Скажу по секрету, в Paymon вложились FinshiCapital(значит опосредованно и я сам, немного), а они во что попало вкладываться не будут. Так что, как минимум, проект должен быть интересным и перспективным. Сам не вникаю, т.к. с ИКОшками завязал - вкладывалка истощилась.
