Try this : right click on my computer/properties/advanced system settings /environment variables / delete this 2 lines if u have it . After delete (if u have it) restart computer and start mining again .

error -4 is low memory . Put more memory on your rig than u can mining or first try restart rig ...

Go to settings/profiles tab in cgwatcher and go to manage profiles/miner path than u browso to your bat file ...
