61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just a step closer to the moon as ethereum fails catastrophically. on: June 17, 2016, 11:35:41 AM
That's why you shouldn't put everything in the latest tech. Bitcoin is tested and proven.
Wise words. ETH will likely never recover from this and the DAO is as good as dead. Feel bad for all the people and apparently there is going to be a hard fork to give people all their ETH back. Yeah lets see how that effectd the market lol.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: Newtimers, how does this rally make you feel? on: June 17, 2016, 09:54:59 AM
Shoot even us old timers having been in this a long time it is very exciting. Somebody said in Bitcoins 2700 day existence only 60 of those days have been this price or higher. So it really is a rare occasion.
63  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 BTC. Will I be a millionaire by 2030? on: June 17, 2016, 09:51:13 AM
There will be 4 halvings to then so while it's possible I think you will only be a mid hundred thousand-aire by then because to be millionaire the price per coin will have to be 100,000... Which is moon shouter stuff right there lol.
64  Economy / Speculation / Re: What price the BTC must reach next month for you to sell? on: June 17, 2016, 09:48:31 AM
People seem to be selling at $100 marks for example at 600 and then 700. Today people are selling early not at 800 but 770 and so I think we may need a week of stability or so before the next big moves to 900 and beyond. Nothing wrong with that and maybe I'm wrong.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden drop in price: Have we missed any latest news? on: June 17, 2016, 09:45:25 AM
It was $770+ a few hours ago and now we are heading down to $720 (and dropping). Any possible cause of this sudden drop? Any news?
There is no news people are just taking profits early from the expected sell pressure wt the $800 mark. I don't see it falling more than what we saw at 600 and 700. Typical but yes it was early and a little more than expected.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just a step closer to the moon as ethereum fails catastrophically. on: June 17, 2016, 09:43:00 AM
$46,000,000 missing, exchanges are asked to halt trades, price already fell by more than 25%.

If you feel like panic selling ethereum and various for bitcoin, now is the time.
LOL I knew the DOA was basically a joke and a half of not working properly but now there is catastrophic failure of it? Smells like an inside job from devs that put in secret code vulnerability to sneak away with multi millions. That person is sitting on their own private island by now I'm sure.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Central Banks Will Fail at Digital Currency on: June 17, 2016, 09:38:53 AM
Lol a centralized bank ran fiat scam coin. If and when those come out we can no longer even be made at premine scam altcoins because that will just take the absolute cake in terms of shitcoins. No way anybody would use a random bank coin imo
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: June 17, 2016, 09:36:35 AM
This post is from January but still has a good point that there WILL be people taking profits at all levels within the rally. We have seen it at $600, $700, and now prematurely before $800 at ariumd the $770 level. So yes selling pressure is increasing.
69  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good idea to buy bitcoins now? on: June 17, 2016, 09:34:33 AM
For me if you want profit you can buy now its only for a short term it will earn income before halving comes.
do not take it for a long time if you buy bitcoin now its not profitable i think
yeah agree with especially now the price continue to experience rapid growth. do not waste this opportunity. maximize continue rising this by buying some of the bitcoin. I'm sure you'll profit
Well there's already a 5% dip today. Some people are taking their profits early before even $800 this time lol so I'd say it's a good buy but obviously thr price is volatile so don't trade what you can't afford to lose.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: how to develop economic system of country/ on: June 17, 2016, 09:29:50 AM
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking but to set up an economy first there needs to be something people want. So let's use BTC. Somebody with a lot of Bitcoin has to employ work on people for goods and services. Think farming for food or building huts/houses. He trades Bitcoin for food and a house which now the farmer and builder have. They trade that for maybe a rug or clean water or something. So you see it really doesn't matter what the currency is as long as it can be sustainable and traded for goods and services and is not easy to get. That's why gold was used for so long in direct trades.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: June 17, 2016, 09:25:10 AM
Miners have big bills to pay so they often sell daily what they manage to earn. Electricity fees are HUGE even at low rates like .06 and also the hardware is very expensive upfront costs.
72  Economy / Speculation / Re: 626 $ what!?!? Halving incoming.. on: June 17, 2016, 09:23:46 AM
Price is going up and down very quickly and its changing on regular basis so we cannot be sure what will be the price at the time of halving but lets hope that everything goes fine at halving.
What goes up high very quick, can also come down a lot very quick.

