I guess it really depends on what do you mean easy? Short and simple answer - Javascript is a great and easy language to learn and combine with HTML and CSS it gives you a good value in short time. Long answer - What is your motivation behind learning it? You need to really want to otherwise it would be a waste of time. But generally it's a great direction.

Learn to let express your anger. Go somewhere and just jump in the air - putting your hands up and shouting like a monkey. Meditation is a great tool and just learning to breath is very effective so https://www.headspace.com/ has been very effective for me.
