing is much better.
A season costs only 150m $ and for those teams is nothing. Even if they end the season earning 0 $ as RBR and Ferrari and Mercedes do, they earn through marketing. Basically, they pay 150m $ for marketing, every year. |

I understand that there is a good chance Juventus did something wrong, and I understand a punishment is what would be right for them, but at the same time I am basically talking about a situation where they could be nearly relegated if given 35 points total punishment, that's just way too much plus they would be in a big big financial trouble as well.
That is why I am not entirely sure if it's just, they could have not done these and still be better than relegation zone, so the punishment doesn't bring them where they suppose to be, it brings them even lower. I am sensing something terrible going on here, it's definitely going to be something quite difficult to handle for them.
At least 35 points they could be more, again without violating any rule. The positive side, if it will happen, is that the European super league will be closer at its start. Many are rumoring this is a Ceferin-Gravina move (Gravina got a salary increase after supporting UEFA) to punish Juventus. |

Wait, is this news true for Juventus? I can't understand why Juventus is always in trouble and now they have to face another new problem because they owe their players wages. It was really bad luck for juventus after getting a 15 point deduction for a previous problem and now they have to accept a 20 point deduction in a new problem.
If you look at the standings they have 23 points which means if you subtract 20 then only 3 points remain and that is far worse than Cremonese who have 8 points at the moment. It seems that there is no hope for Juventus to continue their struggle in Serie A and they must be willing to go down in the caste in Serie B next season.
Simple because everyone in Italy is against Juventus. The 15 points of deduction, is with an illegal process without any law that can penalize what they did and yes without any proof for a potential not existent crime. The 20 points are rumored, idk how they can already know the penalty without the process (unless as we know is a politically already defineted sentence) it will be another scandal because of a potential administrative error (POTENTIAL) the maximum can be only a fine. They need to create a rule to give more points. And yes it is possible because this is not a penal process but a sportive process and they can do whatever they want ignoring the law.
