If you just dumped then , then according to me you should quit cryptocurrency. If you cannot handle the declines, cannot strategies in difficult situations then cryptocurrency is not made for you.

In the 2018 dump , i bought many altcoins at a cheaper price and hold them. Now in 2019 i will wait for the rise in price of the coins and continue doing the bounty campaigns if worthy. No more buying now for me.

Speaking other than the options best time is now to buy altcoins. Relating to your options i chose to wait for the dip to biy more altcoins, because this minimises the probability of great loss and increases the chances of huge profit.

Obviously yes, it is the best time to buy more good coins and that too at low prices as per the market. This will bring you a lot of profit in the future as soon as the market shows a rise again.

I too did not research about all of them instead i only did for two to three and that made me realize that as the CRYPTOCURRENCY market is not in such a good state now so the new projects and tokens coming are all like trash .

Yes it can , but it will be really tough for NEO. ETHEREUM is a well established, popular and the second top coin of the crypto market. Giving competition to ETHEREUM is also a big achievement and then overtaking it is above all.

Do not listen to anyone accept your own intuition. Sometimes while taking a decision somewhere in our heart we feel that we should take a completely opposite decision from what we are actually taking. Best thing is to listen to your heart and surely you will rule cryptocurrency market.

Panic selling is done by some and taken advantage by others. We can say some weak hearted people sell the coins in low price because of the fear of the future losses. And the other experienced and patient people buy those coins in low price and later on enjoy the profit.

My condition is also similar to yours. I also used to believe blindly in cryptocurrency but the market situations compelled my belief to shatter. As yours and everyone else my coins' value is also decreasing daily. But still there is that little hope somewhere in my heart and mind that soon cryptocurrency will shoot up .

What i think is that the main reason behind such a long time downfall is to remove the investors who are just passing their time in cryptocurrency but are actually the criticizers of cryptocurrency.

Yes, of course it is the time to buy altcoins. The market being too low is continuously favouring the investors to buy more and more coins at this time. As this can pay hige profits in return in coming time so you should not think twice before going ahead.

Honestly speaking, i can not answer your question because if i was to choose between these two it would have been impossible for me to criticize one and favour the other. And if i could get both i would have surely gone for this option by dividing my money amongst both.
