There still plenty of good bounties nowadays and with pretty decent amount profits. But the profits you would be getting will depends on the campaign you are going to partake in, the more skilled you are thwle more rewards you get specially now that some defi projects are conducting bounties. Might be a good source of income in the bounty campaigns.

Today I my opinion binance is on the top of the line, with so many trading features you can play around plus having great looking and cool UI make binance stands out.

I usually dump bounty tokens because there is no reason to hold it, specially when you the price is lower that the ICO price then why bother to hold it for long term. After selling it then I would buy other coins which I think I would be able to get more profitable rewards. But if the has the potentials I would only sell half of it and hold the other half.

He did not mention anything about beginner of course it won't suita them since they don't know anything about trading. It is perfectly suits for professionals since they know the fundamentals and they are experts they don't fear of risking anything they have, it is actually goof for those who are trying to learn the basic trading. Scalping or trading is for new learners.

It is a never ending drama in the crypto market. There will always be a scam because there are lot of  people who don't even know what crypto is due to the fact that it is not globally adopted yet. Some other countries are just starting to be exposed with this kind of digital things so expect them to learn little by little.

Not all but most of the defi projects have been rugpulls. Many defi projects don't any clear visions and concrete plans how the those projects would be productive in crypto space. Scammers have exploited the opportunities they saw from YFI which recently reach to its new height so scammers dreams to have such kind of success as well and made their own defi projects then eventually turned out to be scams and left their investors crying.

There are lots of Coins Tracker that could help you out to find new release coins in the market. Many users have already mentioned the likes of CMC, CoinGecko, Blockfolio, or bituniverse. But if your are looking for new projects to invest with try searching in ICO or IEO sites or here in the forums where you can seek for help ay same time in decision making.
