If you are new to programming I would you recommend to learn Java and from there you have many options. Java is used to program in android so you can develop a variety of apps. From Java you can move also to C# if you are interested in making games with unity. Unity is a great way to make games for multiple platforms.

There was "easy" rather than "correctly". OP, it is definetely some "young" language easy to learn. Also difficulty is depends on Your basic Computer Science knowledge. But first of all You have to answer a question - what exactly you going to do. Some languages are most suitable for one tasks - see example with Java and Android.

I guess it really depends on what do you mean easy? Short and simple answer - Javascript is a great and easy language to learn and combine with HTML and CSS it gives you a good value in short time.
Long answer - What is your motivation behind learning it? You need to really want to otherwise it would be a waste of time. But generally it's a great direction.

Ruby on Rails can also be your choice when you want to wrestle in the world of web development. Learning Ruby is a bit easier because it does not need to learn a lot of commands. Some big sites like Goupon and Github use Ruby on their backend.

Python is fairly easy to pick up and has some excellent applications.
It's hard to give you a good recommendation without knowing what you want to accomplish though.