At this point it's just normal market action for the time we are currently sitting in.

The market has to face some massive dumps in order to get some selling pressure off the market.
Whatever selling pressure we run into in the next month is negligible for the one fact that the supply of coins that miners will be selling are halved. So the demand will outpace supply and it will be more of a trader's market. Last time I checked traders want to make money.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 17, 2016, 09:21:48 AM
Very unlikely for bitcoin to replace the dollar. The dollar is controlled by the governments, backed by gold and used the world over. Bitcoin is great as an alternate currency and for those who prefer anonymity and decentralization.
Governments and banks are actively looking into Bitcoin technology. While they may not decide to use Bitcoin really doesn't matter because now they have legitimised it and Bitcoin is unstoppable. If i could pay my rent, food and utilites in btc I'd already do that
74  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: June 16, 2016, 08:26:48 AM
Im starting to think that BTC may be able to break its previous ATH, just hope this time it'll stay high. Alot has changed in the BTC landscape since 2013/14!!!
A lot has changed for sure and this rally is holding strong even as peoppe sell at key levels like 700 etc. I think we will stay high up purely on the fact that the supply will be cut FOREVER. So maybe it goes down one day but that doesnt matter as much.
75  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 08:24:09 AM
No,for me bitcoin is for sidejob or when i have a leisure ,full job for bitcoin to risky to do and unsecure ,in day job is more secure and got money ever

month continuously if dont get fired  Cheesy.
Well if they had a dynamic rate based on the price of Bitcoin then you would always be payed the same amount of money but different amount of Bitcoins. That is how it will have to be until everybody uses bitcoin and then it is stable.
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long is Bitcoin life? on: June 16, 2016, 08:19:37 AM
basically, we no one can predict how long the bitcoin life. even we are also difficult to predict the price of bitcoin.
but as long as the user continues to grow, and the development of bitcoin is getting better, I'm sure it could last longer
Well I agree with you. If many continues to use it for 100's of years, maybe bitcoin will be alive 100 years from now.
It will be around much longer than 100 years. The only way Bitcoin could die is if somehow people couldn't buy and sell it online. That is the only way that it would die.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin goes to 10 000 within a moth! on: June 16, 2016, 08:17:45 AM
We are soon entering into a totally new price range when we, bitcoin investors, become a new wealthy elite!
Don't sell now because price will skyrocket soon to the moon. It's a trap to sell now!! It will go higher and higher until 10 000 dollars which is a psychological barrier
I don't know what is worst in this section. The doomsayers claiming bitcoin will die or the extreme bulls making nonsense price targets based on nothing lol. People need to calm down Grin
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quick Survey: When will you Sell your Bitcoin? on: June 16, 2016, 08:12:17 AM
For me i really start to sell my coins if bitcoin price will go to 900$-1000$ because i think that price is so high and decent
Prediction of bitcoins price after this halving time and also i really think that it was a safezone for us to sale because if it go more for that price i think people will start to sell and you can be left behind if yoh dont do monitoring if bitcoins lrice in july.
You can get left behind easily that is right and I think that btc won't hit those levels until after the halving some months because as the rally loses steam in july people will be selling.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: June 16, 2016, 08:09:36 AM
Bitcoin almost always has outpaced gold in terms of profit. It is like the gold of the internet and you can even use them if you want. Good luck trying to buy a giftcard at walmart with a gram of gold LOL
80  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: June 16, 2016, 08:06:22 AM
When yoy're a miner it's hard to save your coins because you have to pay quite a lot of it in electricity. So I think most miners sell the coins they get daily and maybe a few do it weekly or monthly.
